My cat, Boo, was only a patient here for a short time, but it was easy to tell that Dr Sachen and her techs really care about the animals brought to them. Should I adopt again, I would definitely want to continue bringing my pets here.

Absolutely love everyone here. They take excellent care of our fur babies, try to make each visit as un-scary as possible, and help pet parents make the right decisions based on each individual animal. You can tell that every single person who works at Riser loves animals and wants them to live their best, healthiest lives.

I love Riser Animal Hospital so, so much. They are just the best. Our dog has been going there his entire 13 years, and I can truly say that he LOVES going to the vet. Its my feeling and opinion that the care our dog gets from Riser is why we constantly hear people say he looks like a puppy at nearly 13 years old. Dr Sachen is so knowledgeable and passionate, and is so good in that she really knows her patients well. Our dog visits the vet 1x/week for therapy, and he gets so excited when he sees the techs, it’s adorable. I would recommend riser animal hospital to everyone I know.

Last year in 2020, my cat was very sick and I've asked Riser if it was ok to bring my cat in to see if there was anything they can do. They immediately made room for me and I headed over. Upon arrival, they took my cat in and ran tests. He was, unfortunately and I was highly suspecting of this, incredibly sick and losing a lot of energy. His condition had worsened from the last recent visit. He would not last too long and offered me options but were pretty frank about his condition based on what they've ran and how much has changed. I accepted that he should be put to rest and they offered for us to say good bye and gave us time and space when we were ready in all phases of this last moment. The vet who was there was incredibly wonderful, respectful, and professional. My only regret is that I wish I got her name to say thank you. Overall, Riser was a good place for my cat and treated us well.

We can't say enough to express our feelings about the level of everything we receive from everyone at Riser.

Riser always takes such good care of my dog, they answer every question i have and then some, and my dog LOVES the staff so much. The time and attention they put into all the animals they see really shows, they do an excellent job!

I've been bringing my dogs and cats to Risers for over 30 years and the care my pets have received there has always been top notch. I was particuarly impressed by the remodeling and expansion they did to the hospital a few years ago, but their service during the pandemic has really taken my appreciation of the staff and facilities to a new height. Can't recommend them highly enough!!

Riser Animal Hospital is the best animal hospital. I will always rely on this hospital for all my pet's medical needs. I had a dog that lived almost 20 years with a heart murmur and the veterinarians were able to keep him alive and happy until the end. I still use this hospital for my new kitten.

I am so grateful I found Risers. The staff and Vets are so kind. They go the extra mile to explain ,comfort, give advice, and work with the family. They aren't over priced and they don't push you or pressure you . I won't ever go anywhere else.

Staff and Dr. Baksys very caring and friendly. Took my cat there, they were thorough and explained everything they were going to do. I felt my cat was in good hands.

Our 1st time at Riser with our dogs Vinnie and Millie. Staff was super friendly and our Veterinarian was Dr Peterson.. very personable and explained everything in detail. Will recommend Riser Animal Hospital to my friends!!

Some great people work here who treated my girlfriend super well and I know that she is truly grateful for the attention to detail and kindness the people here showed her.

Place was good. It was curb side pick up by appointment. Drs explained everything and prices are reasonable.

The staff has been great with our dog. They are clear and considerate when discussing treatment options.

I've been bringing my dogs here for years, and probably always will! I've only had positive experiences with the veterinary staff. They communicate early and often, and provide me with my choices so that I never feel forced into any particular treatment path. Comparably affordable dentals cleanings here, too! Have recommended friends to bring their pets here for all these reasons.
