My dog needed a post covid grooming badly. Spotted Paw did not disappoint. Thank you so much! Finn thanks you too for doing a great job.

I just picked up both of my Persian cats after grooming. The owner stated the cats had a few blemishes in them, and I should look at them. When I returned home I found 18 shaver cuts, with 3 still bleeding. I immediately called the vet, and they accommodated an appointment for me, so I had to rush them over within the hour. 2-hours later update: Just returned from veterinarian, and they were both given antibiotics to prevent infection from the open cuts. A follow up visit will need to be done within two weeks to insure they are properly healing. Also they cut off the whiskers of my prize Persian. Additionally, they scheduled the appointment at 7am to insure no dogs would be there to reduce trauma. I counted no less than 5 dogs being groomed by high school kids, dogs barking, loud laughter coming from the back. When I confronted them in this, their answer was “ we had accident overbooked the morning as to a heavy schedule”. Proceed with caution using this groomer, especially with felines, and small long haired dogs. Your asking for issues, as they don’t seem to care about the animals, just processing as many appointments as they can. ????????

Chelsea loves going to see her good friends at Spotted Paw, who leave her feeling fresh and pretty. Chelsea is an 8 year old Shi Tzu, so she can be cantankerous at times, but she's always in a great mood when she comes home from her appointment and looks amazing.

My pet was left smelling so good and looking so cute! All the staff were so nice and professional! Can tell they take their time to work with pets and are very patient with fur babies!

Great staff the groomers are amazing. You can tell they love what they do and you will see it in your pooch. I have been using them for several years. Thanks Frisco looks great.

I have a 7 month old puppy, that has anxiety issues. Spotted Paw treated him with such grace and professionalism. Other groomers have shamed me over his anxiety, but Spotted Paw did not seem to have any issues with him. Just as I had assumed, it was the workers at the other facilities that had the true problems, and not my puppy. This has provided me a lot of relief over having my baby groomed. I would recommend 1000 times over.

By far the best dog grooming place I have been to with my pup. The service is always spectacular and I have had no issues. I plan to continue coming here for as long as possible and if you are on the fence of trying Spotted Paw I would hope this review helps you make the decision.

This was our first visit to Spotted Paw. I was pleased with the service, and my dog Nicky, a Lasa Apso mix, looks good.

Watch out for extra fees/substantial price increases after the initial grooming. I have taken my Samoyed to Spotted Paw two times now and unfortunately will not be returning. I only have positive things to say regarding the quality of the grooming. However, the reason I will not use Spotted Paw in the future is the less-than-transparent pricing model I experienced. I paid $86 for the first grooming, so I was taken aback to see the second grooming was $146 (despite them asking “will you be doing the same thing as last time?” when I dropped off my dog). When I asked why there was such a significant increase in price, I was told the first grooming was (accidentally) charged as a smaller dog and that this second grooming had extra fees for de-shedding (+$20) and “impacted coat” (+$30) due to me not bringing my dog back within 6 weeks of the initial grooming (it should be noted the starting-condition of my dog’s coat was the same the second grooming as it was the first). I would understand a price increase within reason, but increasing the price over 70% and not notifying me of that until checkout is not a way to retain business.

My sister has a german shepherd and I have a shepherd/lab mix and we have been getting our dogs groomed at different places for awhile but the shedding was always awful after their grooms! We finally decided to try out Spotted Paw and this is the best experience we have ever had! Our dogs have not shed a single piece of hair for a week and they really paid attention to cleaning up paw pads and brushing their teeth very well. My lab/shepherd has always been extremely anxious when it comes to grooming appointments and I always get the report that she was a hassle— at SP, they did an amazing job with her, she even kissed them goodbye! If your dog struggles with grooming and/or shedding, I strongly recommend this place! They accommodate your dog and make them feel safe and taken care of!

I love bringing my dog here, the workers are always so friendly and well organized. Not to mention that my dog looks great every time I pick her up. I would really recommend this place.

I've had my dogs to Spotted Paw before several times and after this last groom, I will not go back. They not only mischarged me with what they quoted me, they shaved my dogs so short, they look terrible. They not only cut them short, they cut their whiskers. As I shared my disappointment when I was checking out, they did not see to care at all. This is not what I have experienced here before .

I’ve been bringing my King Charles Cavalier that is 9 years old and has a back leg that is arthritic, hence he can’t stand for the entire grooming. I explained that to the staff and they hold him up and make his experience a good one. The staff is very accommodating and nurturing. I’d recommend taking your fur babies here!

Always a wonderful job. Our little guy sometimes gets anxious and shivers. These folks have the touch to calm him down immediately. We know he’s in good hands before we leave him there. Very reassuring. And he’s always very happy for having been there.
