Very good place very kind

I have never experienced a vet like this before!! So gentle, so thorough, so caring, and knowledgeable! I wish I had come here years ago. When I brought my cat in, she was, as usual, terrified; she hates even seeing the cat carrier and always has. However, they started by using cat relaxing pheromones liberally, and they spoke to her very soothingly and gave her the chance to make choices about where she was most comfortable, and I could see her relaxing. I had been very concerned because she'd been diagnosed with diabetes by another vet, triggered by a shot of cortisone, and I knew that it might reverse and go away, and I was concerned that the other vet wasn't trying to monitor this, and communication had been lacking. Sure enough, with the right tests this time, we discovered that indeed, my cat was no longer diabetic. I have only had this one visit so far, but I have to rate them as outstanding in communication, concern for my pet, knowledge, and in providing care that strives to reduce the stress on the animal by as much as possible. Price? I am not sure in direct comparisons, although websites put their office visit cost at right about average for this area of the country. So for a cost to value ratio, they rate very highly!

I am a new client to the clinic and was very impressed with the facility and staff. The office had plenty of parking and was easily accessible. The waiting area is divided for cats and dogs, which helps with the anxiety some pets feel when they come to a vet's office. Front desk staff is very friendly and professional. Veterinary assistant was very caring and my animal responded positively to her. Dr. Nichols was great. He took the time to explain my pet's condition and answered all my questions. He offered some information about the food I currently use along with additional thoughts regarding other brands available on the market and the research that they do. I liked the fact that they have fair prices and offer ways to help keep care costs down with discounts. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This is a great veterinarian. We've taken out pets there for several years. All of the employees there are very friendly.

They are great with my two cats. Even manage to calm down my extremely nervous cat. They don’t rush and spend as much time as needed and explain everything.

Very compassionate and attentive to our newly adopted senior cat whom we have very little background about. Our kitty felt very relaxed there.

We have been using this vet for over 10 years now, and are consistently pleased with them. They provide quick, knowledgeable, caring, friendly, and reasonable service, and really do everything they can to ensure your pet lives the best life. They are quick to provide money-saving options for meds and treatment. They take time - both in a thorough examination and in clear discussion of any findings and suggestions to keep my dog healthy for a very long time.

Friendly staff and you can tell they all care about our fur babies! Always a great experience.

My concerns for my dog were taken seriously and they got me and Kevin in to see Dr Waggoner quickly! Jen and Dr. Waggoner treated Kevin gently, lovingly and with so much patience. Left no stone unturned in his evaluation. They made us feel that he was the only patient in the place! I'm so grateful!!

I don’t suggest this place took my 18 yr old cat there for senior blood work and dr Wagner could find the vein my cat shook and had been painful and couldn’t find vein in my German Shepherd she seem to struggle in getting blood and this hurts the pets plus there prices are out this world highest vet that ever been to and all they seem to care about is money not your pet.

Had a wonderful experience here. Staff is very friendly and explained everything well. Very pleased and so is my fur baby!

The staff was amazing. I have an indoor senior cat that has not been very well socialized.This is the first time I have taken my orange tiger into the vet and had an amazingly comfortable and informational visit. I have two other cats that I will be taking to their practice for wellness checks and any other issues that might arise.

I bring my Cat here & my cockatiels to their aviary. I have been impressed by EVERYTHING from cleanliness of building- inside & out, friendliness & knowledge of ALL staff & the way they seem to handle my fur / feather babies more like children than animals, talking to them in soothing voices. I highly recommend Washington Vet. Clinic.

Very caring people have a appointment today for my puppy to get a shot and wellest check up.

I normally took my cat to a vet in Peoria but she always got car sick so I thought I'd stay close to home this time. After a visit to your location we found out she had a cancerous mass and a very short life left. Your team was so caring, kind, respectful and professional. We ended up taking Ginger back a short month later to be put to sleep and had the same experience this time as well. I know I was out of sorts and it was all kind of a blur, but I do know it was all done with the utmost respect. Thank you for all you did for us and we will definitely be coming back to you guys with our other animals in the future. ????❤

Dr Nichols was so kind and informative. He explained to myself and my 9 year old daughter how to care for our new animal. I would recommend anyone to go to see him!

We were visiting from out of town when our dog started acting strange. I called about 20 minutes before they closed to see if I could get an appt. The receptionist was very friendly & understanding of our circumstances. She got us in the very next day. They were very safe & efficient with the COVID-19 restrictions. Dr. Nichols was very professional. He called the next morning with the blood work results and explained everything and gave recommendations for now and when we get back home.

Very friendly and clean staff members. They were so careful and loving with my dog. You can tell they really care about the animals and love their jobs. This was our first time but Spencer will probably be going here from now on. Thanks for being awesome!!

Great place for your pets.

I have been taking my 4 legged "kids" to Doc for 3 doggy generations. He and his staff are the best. They "get it" - they are my kids not just "pets" ! The compassion, knowledge, and patience is over the top. When Delilah (my fur baby) makes a visit - she is tugging and scrambling to get to the door - and enters with positive excitement! Just a reminder to all - Doc is the vet for the Zoo - soooo his clientele are not just the four legged ones ;) Lions...tigers...and bears... OH MY! I trust my babies to no other - Highly recommend
