I am continually impressed with the kindness, knowledge, caring and professionalism shown by ALL staff members at SAVC! Thank you for treating my fur baby so well!

I had a very ill female Chihuahua that required immediate attention, but they said that they were booked up with appointments and wouldn't offer me an opportunity to get her in for another 10-14 days. I ended up taking her to Fishers, Indiana to VetCheck, an emergency veterinary clinc that accepts patients without an appointment. They did diagnostic procedures and determined that she has liver and pancreatic issues as well as a heart murmur. It was expensive and a huge inconvenience to have to take her all the way to Fishers and I don't appreciate that South Anderson Clinic wouldn't work us into their schedule.

Your staff was very caring and giving of my time during my sad time of having to put our dog Mufasa down. Was very much appreciated!

I so appreciate that you were able to work my pet in for a same day appointment, I know how busy you are. I was so worried and you don't know how much it was a relief to have her checked out. Everyone is so kind and caring!!!

I have gone to these people for over 20 years with all y pets. I wouldn't go to any other vet. I have recommended to anyone that I know that has needed care for their pets. Every staff member is professional, caring and attentive.

I spent about $200 for a non-emergency office visit. This included meds for an ear infection. They scheduled a follow-up visit for a few weeks later. They wanted to charge an additional $45+ to see if what they did was working. I think this is totally wrong. A follow-up visit should be included in the initial office visit. The care was fine. The charges need to be a little less greedy.

I have had both my babies there and they give nothing but good advice and help our fur babies live a productive and healthy life all the staff are extremely friendly and the doctors truly care for each one of their patient's. They are the best vet in Madison County ❤ thank you for all you do for each of us and our fur babies. You are truly appreciated

The service is always above average. I had a great experience due to the friendly and diligent staff, Hannah was outstanding! I missed the Dr.’s name(sorry), she was also very friendly and engaging. Thank you all for your efforts.

Our dog was hurting one morning. They got us in, cared for her, and she's back on the mend. Appreciate them.

I took my dog in for seizures. We got no where in the visit. They told me to stop his medicine even though that specific medicine is not prone to cause seizures. That was their diagnosis without us paying $220 for blood work. I called another vet clinic and asked them what they charge for the exact same test and it is only $110 there. I call and ask why there is such a difference is and they say it’s just their fees. Take your money elsewhere

Going to find a new vet . It my vet can't take care of simple Procedures as a nail trim it's time to find a new vet.

My mom takes her dog to Chesterfield but her dog has skin allergies so South Anderson Vet got Bella in alot sooner. We been talking about changing Vets. The staff was very nice and helpful

These ladies were amazing. They helped me so much with my litter of Saint Bernard's. I was so nervous about the whole process but once we got in they just made everything so simple and easy. Definitely will be returning to see these amazing ladies.

They stated my dog needed a 3,000 surgery so I went for a second opinion and was told theres been multiple instances were svac was saying a surgery is needed when it isn't do not use them ever

Great people. Great with my puppy

Used to love this place, but it’s clear they’ve taken on more clients than they can handle: Our cat and puppy’s appointments tend to average being 45 minutes to an our later than scheduled. My wife took our dog for appointment two days ago. Called the curbside pick up number 5 times to get no answer any time. The parking lot is clearly packed, so I can only guess they don’t have enough help or have too many clients. No problems with care or vaccinations. Just really irritated with their inability to be prompt or on time. The last straw was two unprofessional emails claiming my wife missed the appointment. No, when you refuse to answer your telephone, no one can really make it happen. Secondly trying to charge us an up front fee for appointments because of their inability to answer a phone or take care of customers is laughable. We will take our pets and money elsewhere. Work on those customer service skills and hire someone or stop taking new clients. You can’t handle the load as is.
