My dog loves this place. Indoor and outdoor playing area. Try Happy Puppy in Naperville as well. It’s really good similar type of doggy daycare.

We boarded our sweet golden retriever here while on vacation and our initial opinion of his experience was great. We got daily report cards and pictures which we greatly appreciated while being away. Upon picking him up, he seemed happy and well taken care of besides a spot on his back leg that looked raw and painful. We attributed it to the loads of playtime he seemed to have and watched it closely, hoping it would heal. After a month and a half of only slight improvement, we took to our vet for recommendations on care. Turns out, it appears he was BURNED. Our hearts are broken and angry that he was somehow burned while under their care. We got no report of the incident and now will never board him here again.

Took my pup there for the first time and she loved it! She was super excited to go and came home exhausted, deff can’t wait to bring her back! The staff was very kind and I love the ease of being able to schedule and view report cards.

Sweet Paws is amazing!, my dog loves it there. Staff is great! always take great care of my dog. And to get a daily report card on how much fun she is having is the best! Highly recommend.

They are always so good to my girl and she always seems so happy when I see her. It’s great socializing for her, the staff seem to take amazing care of her and they even provide “report cards” for the boarding services we use. I love this place! They are so sweet (pun intended) and caring of my diabetic baby!

When my husband and I first looked into local day care/boarding for our dog, Chesney, we were very nervous and worried about finding the right place. Sweet Paws is exactly what we were looking for! The manager, Jorden is absolutely amazing and goes above & beyond to make sure all the dogs are not only safe and well taken care of, but that they have fun as well! The daily report cards with pictures of Chesney during her stay puts my mind at ease. She truly loves Sweet Paws & Jorden so much, and so do we!

They took excellent care of my diabetic cat. First time I've left her to go on a mini-vacation. They sent me report cards with photos, which is an outstanding thing to do. Love them! happier with the care Mt little girl received!

I am very apprehensive about leaving my dog with anyone else. Jorden, the manager of Sweet Paws, goes above and beyond to make sure my dog is well taken care of. I love that they do fun things for the dogs and really care. They are especially cognizant of safety. I would recommend this center for daycare and boarding.

We love sweet paws so much. We.dont trust anyone else to take care of our pup. He comes back.happy and tired!!! He's not just crated for hours he's well taken care of and played with.

Staff and facilities were great. They sent a daily picture with a report of what the day was like. I thought it was a great touch and loved seeing the pictures of my boy!

Sweet Paws is Murphy's happy place. The animal care staff are so attentive and caring. I am always eager to pick up Murphy to learn about some funny story they have to share about him. Murphy comes home so exhausted, happy and content after a full day at Sweet Paws.

We are SO HAPPY that we moved to Yorkville and live very near to Sweet Paws! Our Minnie LOVES to go there and play with all her new friends. The staff, girls, are always so friendly!

I have been taking my dog here for over two years, it is her favorite place to be! If I could rate Sweet Paws 100 stars I would! Jorden and the rest of the staff are always so kind and loving to all of the dogs. As soon as I open the door my puggle Kinzie goes running to them, wagging her tail in excitement. I take her a couple times a week for daycare to play with all her friends. I also take her here for boarding when we are on vacation. You receive photos of your happy pup everyday too! It's nice that they have multiple large yards for separate playgroups as well as an indoor area to play when the weather isn't great. Kinzie always comes home happy and worn out from a fun and eventful day!

They treat the dogs horribly. Rude staff. As well as making the dogs stay out in the cold. My dog came back traumatized, please don’t send your dogs there unless you want the same for them.

They gave me updates by video of my dogs and the games they were playing with them.

Great place to board our dogs. 1 day or 1 week stays and my dogs cime home happy and healthy.

Our dog was very apprehensive at first. Jordyn and the other staff worked with her and now she loves playing in groups and spending the day there. They are all amazing, caring people.

Our Collie/Lab mix absolutely loves coming to Sweet Paws and as owners we love picking him up from there (overall he just seems happier). The staff genuinely care about dogs and even know our pup by his name!

My two dogs love this place. Staff is attentive and friendly...you can tell they really love dogs. Play area is large, securely fenced and grassy. They love running around and doing doggy things with all their puppy pals.

My two labs love it here. The dogs get a lot of activity even when the weather isn't great. They also send a nice daily report card with pictures of your doggo.

Amazing place. They take such good care of our dogs, no matter the reason for visit. We’ve boarded them for a week, a daycare day and also a quick bath and nail trim. Amazing customer service and they keep you up to date with great communication

Sweet Paws is Awesome!!! My wife and I recently sent our dog there while we were on vacation. Our dog was there for 10 nights and obviously we were a little nervous but that quickly subsided once we realized how great the staff was. They sent us daily report cards which included picture and videos of our dog; this let us relax because we knew our dog was in great hands. They have a large outdoor play area as well as an indoor play area for. When we picked up our dog he was happy and healthy and we couldn’t have asked for anything more! Also drop off and pick up were very easy. Would definitely recommend Sweet Paws to anyone looking for a pet boarding or day care service!
