I was charged a $30 surcharge fee on my credit card! Not acceptable! I read the reply, I called care credit to complain, they said this is not true, they do not charge him $30 for each use. I've used this card there before and was never charged that much. Yes there was a fee but it was not even close to the $30 I was charged this time. So my 1 star was not out of line

Really I don’t know what too say. My German shepherd has had this skin issue for awhile. First picture is before any meds I got for her and was tested for some type of mite. Not I’m threw the medicine and it’s even worse now. My dog seems happy when she goes there just don’t think he knew exactly what was wrong. And honestly feel that if this was supposed too work and hasn’t i shouldn’t be charged too bring her back too be fix properly

As a former employee and fur momma, I will always choose dr. Lane over any other vet. He saved my cat jacks life. I had come home one day and jack was very lethargic, not wanting to eat or drink anything and not using the litter box. I took him to the pet hospital and got charged $350 for them to run a few tests and then they sent us home. I immediately started searching for a vet and came across dr. Lane. Not only did he redo all the tests the hospital did but also did X-rays and labs to get to the bottom of my jacks issues. Gave him fluids and sent us home with an extra bag for me to administer later (I had experience doing this so he was comfortable letting me do it at home) then had us come back the next day and gave him another bag of fluids.All of this for less than the animal hospital charged. 2 days later and my sweet fur baby was back on his feet happy as can be. That was about 6 years ago, my mother in law also takes her animals to dr lane and absolutely loves him! While working for dr lane never did I ever see him be abusive physically or verbally to any pets. Did he have some heated discussions with some owners about the care of their pets? Yes. But that just goes to show how passionate dr lane is about all of his patients. I’d rather have someone tell me like it is than blow Smoke up my rear. Just sayin. Dr. Lane I hope all is well. Thank you for everything you do for all of your patients.

The medication went up $10 not very happy about that. People are nice.

I switched vets due to never being able to see the same veterinarian. My babies need one person checking them out not multiple people suggesting multiple things. Broadway vet is by far amazing. The veterinarian and his assistants are great!!!

Dr Lane has always been wonderful with my animals! He has communicated very clearly to myself and my kids. We have been seeing him for 9 years. He is patient and thorough. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with pets.

I took my stray, I named him Harry, because he had a swollen leg and was limping really bad to Dr. Lane. I'm new to Anderson and found him on Google He took great care of Harry, which by the way is doing great. He's not happy about being inside but he's not limping any more. Dr. Lane did not rush through the appointment. He patiently and thoroughly went over after care. He also took time to discuss future care for Harry, my cat Charlie, and my dog Baxter. I highly recommend their services. I found my vet gor as long as I'm I'm Anderson.

Can't express how wonderful these folks are. Late afternoon and we had an emergency and they took care of us and didn't say one word about "not having an appointment ". The doctor was amazing and very thorough and helped with a very scary situation and kept us at ease. Can't recommend them highly enough.

My family has used this vet since I was a child, even through the veterinarian change. Dr. Lane has treated my mother's dogs (she rescues older dogs) from everything from urinary tract infections to lymphoma since he has become the veterinarian here. So when I became an adult I moved back to Anderson after many years away this is who she recommended. I was very worried about where to take my dogs as they are pit bulls and in other cities have faced some issues with vets due to the breed. Dr. Lane treats both with love and respect and has even returned our calls about our dog with a large tumor on his own time. He has found time to operate on her twice, once in an emergency situation that the VCA couldnt get to for weeks. As I work 2 jobs my husband is normally the one doing the appointments and going to the office to get meds so if I dont show up as a patron of your establishment this is why. But I want to thank u for everything u have done for our pitties.

We have a difficult very moody dog,they are so patient with him

I was unfortunate enough to work there. Then was Dr. Ordered quarantined. Had my Dr. Office fax the papers to Dr Lane only to find out that he had fired me! Didn't even have the guts to tell me. Today Dr. Lane said he didn't fire me...that I quit! Well, why then did I show up for work yesterday? After quarantine was over. FAST FORWARD 2 MONTHS LATER....5/24 Lane left a response to my review. It was full of lies! I was usually the 1st one there. I was not calling in sick. I didn't request to be quarantined. Called my Dr. He was working from home. Told a Nurse practitioner my symptoms, which they shared with the Dr. I was called back and TOLD to stay home for 14 days! I wish I could say that I can't believe,how horrible Dr Lane is being. But I was there 19 days and saw 2 people who worked there for a day and quit! He's truly an awful person to work for. But he puts on a good show for his clients.

What a great place! Our dog had been sick for a long time. We'd been to two other vets, and no real progress. He tried a couple of things that didn't work, then referred us to a specialist. The referral included faxing a packet of info with the history, and what he'd already tried. The specialist confirmed he had taken the right steps, it is simply a rare condition that needed special tests to identify. The specialist did several tests, and determined what was needed. They were right. Since then Dr. Benzinger has been extremely helpful with the follow-ups, and even helping us get the medicine quickly after Chewy (worthless!) dropped the ball twice - the med is somewhat expensive and not stocked at any vet office, even the specialist. He is also working with us to find a lower cost alternative once our lady is stable. It's clear he loves animals; it showed when he saw how well our dog is doing. We've taken out last two dogs to him, and he has always been excellent. Highly recommend!

We recently switched to this vet and I am happy we did. The doctor has been amazing with our kittens. He takes the time to explain everything very well. The staff is nice but usually very quiet. We love our new vet!!

I live in Mississippi and I was visiting my parents around the area and brought my 1 year old yellow lab to Broadway Vet Clinic for stomach issues and flu like symptoms that were very concerning to me. No other vet clinic could work me in and I called them and they got me in that day! They were so informative, kept a positive attitude, and made me feel so much better about my four legged child. Within 5 hours she had her energy back and was back to her normal self! They also were very cost efficient and were worried about helping her instead of breaking my bank. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!! So reassuring and they made her feel so much better! Thank you so much!
