Incredibly kind and patient people. I took my aunt's cat who hadn't been to the vet in years. He was treated with love and kindness, I wasn't over sold, and the doctor explained everything perfectly. Highly recommend

Dr is very caring and compassionate but the secretaries and staff are better with animals than people.

Excellent care...the doctor found out the problem with my cat after seeing other vets. I was impressed by her knowledge. I am glad I found this clinic and that my cat will be feeling much better soon.

They were very professional, called before doing anything to make sure I was ok with it and to let me know the cost. Very passionate with the animals.. they love what they do... Calle me during procedures to give update and did everything they could to work me in. Prices are very fair

These wonderful people helped answer questions far better than any previous veterinarian that I've had in years! You want someone who is loving and genuinely caring go to these lovely people.

Don't come here if you want to be treated with respect and understanding. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I would hate for anyone else to feel the way I did today. …

We liked this place a lot when it came to exams/visits. Then one day we had our six mo old kitten boarded here. He is a Peterbald, an affectionate and needy breed prone to separation anxiety, and we wouldn't have boarded him if some other …

Definitely the most in depth exam Kitty has had, and so many things were pointed out that hadn't been before. The doctor took her time and made it the least stressful she could. Seeing all the cats boarding there is cute too!

I have been a client of Cat Clinic and Dr. Carlson for several years and have been nothing but fully satisfied with her and the staff. Dr. Carlson is an excellent veterinarian and I would not trust anyone else with the care of my cat. I have also boarded my cat there and was very pleased with the care and attention provided. It is sad to see the negative and "angry" reviews of others because I have always found Dr. Carlson to be a very caring and dedicated doctor that is looking out for what is best for my cat. There is probably more to the story of those comments from the negative reviewers because is not the treatment I have ever received. I also chose not to go to a referral center that she had recommended (because I had a poor experience at that referral center years ago) and Dr. Carlson did not get angry with me at all - she promptly provided another option for me. I am very happy I found Cat Clinic and highly recommend them.

Dr. Carlson is a kind and caring vet. When my kitty needed major surgery, she was able to find a hospital that was able to act quickly to resolve the issues. I have boarded my cat several times and my cat is always treated with the best care. I highly recommend the Cat Clinic.

I love Dr. Carlson and Cat Clinic of Central Illinois! I have been taking my two cats to her for about 5 years. Dr. Carlson is the most honest vet guaranteed!! She is very professional and knowledgable!! Unlike many others I have encountered as a lifelong cat lover, Dr. Carlson would never suggest a treatment just because of the profit. She always has the animal's well-being as a priority, which is felt in everything she does or says. So, for instance, when 2 other vets in the area wanted to put my senior cat to sleep in order to clean his teeth for $450, Dr. Carlson did not want to put an elderly cat to sleep as she thought it would be too risky because of his heart, so she prescribed some oral medication that worked great! She also always quotes the price before doing anything, so there are never any surprises. Her prices are very reasonable. Her office has the latest technology and equipment. Most of all, when you beloved animal is sick, she/he is in good hand with Dr. Carlson! I highly recommend Dr. Carlson.

I do not usually review anything but I wanted to say that Dr. Carlson and her staff have been fantastic. I went to three different places a few years ago when my 9 year old cat started losing weight and declining in health. None of the …

I recently had a cat die from injection site carcinoma (the cat was never seen by Cat Clinic). I now have a kitten that I need to vaccinate. I have been calling many local veterinarians and discussing cat over vaccination, what they …

We were fortunate to find this wonderful cats-only facility three and a half years ago when Suzy, our senior shelter adoptee, turned out to be very distressed near barking dogs. Suzy was severely stressed after losing her long-time home …
