Wonderful employees, pay them well so they will stay! Store variety is okay, but I'm not paying dispensary prices for cat nip.

Decent verity of foods, toys, and supplies. Fish supplies are okay; just fresh fish. The cats! Need a cat, adopt a cat. They bring in shelter kitties regularly from different organizations in the area

I use petsmart for most of my aquatic needs. They typically have everything I need and the prices are fair if you need something right this minute.

They do not got very many items in a store that I need for birds bird food and they face is always. I don't keep it clean or anything like that and they need more help

As yesterday drew to a close, I reflected on what had gone well that day. I decided the cashier at Bloomington PetSmart around 4:30 was the friendliest person of the day. He had quite a line of customers to deal with. He was an efficient cashier, yet cheerful and nice. In these times, cheerfulness makes the world a much better place.

The groomers are inept and I don't trust them I'm going somewhere where my dogs groomer is not in training with equipment that could injure my beloved best friend.

I enjoy PetSmart. But was dissappointed that they No longer carry Martha Stewart's Halters. I went to by one like the old one for my Chihauhau! I took my old one in but they didn't carry that kind anymore. I did bur Bird and Hamster Food.

They maded an appointment 4 weeks ago for today and did not tell us, that the rabies shot is going to be expired in these 4 weeks, they have that info on file. Today they informed us that they couldn't do the nail clipping even while admitting that they could have informed us about the expiring rabies shot. Poor customer service. It was the second tome they failed to communicate in 3 months.
