Dr Nelson and her staff are wonderful. Was able to fix my cat's skin condition. Received follow upcalls asking about my cat. Definitely will continue with Cat Clinic for all his care

Dr. Nelson and her staff are top notch and take great care of my cat. I would highly recommend her clinic.

You can tell the staff really care about the animals that they treat. My cat had a bald spot on her back due to an allergic reaction to some fleas and also had an ear infection. She was diagnosed and treated within an hour. She is doing great now. I cant thank the staff enough! My cat is back to her old happy self.

I reached out per my complaint and Bre hung up on me! *Legitimate Race Related Concerns* * Doctor Unnecessarily recommended expense prescription kitten food. She'd only seen the kitten once before with no issues. Common sense observations ignored. Kittens nails were clipped without request & without notice. Nails were rough/uneven, kitten appeared uncomfortable in their care. Unable to verify what occurred because only ?staff? is allowed in the building since July 2020? A staff member, BRE office manager, ignored/mocked COVID exposure possibilities. She was very rude, inconsiderate & unreasonable. Bre originally hung up when I asked for her name & Bre hung up when I called back to request a refund for a cancelled appointment. Bre lied and said I missed the appointment. It's called the all cat clinic. I didn't think I could go wrong. Initially, I encountered nice, professional staff.

Very lovely experience here! They were great with my kitty! Kind and gentle as well as very fast. They treated both my fur baby and I with respect and patience. The doctor was helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Great caring staff,quick test results, follow up care

All cat clinic is a great facility with wonderful people. They are kind and direct, and very knowledgeable. This is a cats only veterinary clinic, and it is very nice not having dogs bark at my cat while in the waiting room. Very professional and yet very personalized care. I trust these folks with my fur baby and will continue using their services for a good long time.

Amazing Dr and staff. Our baby Finn was blocked and they got us worked in within 30 mins after a few other places told us to wait until the emergency vet opened that night, mind you it was around 130pm. So grateful for the way they handled our baby and got him fixed up and home the next day. Dr. Nelson hands down is one of the best and will be seeing all of our cats from now on.

I have what you might call a "difficult" cat - super friendly until we go to the vet. Winnie hurt her leg a few weeks ago and Dr Dena and the staff were amazing. They are so caring and so thorough in that care. While Winnie was recuperating, they called to check every day - took my calls when other issues arose - eased my mind. Winnie is now herself again thanks to these wonderful people. THANK YOU!

I have quite a feisty gal when it comes to vet visits. Dr. Nelson and staff were amazing at checking over my cat. They gave us great advice and resources to take home. It was such a great experience and I highly recommend them to any cat owner!

I have to say, Dr. Nelson and her team are just amazing. My cat was very sick, and our usual vet couldn’t get her in. They were able to get her in right away and gave us the right medication. The people there are just incredible and so kind. I was in distress because my cat was so sick, and they soothed my nerves so quickly. Dr. Nelson put everything in terms that I could understand over the phone and was able to relate to me. While I was there, I also got to meet my first Sphinx cat and I have to say, that was just cool. Thank you so much everyone for taking care of my Baby Girl. I would come back in a heartbeat if I was ever put in this situation again.

Great staff, that really care about you and your cat. Dr Nelson is awesome she is one person that takes the animals and does everything humanly possible to keep them alive and well !! Love that lady n staff to the moon n back!!!

We love are family here. They make our little boy feel so much at ease. We can't say enough about these lady's. We just won't go anywhere else now.

Dr. Nelson and her staff are OUTSTANDING. We've brought all of our cats to her for everything from routine care to catastrophic illness. They've cared for our cats as if they were their own. I wouldn't take our boys anywhere else - complete trust in Dr. Nelson's abilities and love of cats.

Everything is about money. EVERYTHING. And somehow Dr Nelson knows how to talk to you like you're stupid. I won't be back.

Dr. Nelson is a very thoughtful, patient, and thorough vet. Her staff are very welcoming and her facility seems up to date, with a wide range of available services. I would recommend her to any cat owner.

I used to love coming here, but due to my recent experience I must say that I'm more than disappointed. During a "shots" visit, Dr Nelson informed me that my cat GG needed her teeth cleaned. I informed the Dr that We were moving out of state in the next week, so we set the teeth cleaning appointment for the next morning, and paid the $600 in advanced for the cleaning plus an extraction. Now mind you, this was scheduled for literally 16 hours down the road, and the doctor worked us in. That night, we realized that our move had to be bumped up 2 days. I called the doctors office the next morning an hour before the appointment to ask if our cat would be okay still getting her teeth cleaned since we had to leave sooner. We were told that the doctor would have to call us back. So, my husband went ahead and took our cat in for her cleaning, to be respectful of their time, rather than waiting on a phone call. An hour or so later, Dr Nelson calls us and says she doesn't feel comfortable performing the procedure since we will be traveling so far so soon. Who am I to disagree, right? I'm no doctor. So my husband goes back across town to get our cat, and got a "refund" for the procedure. A month later I realize that the charges didn't add up, so I'm calling the doctor and the card company. Neither one can figure out where the extra charge came from. A few weeks later I'm dissecting my bill because I know it isn't right, and I realize that Dr Nelson charged me a $100 cancellation fee for something that she "worked in" and SHE cancelled. I tried to call them to ask questions, and the receptionist said someone would call me back, and 1 month later I've heard nothing. I guess since I'm out of state now, and they know I won't be spending money there, they don't care how unfair this is. I get the whole cancellation fee thing, but when YOU cancel on ME I feel it is not fair. Especially since I couldn't have cancelled 24 hours in advanced, since the appointment wasn't made 24 hours in advanced. And, My other cat is 19 years old... has kidney failure, high blood pressure, and hyper thyroid. I'd spent a lot of money at this vet with him and never once complained about money. But sometimes it's about customer service, respect for your clientele, and the principal of the matter. Good news: I called care credit, and they issued me a $100 credit on behalf of this issue, because it was unfair! Thank God!

Dr. Nelson and her staff are wonderful to my extremely difficult cats. We didn't know what to do when no one else could help my cat with neurological and seizure disorders. Dr. Nelson has added several happy and good quality years to my little cat's life when others were going to just give up on her. She and her brother are very difficult cats yet they, and we, are treated with kindness, understanding, and dignity at All Cat Clinic.

Dr. Nelson explains things very well and on a personal level. The team is very considerate of us and are very compassionate and gentle with our cats. Highly recommend All Cat Clinic!

I love Dr. Nelson, she is really great with my cats! Two of them hate coming to the vet but she is patient and gentle with them. The techs and front desk employees are fabulous, always kind and welcoming.

Before bringing my cat to All Cat Clinic, she had been going to another vet where they had no idea what was wrong with her. They treated her with steroids shots for two years with no success. We were at wits end. She could barely walk and almost bald. We checked the internet and found All Cats Clinic. Our first visit was about 6 or 7 months ago. Furbul was almost bald, scabbed all over and was scratching until she started bleeding. I had to carry her around like an infant. Dr. Nelson and her staff were great. They ran various tests on her and we were extremely nervous. They started her on some medication. It was a long fight but we started seeing Furbul's hair grow back, scabs going away. Today Furbul is the long hair cat I originally had. I greatly appreciate Dr. Nelson and her staff for all they did for my cat.
