Love this place!! The staff love obviously love their jobs and care so much about us and our pets. When I put my Olivia down about 4 years ago the vet cried and the vet tech cried when Wesley was put down a year ago.

They did a great job trimming my dogs nails on a moments notice. Thank you for helping!! For being there when I needed you!!

Having to put a pet down is hard enough on its own, with that being said Dr. Lee had me and my entire family in disbelief with his methods. Our pet had to suffer due to his lack of competency to perform such an emotional procedure correctly. After multiple attempts to try and sedate my dog he was unable to finish the final step 3 times because of his lack of compassion for animals and apparent unknowing ness to do his job. Not one time did this man apologize or act as if he had done anything wrong after our dog was in pain and made it blatantly clear through screams and yelps. If you are looking for a place that values your emotions and love for your animals I highly recommend you search elsewhere for vet needs.

Appreciate the way they help work with clients to find the most cost effective treatments. They were even willing to provide a script for our dog to receive an antibiotic that we were able to get filled at a pharmacy for no cost to us. If I were to nitpick anything, it would be that customers are not allowed back into the rooms with their pets during the visit. It would be nice to get the face time with the vet.

I have taken 2 if my 4 dogs to Banfield/ Dr Clark. We like her and is very intuitive about our dogs. This occasion was not one we wanted; we had to put one of our little ones to sleep. Dr Clark was the vet on that day and treated us as she always has. Very caring! A week after, we received a card from all the vet staff along with her paw print... it was very heart warming. Thank you, all at Banfield!

First please let me start by saying since the Pandemic everything is topsy turvy! When even trying to get your FURBABIES seen is up to a 2 month wait! The quickest ANY vet could see my boy was 3 weeks out. I know there are people with positive and people with negative comments on Banfield pet hospital. In this case, I'm all positive. We waited 4 days to be seen. Quick in quick out. A pain prescription. And continue keeping him calm and off the leg. Happy, happy, boy. Happier owner. Thank you!

Always friendly, very informative, always willing to help make it affordable. Dogs ways come back as happy or happier home.

We have taken two of our pets to Dr Lee which is in the Avon area we like him very much he seems to pay attention to our fur babies and we really like the tension that he gives them I have taken my babies to some place else and I don't feel like they get the attention at least that he gives them and he knows our breed very well hey so I would like to take a chance to say thanks to you to Dr Lee at Mansfield hospital

Banfield pet hospital when the extra mile to assure me that my pet would be well taken care of.

They have pet insurance and it's really affordable to get all your pets shots and everything they need. It's a monthly payment and it's worth it in my eyes. They have different plans you can get that fits your and your dogs needs.

They had 3 doctors and able to get in earlier than the location I used in Plainfield.

One of our "fur babies" was having major ear issues and I took him to our regular vet, our vet looked in both of his ears, said he didn't see anything, gave our boy a shot and some pills and sent us on our way, 3 months later, ear issues are still there, took our "son" to Banfield yesterday, the vet there looked in our boy's ears and found a major ear infection going on. My spouse and I have discussed it, and your hospital may have 2 new regular "clients" soon.

So very friendly and helpful

Over a period of 4 months, Dr. Lee provided care recommendations for our pet that almost led to death. Once we caught on to what was going on we got her to a new vet and now appears to be on her way to recovery. All the new vet had to do was put my pet on a prescription food and a course of antibiotics. Imagine if Dr. Lee would have actually listened to what was going on instead of assuming.

Fast, friendly service. Both my kittens Tom and Moonshine get seen here. Price is affordable and they listen to all your pets needs. Definitely recommend Banfield and both Dr. Elizabeth Clark (Toms vet) and Dr. Brittany Crenshaw (Moonshines vet) to take care of your pets needs. ????????

Doctor was very arrogant and I feel much better at the one on 86th street!

PET PARENTS BEWARE! I brought my dog here after being referred by 2 people I know. She was seen April 21st, April 30th and May 7th. I brought her in for loss of appetite, weight loss, coughing, runny nose, gagging/vomiting. She apparently did not have enough symptoms to diagnose. I took her to medvet ER on May 9th after the vets at Banfield told me I should bring her to them, because they didnt know what was wrong. Within 20mins medvet had diagnosed her with an advanced case of pneumonia and sadly she did not make it through the night. I am heart broken. I put my faith into people who have degrees and know more about dogs and how to treat them and my girl paid the price. The staff here are very friendly, but I'm afraid that's the only nice thing I have to say. A chest x-ray could have saved my little girls life, but was sadly never mentioned until the literal day she died, hours before I took her to medvet. I understand the bread and butter of this place is preventive care with mostly flea and tick meds, so I'm half kicking myself for not going somewhere else sooner. 3 visits over 3 weeks and a chest x-ray was all that was needed. So please, if you are ever in a situation like me, where they keep telling you they are not sure, there's not enough symptoms to diagnose, please, go to another practice. Save your dogs life.

Food is always fresh. Always ready when I come in to pick it up. Lobby is always clean and the staff are super friendly!

Dr Lee was extremely nice! The nurse were very nice and helpful. It's our first pet and they took the time to answer all our questions and even give us tips on other things. They call to remind you of the pets appointments. We're doing the wellness plan and I think it's a pretty good deal. They also took the time to explain all of that as well.

Very friendly and helpful with our sick dog. They were very patient with us.

Caring staff. Took excellent care of our kitten. Clean facility inside. The phone tree is a bit long.
