The staff is super nice, and very friendly to my pet. Dr. Hurst is clear and direct, and takes great care in his work. A great experience.

Dr. McLaughlin and her staff are always friendly and take their time with our pets.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. McLaughlin. She has been our veterinarian for nearly a decade and will be until her retirement. (Which I hope is a long time away!) She is the most compassionate, caring and responsive medical professionals I know. She is thorough in her exams, communicates exactly what is needed, does not push unnecessary treatments and is so good to the animals in her care. I have counted on her to take care of so many of my pets over the years. She treats them as one of her own and her humane as family. I’m grateful for her and only wish she could be a human doctor because I’d switch to her in a second! ????

The Dr.'s there make you feel welcome and explain very well about your furry kids health. My fur babies love them. We do to!

Called because my dog was getting sick and not herself. They let me drop her off and they squeezed her in Dr. Hurst’s busy schedule. From the answering of my phone call to the report of my dog they were caring, professional, and treated us like part of the family. So happy my dog goes there. Thanks to the whole team!

We take our dog and cat here. Our dog has severe allergies and the vets and all the staff have been nothing but kind, patient, and concerned about how to help Frank. They’re always upfront about cost of visit when you’re in the room, too, and giving you options for treatment with both outcome and cost in mind. We were happy to make our new kitten a “patient” too

Dr. McLaughlin is a wonderful veterinarian. Professional, caring, thorough and sincere. Taking your pet to the vet outside of routine care can be scary and very emotional. Dr. McLaughlin listens, examines, discusses possible issues and options for evaluation and treatment all in a positive and understandable manner. Can she be my doctor too?!

They take excellent care of our girls. They are always there when ever we have a problem. This is why after 16 years we will continue to go to White Oaks West.

Dr McLaughlin is THE BEST!! She always takes great care of our two dogs and kitties. She is super helpful when we have questions or concerns, and it is clear she loves her job :-)

We just switched to White Oaks West and so glad we did. Dr McLaughlin was wonderful. She was great with our fur babies taking great care and patience with them. My husband was very impressed at her thoroughness in explaining everything.

Always has great tips in helping with healthy eating and treats. A detail wellness checkup from head to toe. A very happy atomasphere to bring pet to and get what she needs to keep her healthy. Bailey feels very comfortable when she goes for her check ups. Thanks Dr. Hurst and staff!

The White Oaks West Animal Hospital take great care to make Mom/Dad/Pet very comfortable. They took care of every detail and answered all questions. Of course they love their little visitors.

As a first time pet owner, the staff at WOW Animal Hospital made the process of registering my pet and setting up her first appointment much easier than I had expected. The front desk staff, nurse/technicians, and doctor were all extremely helpful, kind, and efficient during my visit there, making it an overall great experience. I will definitely recommend this location to other pet owners!

Dr. McLaughlin is the best, hands down. Everyone is super informative and very professional. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’ve been having some heath issues with one of my fur babies that my original vet couldn’t diagnosis. Dr. McLaughlin was able to diagnosis Aayla in about an hour as opposed to my previous vet who couldn’t do it in five visits. So professional and effective. After meeting her one time I can tell she cares for the animals like her own. The entire staff I’ve encountered is extremely friendly and welcoming. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Dr.McLaughlin and her staff are wonderful. She has compassionately helped my previous pet across the rainbow bridge as well as welcoming new puppies into the family. She and her staff have always been very caring and professional. They respond quickly and their facility is very clean and attractive. I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend! It was my first time coming to this vet. My dog had an allergic reaction & our usual vet clinic was booked along with about 5 others I called. White oaks understood my concern & squeezed my pup in ASAP! So friendly and helpful... they have made me want to switch to make them our primary vet!
