Amazing customer service and care for our dog! He is fearful of new people and places and they made him so comfortable that he came out wagging his tail. Very thankful for everyone there!

We have been clients of Townline for a few years now. We originally came here after learning they work with a rescue we have adopted from, they help care for the rescued animals at a lower price so the rescue doesn't go broke. Dr. Singh really does care about her animal patients. When our cat was very sick, she made sure to stay in touch while we had to take her to an overnight emergency vet after hours. Very recently our dog didn't show us she was sick with cancer until the very end, and on the one day Townline is closed. Dr. Singh got in touch on the next business day when they received the records and was extremely saddened by the diagnosis. It was obvious she viewed our beloved dog as more than a money making machine. Beyond Dr. Singh, the rest of the staff has always been very kind and caring. It's a small office with one doctor so they will remember you. After moving further away, I decided to find a more local vet for one of our cats who gets car sick, and I am definitely missing taking her to Townline. Pricing is average I'd say. All vet care is expensive, so just accept that and move on. Great office, we recommend them.

I had an emergency situation with my 12 year-old Sheltie on a Sunday; I am SO thankful that I found Townline Animal Hospital. I had not visited them before. From the moment I called, they were accommodating, compassionate and kind, and were able to see us the same day. They provided the appropriate treatment and went above and beyond to rule out other potential issues. I highly recommend this wonderful team of people who provided both my dog (and me) with the TLC we needed. Thank you, Dr. Singh, we appreciate you and everyone who assisted us!

We brought our adopted pup to Townline Animal Hospital on a Sunday after adopting him Saturday evening. The appointment was easily made same day. Joe was very helpful over the phone and in person with taking the limited details of what we new about our new pet. The team really made us feel at ease and explained everything extremely thoroughly. Dr. Singh was so kind and easy to talk with. She personally came to the car to discuss our dogs care plan in detail. We are so glad we found Townline Animal Hospital and look forward to continuing to bring our pup here for years to come! Thank you.

Great service. One on one attention. Got me in last minute. Very attentive to my pet

I can not express the eternal gratitude I will forever have Dr. Singh and her staff. Our 7 year old German shepherd the night before Easter. started acting funny after dinner, he was pacing, dry heaving and couldn't get comfortable. We called Easter morning with the hopes she could help. She by the grace of god had taken the clinic phone home which she wouldn't have normally have done that day. She called us back immediately. We explained the situation and even with it being Easter Sunday wanted to see our boy. The xray showed he had GDV. Which is where, for unknown reasons, the stomach gets flipped and causes blockage. This requires immediate surgery to save a dogs life. Dr. Singh and her staff despite the fact it was Easter Sunday went to work and performing Emergency Surgery to save my boy Chief's life. 7 Hrs later I was able to transfer him to another clinic to stay the night under Intensive care with the hopes of bringing him home in the morning. The surgery went well and I am waiting for the morning. As I am writing this review she is messaging us with updates from the ICU veterinarian. This just goes to show the level of love and compassion they have for what they do. They went above and beyond the call of a normal veterinarian. We are forever thankful for Dr. Singh and her staff. If i could give 100 stars I would.

I am forever grateful to the entire staff at Townline Animal Hospital. Don't know if I can mention names, so I won't, but beginning with the front desk to the assistant vet and to the doctor herself, everyone has been nothing but kind, compassionate and caring. I came with my puppy, first for regular appointment, and then with an emergency. I was admitted right away, which actually saved my dog. And, what surprised me the most, after all the treatments that my dog received due to her emergency (which was induced vomiting and then iv for the day), she is excited to come back. Everyone there makes her feel happy, and I feel that I am in good hands. I would definitely recommend this vet hospital.

Great place open 7 days a week!! Friendly staff and the 7 days a week really does it for me. The ability to get any pet seen is extremely valuable.

Super Expensive! All they care about is emptying your valet! Bought a collar for my cat. The receptionist said if it don't fit, Incan return it. It didn't fit. Came the next day, another girl said they won't take it back. Their pricing for services is one of the highest in the vicinity.

The quality of health care for our pets has been outstanding. I highly recommend them.

My dog kept chewing himself and was pretty close to breaking the skin on a Sunday. This was the only vet open and we just moved here so we hadn’t established one yet. In a twist of fate, I’m glad all of this happened because it worked out for the best. I like the staff and the doctor. They were quick, kind and efficient and all of our needs were met. We’ll be here for 3 years and are happy to call this our vet during that time.

I absolutely love this vet. I just recently started coming here with both of my dogs and they are always so friendly and loving with my pups. They explain everything in detail and they seem to care a lot about your animal's well being.

Open on Sunday’s!! I love Dr Singh :) She did an emergency surgery to remove 2 broken molars from my dog’s mouth after he chewed his way thru a chain link fence. The bill would have been 3 times the amount at an animal ER and we couldn’t wait until Monday. She loves animals, I could feel her calm energy. The facility is beautiful, and super clean with all updated equipment. All 3 of my dogs are clients now!

Our miniature schnauzer needed quick attention and ultimately had surgery for bladder stones. They explained the surgery process & recovery thoroughly and I knew our dog was in good hands. Dr. Singh and her staff were fabulous.

Very great deals for military families and they have taken great care of my kitten. They also call to follow up and see how she’s doing. The vet and 2/3 vet techs are the nicest ever!

I was very pleased with the care my cats received when I brought them for the first time this weekend. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The vet and assistant seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything quite well. They worked with me when deciding what course of action to take in terms of money and didn’t force me to do the more expensive option. The facility itself was clean and neat. We were taken care of in a timely fashion. I definitely will be returning here.

I am very happy with the care that my cats received here. Everyone (Dr. Singh, Bonnie, and Gerado) was kind and sweet to me and my cats. Great care was taken to make the cats feel comfortable and happy during their visit. Dr. Singh and Bonnie were both very knowledgeable in figuring out what treatment should be given. There was even a Keurig drink machine and snacks available, which was a nice touch. Overall, I was very impressed and will be going back the next time my girls need help.

Dr. Singh and her staff are simply awesome! As first time dog owners, we wanted to make sure our puppy was taken care of. We ended up at Townline Animal Hospital and are super glad we did. They are knowledgeable, always take care of us, and the price is competitive. Thanks guys!

the staff and Dr. Singh provided the most professional and friendly service that I have had since Gizmo came into my life. they have provided the most detailed and thorough care. explaining all the test and what the readings mean makes me feel comfortable and confident that he is being given the best service. the state of the art equipment proves that they care about the animals as much, if not more than, a physician would for humans.
