The entire staff at the Carmel location was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. They followed up and took excellent care of our furbaby. Thank you! Would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Nayee is very professional and took excellent care of my cat. If my pets are in need of any emergent care in the future, I wouldn't take them to any other clinic.

We took our kitty Noodle in for some chronic mouth pain she had been having. Received a quick examination in which the Vet provided a clear prognosis. The friendly professional staff administered some medication and we were on our way. Extremely happy with our visit and would happily take Noodle here again for any issue that may arise! ????

The professionalism in this place is questionable. We sent our dog here about two weeks ago due to an attack by another dog. They gave her stitches, and a drainage tube for her back. After her surgery, the man who brought her outside told my dad and sister to bring her back within 10-14 days to remove the drainage tube. When she went back on day 13, they removed the stitches and tube, but now she is full of infection. They told us that that was our fault as it is meant to be taken out in 4-7 days, however, they told us 10-14. Now they are blaming us for her infection. They also took her stitches out, but her back is still very much open and bleeding freely. They also told us “We hope that you can place more importance on your pets health moving forward.” Completely unprofessional and just rude. This whole family has dropped everything in the last few weeks for this dog. Don’t take your animal here if you want them to get proper care they deserve.

Our puppy had an allergic reaction on a Friday night and they were able to see him within an hour of us calling! The vet was extremely professional and informative of the treatment regimen they were providing. Would recommend this clinic to anyone in need of quick and quality care for their furry friends!!

I’d like to give a shout out to Ireland at vet check in Carmel. My dog scooby had gotten into some onions and wasn’t able to stand very well And was drooling excessively I called and was able to get her in within an hour she is doing all better now and is as happy as can be. Ireland was very professional and loved on lil pup so she wasn’t so scared and did a amazing job making sure my pup was okay. and gave her the best first vet visit ever definitely recommend going to vet check.
