Employees were very friendly and helpful. We found several chews for our dogs that we couldn't find other places.

We had our puppy groomed at this location, we got home and our puppy was feeling very uncomfortable and was scratching a lot, and was in tears many a times . so we decided to take him to the doctors office next day And there we found out that the groomer was very rough on his sensitive areas while grooming and had cut his skin on multiple body parts. This is not acceptable at all, we know dogs can’t explain things but he’s my family.

I absolutely love the Self Dog Wash! I take my dog to the dog park (many ponds and opportunities to roll in the dirt) every weekend and this self dog wash is a relief. Ideally I just want a place to rinse and dry my dog off after his adventure and this is exactly what I get at Pet Supplies Plus. The bath card is also great. 5 baths for $25.00! There are 6 baths total (4 for medium and large, and 2 for small dogs) and space and equipment is always in working order. They give you towels and shampoos are provided in the tub.

Everyone at this location are always helpful, professional and pleasant. There is always some deal going on.

Jackie and team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They delivered excellent customer service and provided insight on a conflict that didn’t occur in their workplace. I took my dog to Pet Smart in Schaumburg to get groomed and that was a mistake. The people there did not wash my dog properly nor did they brush out the undercoat after the trim. My dog now is shedding like a sheep and just wasn’t properly taken care of at their facility. Jackie was able to identify the flaws and validate the incorrect information given to me from Pet Smart. She helped me with creating a plan to reduce my dogs shedding and fix the problem pet smart caused. Furthermore, not only is the staff excellent here, but are experts, offer better prices, and their customer service is above and beyond.

Whenever different manager, always different rules and promotions, informations they share with customers are always different. Very upset and disappointed.

Great store, great associates and the manager Chris is friendly and efficient! An item was missing from my online order and Chris resolved it immediately! I also like that everything in the store is made in the USA.
