We've been using Hyde Bark for years for cat sitting and this review is long overdue. I can't recommend them highly enough! They're reasonably priced while also reliably doing a great job. Once they even noticed when I scheduled something wrong, based on how I usually schedule, and contacted me to check. You can just tell that they really CARE - about the pets, the pet owners, and their employees. Hyde Bark is a gem!

Hyde Bark Dog Walking and Pet Care are simply the best! Their dog walks are incredible. My dog Becky loves her walkers and the varied paths they take. Bottom line, if you want the best dog walkers and caregivers, go with Hyde Bark!

A great assortment of food and great customer service

Quite simply the best! Our doggo is obsessed with Leanna and her whole team. They are very flexible and easy to work with, even when we need last minute adjustments to our schedule. They also offer in home one on one boarding, which our dog prefers to have us at home

Dedicated and knowledgeable owners who stay in the community and are invested in it. They hire the greatest walkers and often go above and beyond what is expected.

Hyde Bark is AAMAZING! From their boarding services to their training the services they provide are superb. I have been working with Lavonne as a trainer for the last few months. She has worked wonders on my puppy who went from having trouble with listening to cues to listening and following through. She has also been great on working with his reactivity which was really a struggle. Their rates are very fair especially for their one on one training.

Hyde Bark is an incredible organization with professional and caring dog walkers. Our dog was so lucky to have HydeBark in her life and misses her friends (LeAnna, Courtney, Raoul, Margaret and more) dearly since we moved away. Having the HB team take our dog on walks while we were at work gave us a sense of peace and comfort that she was in very qualified and caring hands. We are also grateful for the option to home board since our dog thrives in a solo canine setting. Thank you so much Hyde Bark-- we miss you dearly and if ever we move back to Hyde Park we will be calling Hyde Bark!

Truth be told, I should've written a 5-star review a while ago, but now I should be writing a 10-star review! I originally started using Hyde Bark when I started traveling more for work and needed someone to look in on my cat while I was away on business trips. Brandon came to meet with me and get everything setup. They make it such a breeze and I always got updates and photos when someone would look in on my Daisy. In addition to the great service for my cat, they also were there for me in a pinch today when I unfortunately locked myself out and Hyde Bark had my only spare. I texted LeAnna and she was quick to bring me my key so I could get back inside! Cannot say THANK YOU enough! Everyone is great and I will definitely be sticking with them and recommending them to anyone in the area!

I cannot day enough about Leanna and her team. Hyde Bark is detailed, thorough, and will genuinely care for your pet. They have a lot of experience and Leanna makes an extra effort for her clients. We left our 2 pit mixes in their care while out of state for the holiday. We came home to happy and healthy pups. Every visit includes an email and multiple photos. Rates are very reasonable, the best in Chicago. We look forward to using Hyde Bark’s services again soon.

I highly recommend Hyde Bark Dog Walking. My little guy Omar is very shy, but LeAnna takes her time and is so good with him. Being able to get real time updates lets me know how the walk went, and the pictures are priceless! Thank you Hyde Bark for taking such good care of my fur baby.

Hyde Bark Dog Walking is an absolutely excellent service. They take care of my pup while I'm at work, they help reinforce our training (and give expert advice) for getting our dog to be less reactive on leash, and most importantly they really care, which is so important for a former street-then-shelter pup. When I get a report at the end of the walk that says, "I know you have the air conditioning on, but it's so hot out today, I made sure to put an ice cube in his water bowl," that care really shows. They're also understanding and flexible of my changing work schedule, and the app is a wonderful tool. Thank you LeAnna, Lauren, and Lyvonne for all the love you give my pup!

My husband and I can't recommend Hyde Bark Dog Walking enough! This business easily deserves 10 stars. LeAnna and Aaron took excellent care of our dog (Felix) and cat (Amelie) while we were out of town for Thanksgiving this year. It was so wonderful to relax and enjoy the holiday knowing that our pets were getting lots of love and attention back at home. LeAnna and Aaron were very thorough, and met with us prior to our departure to learn more about our pets. They recommended the Pet Check technology so that we could receive email updates (and photos!) of our pets while we were away-- we can easily use this system to request walks in the future, as well. LeAnna and Aaron took amazing photos and wrote lovingly detailed comments about their visits. They even left us an adorable photo thank you card! If you live in Hyde Park, I wholeheartedly recommend Hyde Bark Dog Walking. Your pet will receive excellent one-on-one attention and love from this stellar team.
