Receptionist is rude not welcoming

I myself did not go in but my daughter did she had her kittens neutered. Very reasonable so glad she used them.

Very quick and easy, they were very polite and willing to go the extra mile. My cat stitch; will be going in soon to finish his appointment. Highly would recommend.

I moved out here 2 Rkfrd in 2016. At the X I had 2 Dogs both of which were in their elderly yrs. A Pit and a Jack Russell Terr. I had no 1 to ask for a reference for a gd. Veterinarian and as most of us are we are limited by income. Noah's Ark Animal Hospital had somehow managed to make it into my FB feed and I had noticed that the Hospital was having some type of service or was sharing a service being offered to those who were struggling financially but were in need of vaccines and spay/neuter 4 their babies. I decided if an Animal Hosp would offer or share these services @ a reduced cost to those that met the financial criteria that it was 1 that showed it truly cared about care that's needed but often not easily afforded by many that I had to check them out. I made an app. 4 my 2 babies. I met the Receptionist Cindy ( I hope that's her name, if not? I'll come back and correct this review) whom was very kind and I met a Wonderful Vet who truly loves what she does- Dr. Teresa Schecker, whom I have continued to see 2 this day. The Tech or Assistant was also very kind, patient and friendly with my dogs. They have since recently moved to a new location from their old 1. I'm 6min away- can't get better than that imo. They have grown in sz and employees and 2 this day continue 2b caring and kind. They accept Care Credit as well- pymnt arrangements which is nice. There is no upselling of products and their prices are as gd as the price can be 4 our beloved animals. I have photos from their new location and will post them when I find them in my phone. They are extremely busy and in need of a couple more excellent Vets. So? If anyone knows an excellent Vet? Share Noah's Arks need pls.

The Vet is loving and caring. We had to put our Shitz zu down very unexpectedly and without her it would be more difficult than it already was. I have taken my dogs there for years

They have flea medications for reasonable prices.

I took my 3.5 lb Chihuahua doggie to have its rabbies vaccination and be registered. The intake person was polite. The veterinarian person was very through and gentle with my doggie. I had a good experience at Noah's Ark Hospital.

They did a great job with our cats. The only problem was they don't allow little kids in there . my three-year-old wanted to go in wouldn't allow my mom to go in without her. so my twelve-year-old had to go in pay for the kitties get the information and carry the cats out. I am very highly upset that my three-year-old couldn't go in she was so excited but my 12 year old did a great job getting all the information and getting the cats.. now I could not personally go get them because I was in the hospital having a baby at this time

Very friendly staff also great with the animals.

Don't know much, yet, but I can tell you that A. They are nicer than the ladies in my existing vet. B. They let me come in with my pets - masked, but that's okay C. Their prices are so reasonable.. it brings one to tears. It seems like their priority is pets over money, whereas my old veterinarians are, money I've care and concern of the animal. I will not be going back to my regular vet after this... and instead, still be donating monthly to this cause.

Great with animals, some could use a refreshing course on customer service, but all in all, it's a good place to bring your pets. Call ahead first

affordable prices for a vet. I have an English bulldog and vet bills are expensive. My Roxxi got spayed at Noah's hospital and was more than 50% cheaper than at another veterinarian. Great experience and they have a vet that specializes in Bulldogs!

Went to pick up our free spirit beagle after his walkabout...and met this fellow and it was love at first sight ???? Jude the Dude.

Love this place! I have four female furry kitties and they take excellent care of them and the process are reasonable compared to other places.

Helping me out with a rather fiesty Tom cat left behind from a former roommate I've become attached to he was hard to catch even in the house.
