Most caring vet I have ever dealt with. Everyone there is so kind, welcoming, and helpful. I wouldn't trust my babies with anyone else.

I brought my puppy here because it was recommended by a vet that I previously worked with. Yesterday they were overbooked and my vet asked if they can take our puppy in she was dehydrated. Dr Laura took her in, they didn’t do any of the diagnostics they promised and left my little coco to die. I took my puppy in around 8:15 am. I kept on following up they didn’t have any kits to confirm my puppy had Provo right there and then they didn’t take any blood work or X-rays by 4:00 PM I called they they told me my puppy passed away: I feel they didn’t focus on helping her. I would of taken her somewhere else if they didn’t have the time or necessary equipment to help my puppy. I do not recommend this place especially Dr Laura she gave us that cold shoulder feeling and has no care and compassion.

I mean, what would we do without y'all? Buster LOVES coming to the vet, how many dog owners can say that?! Thanks for everything each of you do. You've made us confident, knowledgeable dog owners.

Kind staff. Pricing is great. Doctor is SO nice. They don't push you to do anything unnecessary or make you feel like you should be doing more for your pet, if that makes sense. If you need bloodwork or other treatments they walk you through everything.

We love Dr. Leopold and Amber Leaf Animal Hospital. We became patients (two cats) while Covid restrictions didn't allow for pet owners to come inside, but both cats were well taken care of through the curbside pickup and their appointments. I appreciated the thoroughness of the phone call from the doctor while I waited in the car. Now that we've had a second annual checkup and I've been able to go in, I appreciate the time for questions and the care for my scaredy-cat that I was able to observe first-hand.

I have been going to amber leaf animal hospital for over 19 + yrs. I have no complaints about the veterinary services but I do have an issue with the grooming area. We just recently started taking our collie to get grooming done. Well, we are trying to figure out why it takes over 6 hours to groom a dog. If you drop the dog off at 7 am and you don't get him back until 3 pm. That is a long time!!. The groomer or groomers don't even get into the hospital until 9:30-10:00 from what we were told. So, why do they say drop off time is between 7-9 am? We complained and pick up our dog because he was sitting there for 5 hours and Sherri (groomer) didn't even start on him yet. But a bath earlier. So, she writes a note with rudeness and tells us we need to go to a mobile groomer instead. Guarantee I won't be bringing him back. Unfortunately, she needs to stop over booking , get a better system down and not write a rude letter to a customer.Undererstandable, if you work all day. You go to other places and they don't have a dog there all day. Very disturbing and disappointing.

We have loved every experience we have had with Amber Leaf. The vets and staff are both first rate. The facility is incredibly clean and their caring attitude can't be beat.

Appointments are very well organized for covid precautions. Upon arrival, you call office from parking lot. When an examination room becomes available, masked, you're escorted to it by staff member where you're permitted to be present while the doctor examins your pet. Payment transaction is completed without approaching front desk. Very safe.

We’ve been taking our two cats to Dr. Rudiger per recommendation of my boyfriend’s family (who is huge into fostering and also has a ton of pets and uses him frequently for permanent pets). In regular check ups, and in sudden check-ups, the whole staff has been amazing. When we lived in the city, we would drive 1.5 hours here and back just to be able to get their care and service (the city people were awful!) Amber Leaf is transparent about their prices and very reasonably priced - both of which we appreciate. Dr. Rudiger always listens patiently, provides his thoughts and options. He calms us down and explains his rationale, but also respects if we want to go overboard to make sure everything is ok for piece of mind. Honestly, it’s rare to have people you can trust and count on. I hope we can continue to see Dr. Rudiger and the kind staff there for the life span of our kitties. Thanks for all of your help and your service!

Dr Leopold has been my vet for several years now. She is thorough and conscientious, and treats my dogs like they were her own. I couldn't imagine bringing my pups anywhere else.

A wonderful animal hospital with grooming and boarding. The reception/office staff are knowledgeable and caring. The Doctors discuss the possible treatment options.

Our family's fur babies for over 30 years have been taken care by Amberleaf vets. Very happy with their knowledge, love, and care that the pets have received. Our kids also talked their pets there too.

I used to go there exclusively many years back but the service started changing for the worst so went the groove in warrenville a very good place but kinda of price so tried Amber leaf and I was very impressed fast friendly and even had free samples of the meds less expensive then the groove which has been our vet for 7 years no hard feelings but I'm going to Amber leaf in Winfield

We've been taking our pets to Amberleaf Animal Hospital for 33 years. They have taken care of our first four dogs (and now our 5th), guinea pigs and rats. Two of our dogs had to be put down because of illness and the doctors were very compassionate. Extremely good doctors, nice, gentle with the animals, professional, and knowledgeable and return calls promptly. The docs also give practical advice along with medical care. I wouldn't bring our pets to any other veterinary hospital.
