Ben is an outstanding trainer! We came to him with a timid, aggressive dog and he helped us turn him into a more confident, calm companion. Ben is extremely knowledgeable and in-tune with dogs behaviors and dispositions. He really goes above and beyond helping his clients, both dogs and humans alike! We highly recommend his services. My wife and I are the proud owners of a labrador puppy that was bred for field trials (therefore she never stops)….beautiful puppy but we want her as a house pet, to take on long walks, travel with us, etc… Trust us when we say our puppy never gets tired and has lots of ENERGY. We were not training our dog very well-even though we tried our best-and on our second visit to the vet to get her shots, the vet had a very hard time controlling our puppy and suggested that we take our puppy to training and referred us to BA Professional K9 Training. We followed the vet's advice and contacted Ben. My wife and I both are extremely satisfied with the results we have seen in two months of training. It is amazing to see such drastic improvement in such a short time. We would recommend BA Professional K9 Training to anyone who needs help training their dog, needs help correcting certain behaviors, or just wants to attain the best owner / dog experience, Ben, has helped us so much with our new labrador puppy and has a very planned and methodical approach to his training. When we drop off / pick up our puppy for day training we get individualized training based on the needs of our puppy. We can also plan on having a tuckered out well exercised dog that day. Our six month old puppy has learned to walk properly on her leash (no pulling ) which has taken a once stressful time to an enjoyable time with our dog. She has learned to greet people calmly and to refrain from jumping. Our puppy is getting plenty of opportunities to socialise with other dogs as well. We have learned to take control of our puppy rather than her taking control of us. Ben gives us the “tools” needed to continue training our dog at home and is available to answer questions even after day training hours. Ben’s assistant, Brian, is also very knowledgeable and helpful. We are so glad that BA Professional K9 Training was recommended to us by our veterinarian. We were struggling with a very rambunctious puppy, but we are now enjoying time with her thanks to Ben’s help. Pat and Denise

Ben is extremely good and professional, he doesn’t beat around the bush, he tells you what needs to happen and how it needs to be accomplished, and encouraged you to come out and work with your dog, so you build a better relationship with them, as well as you get to hear first hand from the trainers what you need to do. Ben and his staff are very friendly, and truly love their work. My dog koda when I got him back, was night and day, I didn’t even recognize him. I could not be happier with how things turned out. Another great thing about BA Professional K9 Training, is even after the training is complete and you bring your dog home, Ben and his staff continue a relationship with you past the training, they check up on you and your dog, are more than willing to give you tips and pointers to maintain the training, as well as just to see how everyone is doing. Ben is so dedicated not only to the dogs but the person as well. I love that he approaches from behavior and mindset of dog. I have worked with lots of trainers throughout the years. So far, he is my favorite. Very balanced and relationship between owner and dog approached. So if you choose Ben, be ready to learn!

Working with Ben and BA Professional K9 was an amazing experience from start to finish. We decided to send our puppy, Sonny to Ben to complete a board and train program and we are SO happy we did! Ben is a wealth of information, patient and genuinely cares about his clients, both human and canine. We wont trust our dog with anyone else after working with Ben. We look forward to our walks every day because Sonny is now a dream to walk on leash and do not have anxiety when friends come through the door because he learned his manners. Our dog is not only well trained, but we learned just as much. Because of Ben and the lessons he taught us, our relationship with our dog has completely transformed. Our first consult was about a year ago and I vividly remember Ben coming our home to assess our dog, Toby. He was fearfully aggressive and Ben was honest about what we would need to do to overcome Toby's behavioral issues. We swallowed our pride and sent him to a 3 week board and train program. We got to see his progress weekly and at the end when Ben dropped Toby at our home it was a miracle. He is still our sweet boy but his behavior has changed drastically for the better. Toby has learned boundaries and limitations and we now know how to manage him in previously difficult situations. We can finally have guests over and are no longer worried about a repair man coming into our home. Ben has been there for any questions or encouragement and we cannot recommend him enough to anyone having difficulties with their dog. My only regret is that I wish we lived closer to be able to take advantage of his other daily services offered!

did a board and train for 4 weeks for a dog that was not very friendly with other people/dogs... after picking the dog up after 4 weeks the second he got home his old habits were back. put in a lot of time on working on our relationship with the dog but it wasn't getting any better. When reaching out to see if we could get more help, we would wait for 2 weeks to get a phone call / text back. Was basically told to either keep waiting or move on. After 3 months of going back and forth BA k9 gave up on our dog and we moved on. Overall it was a horrible experience, spent $2500 on the board and train, but our dog doesn't act like he was trained at all.

I Will start with wow !! His skills with a dog are beyond amazing .. we have what I thought were three out of control Boston terriers.. he was in the house for 15 minutes .. never said a word to them and had control of them in a manner that I have never seen before .. by the time Ben left,, Chase, Maggie, and Duckie were different dogs.. and it’s clear that the training needed was with US!! we had lost control because we never commanded it from them . I am a true believer in his abilities and am so happy that I reached out to him .. doggie day care .. get ready for Chase ! ❤️

Emailed about dog training...haven't heard a thing from them. No indication on the website that they were closed, on vacation, etc. Contacted another trainer instead.

All three of my dogs have spent time at BA Professional K9 training and I have nothing but positive things to say. The facilities are clean and updated which made me very comfortable when leaving my dogs there. Most importantly Ben is an exceptional dog trainer and person, delivering service with compassion and a true love for what he does. He's the only trainer I would trust with my dogs.

Ben is a very intelligent trainer. We learned so much. I thought I had a problem dog but found out we have a great dog, we just had relax and gently tell our Howie want we wanted him to do. I wish everyone would use Ben's services, you won't be disappointed

I cant thank Ben enough for what he has done my puppy. Not only did her train but also taught me to understand my dog better and its nature. He even trained her without saying a word. This man is a guru. If i could give him more stars i would.
