Cottage Animal Clinic of Carmel Carmel, Indiana

We have been with Cottage Animal Clinic for almost 6 years. They have been great! They helped me say goodbye two my two old dogs, even sending me cards afterwards with their paw prints. Dr. B is super passionate about animals and treating them well. We have two more dogs now that are current patients and I couldn’t be happier.

Couldn’t ask for a better vet experience. My very defensive dog fell for the staff right away and was such a good girl.

I highly recommend Dr Stacy Winkhart for cats. She is friendly & knowledgeable. She has treated our cat Shadow for problem paw skin issues. It is worth the drive from Beech Grove to Carmel. Its hard to find a vet in Beech Grove that can treat cats. Staff is very friendly. Front office manager Brooke is also very friendly and great in customer service.

I have taken my YorkiePoo Peyton here for the past 2 years after relocating from Arizona. My friends recommended Cottage and I have been very pleased with them. They are quick and efficient while showing great care and concern for my dog. If I would have anything negative to say is if your pet gets sick it’s sometimes hard to get them in because they are so busy. Other than that I would highly recommend them.

I called today to schedule a yearly visit for my sweet kitty, and the lady on the phone made me feel awful. I was driving and couldn’t remember the date his shots were expired, and she did not help by looking up the dates for me. She then continued to tell me that she needed a date and when I finally pulled over to get it, she said that she couldn’t have helped more if I had that all along. On top of this she also interrupted me many times, and had a rude tone to her voice. I decided to not schedule the appointment after that call, and I’m switching to another vet. When we went previously this was never an issue. The actual vets are so nice and kind, but I can’t excuse the phone experience I had.

Doc Greg is the best vet all around. Very thorough and explains things well. Very passionate and total animal lover. Clinic is clean and reasonable priced. Nurses are great. Wede trust him with our cats anytime..

Fantastic neighborhood vet! All the docs on staff are very friendly, informative, and caring. The support staff is amazng and do all the little things to be helpful. they l ove your pets as much as you do!

This is one of the best vets in the Carmel/Indy area! I love the small feel and how we felt like family every time our dog went to see them. I knew that they loved and cared for my dog while he was in their care.

Dr. Borlik is a great veterinarian who cares greatly about each patient.

The staff are great and really know their stuff. They're honest and will give you all the options and won't try to steer you towards anything that'll break the bank. I'll make the 1.5 hour drive just to take the beast for her check ups. Worth it.

I posted a negative review a few days ago as a lady hung up on me when I called. The manager, Meredith reached out to me and we talked about the situation. She is awesome!!! We took our kitten in today to get a check up and she gave us a lot of information about getting her spayed and what they did during her appointment. I am so happy she contacted me because we have finally found the vet clinic for us!! Even though I had a rocky start with this clinic, Meredith totally made it up and I take back my previous statement and fully recommend anyone to this clinic! Thanks again Meredith!!

Staff was friendly from making the appointment over the phone through the appointment itself. They care about your pet as if it was their own.

Stay away! They don't care and are rip offs! My little guy was worse after seeing Greg Borlik. He is horriable!

Excellent customer service! Great with handling my dog and making him feel more at ease. Took time to explain how he did and explain any concerns. Definitely will return!

Never again! Borlik needs a lot more training!

Very trustworthy Doctors here. We have been taking our dog here for almost 8 years(we rescued him as a puppy at a TSC in Noblesville) & they have taken very good care of him. I would recommend this veterinarian to anyone!!

Dr. Greg is the best. Caring, gentle, listens to you about your concerns. The staff and other vets are all caring.

Trust me, go here. I am a first time puppy owner and ask Dr. Rutherford the most ridiculous and paranoid questions and she is super patient with me. She genuinely cares about the well-being of my puppy. Definitely a pleasant experience!

Take your pets here. The staff are awesome, the Vets are excellent. These people genuinely like animals and it shows. The prices are substantially below VCA. My pets are spoiled by these folks at each visit.
