Parkway Veterinary Clinic Springfield, Illinois

I have been taking my pets here for 5 years and really love the vet but when one of my animals got sick a few months ago I called and was told they couldn't fit me in and to go to the animal er I dismissed it as they were backed up because of the pandemic and being short staffed. But when my other cat ended up getting a bladder infection I called again to get her in I was told it wouldn't be until after Christmas and to take her to the animal er again when I asked to book the appointment so I could bring her into get her checked after the ER she was due for a checkup anyways I was told they weren't accepting new patients and I would have to go somewhere else when I told her I clearly wasn't a new patient I was met with an attitude and was basically ignored. The vet is wonderful and so caring but after dealing with the receptionist I will not be back

I've always had good experiences, and they've helped me throughout several emergencies with my animals. Their staff is very kind and mindful.

Have been a patient for years and have multiple animals seen there. Relocated out of state and now back, I called them. Was told they will not see me and they are not accepting new patients! I tried to explain I was not a new client, but was dismissed with out second thought and in a almost disrespectful way!

Most excellent, personable and caring service by Dr. Sean and his entire staff. Our kids have been patients for years and could not been more pleased!

The best vet ever. I seriously cannot praise Dr. Snyder and co enough. They are knowledgeable, passionate, patient and awesome. They are always there for any questions or help you may need. Dr. Snyder has always done his best to help us and our fur family. From when he went out of his way to help us through the loss of our first baby Precious as we lost her to cancer, till today dealing w our big baby Ganon. I cannot express our gratitude enough for everything they do there. Do not not hesitate to take your family there. They are the best in town and at a great price. ❤️

Great veterinarian service they are the best in Springfield as far as I'm concerned. They are actually very reasonable on their prices cheapest in town as far as I know along with great service and care for your pet

Anyone with a fur baby, listen to me!! If you take your 'baby' anywhere else other than Parkway Veterinary clinic, someone should have you kenneled!! Dr. Synder, Trish and everyone else in the parkway family are exceptionally good. You and your pet will be treated like part of that family. With tenderness and respect, from the moment you arrive. Dr. Synder, as well as the rest of the staff, take the time to explain, as well as listen to any questions or concerns you may have. And they give you their full undivided attention, without making you feel rushed. I definitely felt like the entire staff loved my 'fur baby' as much as I do. So I know that any amount of time that I had to leave him, I knew he was taken care of and loved as when he is at home.

Great Staff Doctor Snyder is the best

All the staff at Parkway Vet are great! I have a new kitten and even though we had to practice safe distancing they had it all figured out! When I arrived I called and checked in, they came out and got Sophie from my car and then the Vet connected with me via my cell phone and went over everything with me. He even took the time to answer all my questions and give me some suggestions to solve a few tiny adjustment issues Sophie is having. I felt so comfortable and all my anxiety over being a first time pet owner was erased. He’s our vet for life!! Thank you all at Parkway Vet.

Great Vet, helpful staff and affordable health care for my dogs

Dr Snyder is a very knowledgeable vet, friendly, and takes the time to talk with you about your pet. Good quality vet care at an affordable price! My cat is so important to me and I trust Dr Snyder and his team with my pet’s health.

My first visit to Parkway was awesome. The office folks were great and I really liked Dr. Snyder. He was great with my Pittbull Lucy and she really liked him. I will be using these guys in the future for all my furkids.
