Very nice people, good variety

Not sure if we will bring our dog back or shop there again. Was treated very rudely by the woman behind the counter. My father had made the appointment for a nail trim and when I got there was asked how it was to be trimed I stated that I did not make the appointment and that is should be how it has always been done and that I also stated that to the groomer who took my dog. When the appintment was made was it not detailed in the computer??? The woman was rude and ignorant to me and when I stated I have had a rough morning she yelled at me and told it has been a rough couple of years. Treat your customers better!!! Will not be going back and will be telling everyone I told to go there to stop. Rude and ignorant lady.

Janelle from Wags to Whiskers is very knowledgeable and caring. She’s always given us great advice on how to help our pup. Used her services for grooming for the first time this past year (old dog didn’t need cut). Our puppy turned out beautiful! Thank you!

WtW has certain canned cat food I can't get elsewhere. Nice shop and friendly, helpful staff.

I like to support local businesses but it didn't seem that the staff wanted help. To respond to the owners response, I glad you can remember us. I would have reviewed it that way and you being busy would have been mentioned. Thinking about it you where you where empty and the two workers never greater us. It was three years ago but I think that's what I remember.

Genuinely nice people who care about your pets.

The lady at the counter on that day (a year ago or longer) was overly assertive about the medication my dog was on, said it would change her molecular structure and cause her great harm. (she was not a vet)In reality it has greatly improved her quality of life. I doubt her knowledge trumps my pet's veterinarian! Even my mother who was with me wont go back to Wags. UPDATE:::: I have since gone back many times as it's all new people at the counter and a whole new location. That incident was a very long time ago and I've never seen that lady again. Both my mother and I still shop there. I've changed vets and dog food. The vet I now have, as the ones before, still say she's on the right medication. Current dog food is working very well. Thank you.

They have a huge variety of NATURAL and healthy foods and toys for pets! They even carry a raw food - something I’ve been looking for for a very long time. Besides, Janelle is a wealth of knowledge! She shared so much interesting and important information about my dogs’ diet. Very pleasant and helpful staff! I was there just yesterday and already can’t wait to go back!

Janelle is an amazing entrepreneur, and her passion for animals shines through with every interaction we have with her or her staff. It's especially important for us because our rescue dog is so nervous.

Customer service here is beyond compare. I've come in with needs ranging from recuperating from a Golden Retriever who got groomed elsewhere and was shaved bald, to bringing home a foster puppy and trying to find the right kibble for her. The good people at Wags to Whiskers are knowledgeable, friendly, and very caring. Top quality products in stock.

Great place for organic natural treats. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. My puppy also got his nails trimmed here. It was fast and $15.

Glad I could support local through these troubling times. The owner was great and answered so many questions over the phone before placing my order. Looking forward to things returning back to normal to be able to come in and check everything out.

All they really have is pet food. Employees were not helpful at all. Too may better stores around to go back.

We absolutely love taking our Shih tzus there for their grooming! Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The groomer is phenomenal!

I love Wags to Whiskers for their natural food varieties, but even more for their knowledgeable service. All dogs are special needs when it comes to their diet. Wags to Whiskers helped me enjoy my dog even more.

Two Bostons has better stuff with a nicer staff. The owner bombards you when you walk inside. I can hear her telling her staff to ask customers if they need help. Guess what. Some people would like to be left alone. Also, Two Boston’s has cheaper items and at least you are left alone to stop. It’s too bad the owner of this store is also a Trump supporter. Sorry, I do not support stores with racist owners. Back in March when I was last here a very nice young woman helped me which made me think it was okay to come back here. Carried my bags out to my car and I didn’t even ask! We talked for a couple minutes outside and she was very sweet. Fast forward to last week when I came in and it turns out she doesn’t work here anymore. It’s a shame. They always have new workers in here which makes me think the owner is hard to work with. Anyways, I’ll be spending my money at places that actually care about people instead of this run-down place with a crazy owner.

Love this store! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. They have a wonderful assortment of food, treats, and toys for our furry family members! Our dog has short hair and doesn't require grooming but I hear nothing but good things about their groomers. Janelle is the best...she and her staff truly care about the customers with 2 and 4 legs. Highly recommend ❤
