Lake Street is the best - the staff is friendly, responsive and always willing ot help. The doctors are great with all my pets and provide good explanations on treatments/issues as well.

I was having a difficult time finding a service I needed for my sick dog. I spoke to a few vets prior to this one that were not very helpful. I called here and Barbara was SO incredibly nice, helpful, and thorough. I thought their service was efficient and got us what we needed. They accept care credit and I feel the hospital is well ran and everyone is very kind. Thank you!

Excellent service and friendly staff! Have been taking Rosey to the clinic ever since I got her. I like the service and have excellent confidence with the staff. I would recommend Lake Street Animal Hospital to anyone who needs to take their loving pet for their needs. ????????❤️

I have taken my cat and dog here multiple times and the doctor could not figure out what was wrong.

I WAS FRIENDS WITH AMANDA RIESTERER AND SHE HAD TREATSD BOTH OF MY ANIMALS. HOWEVER, I REACHSD OUT TO HER BECAUSE MY CAT IS SICK A D SHE JUST BLOCKED ME FROM FACEBOOK AND SHE SHOWED ABSOLUTELY NO COMPASSION FOR THE ANIMAL. DO NOT BRING YOUR FURBABIES TO THIS CLINIC. YOU WILL NOT RECOEVE THE BEST CARE. ESPECIALLY FROM AMANDA RIESTERER!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!

Too many unnecessary products and treatments. It seems that making money is more important than the health of my pet.

Friendly,caring staff, nice and clean, they take the time with your pet and you with any questions and concerns, not only inperson, but on the phone also. I recommend Lake Street Animal Hospital. ????

Finally I found a veterinarian I can click with! She actually has a personality! It was “ruff” going after Dr. Homan retired! I only stayed because of my fav girl up front and couple of the brilliant vet techs. Now I can feel 100% comfortable going there with my animals again!!

My dog Pinka has been a patient of lake street animal hospital for 13 years now, they never disappoint, The staff and doctors are all great, super friendly and really show concern for my pet, whenever my dog has an issue they always make the effort to see her asap and get her the help she needs! We also love Beata she’s been there for Pinka since day one, seen her at her worst and was always there when we needed her, so thank you kochana!

Jen is our dog groomer. Our dog had been "fired" by 4 previous groomers and now we have Jen and she can handle our lovely girl. Our dog was afraid of being on the table so Jen grooms her on the floor. They have built a relationship and I book well in advance because Jen has hundreds of clients just like us. She is our "trusted partner in animal care."

They could not of handled things any better than they did. I highly recommend them to treat your pets. I will be returning to Lake Street Animal Hospital the next time my dog needs any medical attention.

Great staff and care for your pets!

Lake street Animal Hospital is always professional. We have been coming here for a couple years now, with our dog Tonka. He loves them also. Everyone is very caring and very Loving and will always make time to see him If he does having an issue. We love Lake Street Animal Hospital.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of compassion and respect that has been shown by the staff and this clinic. While it's a medical office, it's also a business and there's a huge lack of quality in customer service. Several of the staff were extremely rude and dismissive during my pets care which is completely unacceptable. Watching your pet go through surgery is incredibly scary and due to the poor attitude from them, I will not be returning with my pet.

Needed a 2nd opinion for our pug that was on so many antibiotics to fight infection from our last vet that it wasn't helping...called them to schedule appointment, got us in that day and was very professional and informative. The team there was great!

You can tell they really care about animals. They took good care of my "Buddy"

This office blew me away! Best experience I have ever had at the vet. The Dr and staff are super friendly and helped in anyway they could. Love the the pawplans they offer! Just a super warm and kind environment.My furry babies are in the best hands.

Very fast and efficient to work with. Made a last minute call for an appointment and I was able to get in right a way. Communication with staff was very good and they provided answers to the patient's problems quickly. Been coming for YEARS.

Amazing staff, got my fur baby in fast for a new patient routine check up and ear infection , fast diagnosis and labs , and went above and beyond to make sure my fur baby was cared for , they have competitive pricing , great overall care and clean clinic and would definitely recommend . They also have curbside care ! Thanks !

The receptionist was extremely rude and started taking a call before I was even done asking my questions when I called to speak to the manager Vicki I was told by her that she was going to believe what her receptionist says and that I could take my business elsewhere. I have been going to this vet for some time and have been treated so horrible! Please never take your pets to them

This was my first visit for my new puppy. The front staff were clear and checked us in right away.

Lake Street is absolutely the best vet medical care provider that I have encountered after living in several states and owning 6 dogs. They are attentive, super customer-oriented and the nicest techs, staff and vets that you will ever meet. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! You won’t regret that decision and you will realize what superb care and attention to your pet’s health and wellness looks like.

I called them last min because my puppy woke up with a swollen eye. They saw him the same day! The girls in the front are really nice!

Lake Street Animal Hospital is absolutely amazing! I am a new dog mom, so I find myself all over the place at times. They always respond to my crazy questions within hours! One of my favorite things is the fact that they can communicate via text! I work different hours so this is very convenient for me. Every staff member treats my pup wonderfully! I highly recommend this establishment

Came home from work and something was wrong with our 20 yr old Chihuahua, called numerous vets in the area, everyone was fully booked and wouldn't see him, called Lake Street Animal Hospital and they said to bring him in immediately and would fit us in. Very attentive staff and vet was very knowledgeable and compassionate, they took time to explain everything and was very thorough. Unfortunately nothing could be done and we had to put him down. RIP Milo.

I've been taking my cats to Lake Street Animal Hospital for 18 years, and have had great experiences. Both the staff and the doctors have been exceptionally friendly and competent, and very sympathetic when the inevitable unfortunate circumstances arose. My recent visit set a record for the shortest most efficient visit for an annual exam and vaccination.

I was really grateful that they were able to take my cat in right away. I've called at 8 am and had an appointment at 9:30 am. Thank you
