Love this place! Went for the first time over the weekend, and was pleasantly surprised. Was helped by a young girl named sidney. Couldn’t have been older than 17, but seemed very professional, more so than even some of the adults. She was patient despite clearly having other responsibilities to tend to. Will be returning and hopefully the experience is just as positive.

THE SERVICE AT THIS STORE WAS EXEMPLARY. Went in Wednesday. Hailey helped me get product and gave amazing advice and showed great patience towards my family and kids. She had maturity well beyond her years.

This store always has what I need, but more importantly, they place a high priority on customer service. Hailey and Sydney have been so helpful when I come in, and continue to bring me back to this store. Awesome job! I will be back for my dog's food soon!!

The manager is extremely rude. They won’t take back anything even an exchange

This is the worst location. They are not professional. They refuse returns . Do not buy anything here if you are going to exchange or return.

Bad customer service The manager at the store location is a very unprofessional. I tried to make a return I was within the return policy and the manager would not take back my return. Their policy states within 20 days I tried to return within 10 days. I only wanna do an exchange not a return. I will never do business at this location or at the store ever again. I do not recommend this franchise

Online orders are pointless at this location!! Ordered at 5:30pm, I arrived at the store at 7:00pm just for them to tell me they don't have my order ready. Not only was there no sense of urgency, but I got a small attitude for rushing them.

It stinks in this store. The whole place looks unkempt. Disgusting. Not like it used to be. I will not be back to this store anymore.

I honestly feel like It was OK, no one really acknowledges you but they weren't bad or anything.

You need to fix your light on the sign outside. It’s been out forever! Past your store up on Black Friday. Also your lights in the parking lot are all out! I did tell the manager and he said they are aware. Over a month now? Come on ! I would think safety would be a number 1 priority. Or are you waiting for someone to fall?

Beware: Malpractice by Ownership This franchised location has directed its employees to refuse returns from other stores, or in some cases returns from purchases at this location. By taking a return the store incurs a "loss" on their books. Regardless of the loss it is Pet Supplies Plus corporate policy to take a return regardless of the store. This location has been reported to corporate and for malpractice. An unfortunate example of subpar ownership who cares more about metrics than their customers or staff.

I could not be more disappointed with my experience of curbside pickup. I hadn’t tried it before but I chose to order my two containers of kitty litter via pickup. I placed my order at 5:54 pm and called the store at 7:33 pm to find out what was taking so long with my order. I was told that they would get to it later when there’s time for them, because apparently they had 115 other orders and were swamped. I’m not one to complain to any staff, but I didn’t understand why two containers of kitty litter were taking hours to be available. I asked if I could come and pick them up myself, because I had paid for them and didn’t understand why they weren’t ready, literally only kitty litter. They said that isn’t allowed, but I began driving there anyway. When I arrived the store was empty but the employees continued to apologize, saying that they have had so many orders to fill. I understand that businesses get busy but there is no reason for a curbside pickup to take hours. I was given my order at 8:04 pm, and very frustrated with the experience. I typically shop there but this experience was disappointing.

Visited on 11/9 /21 - The self dog wash is not the same as other PSP I have visited. The bath units are placed in such a way that the drain water first falls on the floor instead of directly on the drain causing a serious splashback on your feet. Also one of the blower/dryer was broken. I would avoid getting my dogs over there unless the dog wash has a serious remodeling job done.

Great place to wash your dog yourself it cost 10 dollars ???? and they have towel, shampoos, blower to dry your dog ???? off.

Went to use the self service dog wash. Filthy room. Every towel was a soaking wet rag just thrown around the room. One of the dryer hoses was torn off the wall and had duck tape on the end of it.The tubs were filled with a lot of wet dog hair.

They have always delivered on time and are very polite. They let you know that they are delivering. Only once was there an issue but the food was delivered the next day promptly, and they let me know of the issue and if i wanted my money back i could do that also. Always a great place to order from!

Purchased a new food which the cats did not like and they will not take it back because it's open. This is second and last time this will happen to me as I will no longer shop this location. Owner contacted me and send he would get back with and never did. Store has gone downhill since I move here 3 years ago. Corparte office also don't care. Guess Petco Chewy and Petsmart will be getting my business now! Would of given no star, but not possible.

This is the only store that carries my dogs best dog food that keeps him happy and digests well. Now the Signature Brand of Kangaroo type is putting out cookies made with Kangaroo too. Happy/healthy doggi.
