Nothing makes me angrier than being taken advantage of. This place is way overpriced!!! Taking advantage of Carmel residents with inflated pricing.

Our two dogs ar are more excited to go to boarding at Woodland than coming home.

The groomer Lyndsey was AMAZING!!!! She is polite and professional! Would recommend her to anyone! If you doubt it, See for yourself and bring in your animal!

Always caring about the pet's safety

Terrible staff. I was told a test would be included in the price of our dogs blood panel. Then they charged me separately for it. Then i receive a printed price break down after I paid that says the test was supposed to be included?? When I asked for a manager, they said okay, and instead sent me the same girl I had spoken with previously, who claimed no manager was there... I will never be back due to their poor handling of this situation. Never even got an apology for their own mistakes. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

If you’re new to the practice, you may want to be prepared to do their job for them and make certain that your animal’s records have been transferred before visiting. Otherwise, be prepared to come back when you have confirmed the records have been transferred. Unorganized and the assistant didn’t seem to know why we were there. When she realized the records weren’t transferred, I was asked “what would you like to do?” I’d like for the organization to be professional and do their job. If the records weren’t transferred prior to the visit, a simple phone call to reschedule would have been appropriate. No apology or anything of the sort. Disappointing at best

Dr. Haak and the staff at Woodland are second to none. They genuinely care for your pets and do everything they can to help.

I don't have anything negative to say about this place. They are willing to do whatever possible to keep our babies healthy and have been wonderful to our family when it was time to let go. With all around the clock service even the late night emergencies have been addressed. They are up front about the costs and understanding where we couldn't do something. Overall probably the best vet I've ever been to and that is from 43 years of being a pet owner!

This place has always been amazing over the many years my family has gone here. Everyone is so professional and kind. I feel like I'm being treated well here.

I appreciate that they have an app so if you have a quick little question you can ask it and they get back to you. Our dog loves going to Woodland and gets excited when she knows she’s going!

We recently moved from a vet that had switched to a VCA vet. After experiencing great staff turnover and lack of interest in our dog, we feel very blessed to have found Woodland. They offer such a personal touch and true commitment to our pet’s well-being. The staff already feels like family.

I am a first time cat owner X 2! Dr. Haak and the staff have been amazing, both caring for our new kittens and giving us advice on the day to day stuff one needs to know. Best nail clippers, how to keep them from scratching furniture, swaddle them like a baby when giving them medicine to make them comfortable and keep me from getting scratches.

Woodland Animal Hospital is consistent in their fantastic care of our 2 dogs! The staff is fantastic and makes customer service their main goal! The vets know animals and are great at diagnosing issues and then giving a well thought out treatment plan!! I HIGHLY recommend Woodland Animal Hospital for anyone who loves their pets!

This is one of the most AMAZING places I've ever done business with. But more than just a Customer or Number .... WE IMMEDIATELY BECAME FAMILY!!!! On 9-29-20 we had to Run Rush Re-Re (my Siamese cat) to an Emergency Care Animal Hospital and they were the closet at 30 minutes away plus rush hour traffic. Biddi-Bit (Re-Re) was having an allergic reaction to Adams Flea and Tick Spray and it was Killing her. As soon as I got inside and they seen her they were paging Tech's & Dr.s. Even though her prognosis wasn't good they kept me informed every step of the way. Dr. Richardson himself called me to explain the How's and What's of what she was going through before we even left the parking lot. He wasn't just a voice on the phone. He was thoughtful & caring and made sure that I understood and even explained that she may have to be there for 3 or so days. Imagine the overwhelming feeling when THEY actually called me to give me an update on how she was doing, and I don't mean just one call but 3. The night shift Dr. even called personally. (THEY ARE ALL AMAZING) By the Grace of GOD and the Miracles he Blessed these Amazing People with Re-Re came home the next afternoon. No neurological problems or vision issues, other than her Adorable Cross-eyed-ness which she's had since she was born. Everyone that I spoke to was true of heart, not only with concern and knowledge but with love, respect, kindness and compassion. The staff at Woodland are always helpful and take care of my animals with love and care. They are personal and go above and beyond to make my pets and me feel welcome with sincerity. There are many options in the Carmel area for animal care, but Woodland is top notch in my book.

They have a "No Fear" philosophy at the clinic. If your pet is too anxious, they wait to get to know them or reschedule. No one at the clinic believes in stressing your pet.

Lindsey is the best groomer in the area. I moved from Carmel to Fishers but I had to go back to Lindsey to groom my 2 babies.

We did not use veterinary services. I brought my golden retriever to the attached grooming salon here for a bath and groom. They did a fantastic job giving him a haircut and he came out looking fresh and handsome. The groomers were very attentive to my concerns regarding a previous bad experience somewhere else, and they followed all my requests and took good care of my pup. They are reasonably priced. It was around $70 for a full groom for a 3 year old golden retriever. I have paid more other places and have had less than stellar service. We will now only come here for his grooms going forward. I also like that they are part of this vet clinic in case of any emergencies there are services readily available.
