Happy Pet Place Roselle, Illinois

Recently switched my dogs daycare & I’m glad I did. I was taking her to her previous place for a little over a year and so I was nervous about the switch. The entire staff is was super welcoming and friendly. They were very attentive and answered all of my questions to make sure that I was comfortable. They showed so much love to my dog when we walked in & she loved every moment of it. She comes home exhausted and gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. I will definitely be referring as many people as I can!!

How rude is this place I just can’t believe that the new owners are the most rude I ever seen and then they teaching new employees to be the same way, plus how can they be so cool saying that they don’t wear masks because they all Already got the COVID and it’s impossible to get it again and/or give it to anyone else, that’s just not professional at all, leaving my dogs in here is just a total worrying and instead of having a good vacation and not worrying about my dogs is a total no vacation at all because I have a bad feeling about how they do things, I had to ask one of the people who was the manager and they said there’s no managers and when I tried to speak to someone they simply left me hanging and never came Back out and I could hear them laughing from the doors like if I was a joke. How nice and thank you for showing me that my dogs are in a better place now away from people with COVID not wearing masks

Fantastic people and great grooming!

We sent Pumpkin here for 10 days while we were on vacation. OMGosh, she loved it so much!! She played like she's never played before and she was VERY well cared for. They sent us pics and videos of our girl so we could see how much fun she was having. We also had her groomed while she was there and she came home smelling so lovely. Dana did such a nice job and said she behaved so well!! She can't wait to go back, each morning she wakes up and goes to the front do as if she's ready to go again. In fact, even though we're home all day every day, we decided to continue to send her to doggy daycare a few days a week and it's been so good for her!! I HIGHLY recommend Yuppie Puppie they are very professional but even better they LOVE our pets as much as we do!!!

The kindest set of people! Every time I bring my Casey in he gets SO excited! I’ve gone to other doggy daycare’s in the past and never have I felt so welcomed by staff members.

Never again. Not sure what happened here but this place used to be GREAT. I have been taking my dogs there for several years and never had any issues, but for whatever reason everything changed over the pandemic. All new employees that don't seem to want to be there or interact with the customers, no management around to resolve issues (seemed to be hiding in back, had to talk with a groomer and not even a daycare employee), and some new policies that seem to be enacted without warning to customers. There are plenty of other places to bring your pets before this dump. AVOID!

We take our dog here weekly to get her extra energy out. She loves it, we love it, and the employees are wonderful. We even get pictures sent to us of our pup playing! 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

My Doodle, Bailey, LOVES to go to Doggy Daycare!! While I’m at work, he gets to play with his doggy friends! The staff is very friendly & love all the dogs who come to visit each day! There is a demeanor test to ensure all dogs will get along & you have to provide vet records to ensure your dog is vaccinated and healthy to play with other dogs. I have been to other facilities in the past and my dogs would always come home smelling like pee - not here! I strongly encourage you to try Happy Pet Place for daycare or boarding - awesome place for your fur baby! ????

Ok?This place was better than ok!From making an appointment to seeing our border collie absolutely beautifully grooming,nails trimmed, ears cleaned and teeth brushed.Full service to exactly what your specifications are.The place was extremely clean. Parking is plentiful. She still looks clean!I have and will recommend this place to everyone I know.My son wants the holistic approach-thats what brought us to Happy Pet Place!

They take the best care of my dog Bowser and they genuinely love him like I do. He’s a golden retriever so he has a ton of energy and no matter how many walks he’s still not tired! However, when he goes to daycare he actually comes home tired!! I don’t know what I would do with out them, he’s even more behaved since he started going there. Thank you happy pet!! I truly appreciate your help with my Bowser.

First of all. Looked while walking by to see if I should go there and guess what? Not a single person wearing a mask. Not the customers but the staff too! Not safe, don't take your dog there!

I brought my dog here for daycare and to get groomed. They did such a good job getting him all clean and smelling good. They also sent me the cutest photos during daycare he looked like he had the best time. I was very impressed and will definitely be dropping off my dog again ????

Dogs are in crates alot more than you think. Dogs only come out for 30 minutes at a time and stay in crates when it isnt their time. They dont really remember to give water in the crates. More focused on training than the actual care of the dog. If a dog isnt a good fit they dont bring it out. Not really a good spot to bring your dog if you truly want your dog taken care of. Lots of other places to bring your dog in that area that doesnt crate them all day.

This place used to be very good until recently. They refuse to wear masks when with customers, they refused to do our dogs nails because we questioned them not wearing masks. Petsmart groomers wear masks with their dogs and the dogs are not scared by the way. They lied about our dog freaking out and refused to show any proof about it. They don’t wear masks. What they’re doing is wrong and unprofessional. Wear your mask.

We have been taking our dog to Happy Pet for close to 6 years. Brought her in for grooming. New place has clients in front area, and grooming included in back area, unseen by client. Gal comes out to get our dog, NO mask! I asked, wear is your mask, she said "none of us wear masks in the back, it scares the dogs", OK, how about when you come up front to greet customers? no response, takes our dog in back, we step outside and could hear their conversation through the side door, gal one was telling gal two about me questioning the mask, 15 seconds later, gal 1 comes back out and says she can't groom our dog, gives us some BS story. Bottom-line, not only do they NOT wear masks greeting CUSTOMERS, they don't even wear masks in back grooming our pets! NEVER again. But, thank you, because of your lack of responsibility and rudeness, we found a better groomer in Roselle, so thank you for that.

This place used to be amazing and my dog loved coming here. I wish the old staff was still here because my dog loved this place. The new staff is highly unprofessional and rude. They make no attempts to wear mask or enforce distancing which I could understand when working with the dogs but not when front facing customers. They also were incredibly rude when trying to work with our vet on her paperwork stating it wasn't their job to figure it out even when we brought her paperwork in TWICE. They sent less pictures when usual. Didn't state what dogs she played with like they used to. She looked uncomfortable in the pictures and they even stated she was uncomfortable. This was directly because of the people, she loves other dogs and has even continued to play with many dogs throughout quarantine. I would never bring my dog back here ever again the way the staff treated us or our dog as here. I'm mad and disturbed by the new staff who clearly do not care about you or your dog.

I had called the day before to see if we could visit the doggie daycare prior to registering our puppy for an evaluation. We wanted to make sure that it was a place we felt comfortable leaving him. When I called, the man who answered said due to COVID, we wouldn’t be able to do a tour, but we could at least peak our head in. He said there would be mangers available to make the evaluation appointment if we wanted to move forward. We went today and explained to the employee at the reception desk what we were there for, he went to the back and got a manager. We explained what transpired on the phone and she was very condescending and un-empathetic She said the employees have scripts and should have known better. She said perhaps the employee was nervous. She said to go online and register for the evaluation and left it at that. We will not be taking our pup there.

Happy Pet Place is really a happy place for my Mal-Shu dog. He goes there happy and leaves the grooming salon even happier! Thank you Happy Pet Place for taking a great care of my dog during the grooming sessions every single time.

They are the best. So accommodating and our golden loves when we tell him he is going to daycare.

I've been bringing my dog here since he was a puppy. They're reasonably priced and my max loves this place!

Great friendly staff and the outdoor play area is a bonus.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! We adopted my 2 month old puppy in May & I travel for work 1-2x a month for a night.. I end up bringing Miles for 3 nights due to flight times, so it feels like he is half their dog lol. Now 6 month old Miles jumps around the car excited when I pull onto to Nerge road bc he knows he’s going. They treat him with lots of love & I think they secretly want me traveling more LOL. I’m currently house hunting & Happy Pet Place is part of my geographic home buying decision !! If that’s not saying enough I don’t know what is..
