We had our dog eat a bag of dove chocolates (and the wrappers too.) Caton Crossing Animal staff were very supportive, profess, caring and thorough. They understood our situation and were able to treat our dog with the upmost care. We couldn't find a better place to trust our beloved dog! Thank you for helping us during this stressful situation. Our dog is doing great!

Staff is very friendly and seem very willing to answer all if any questions you have. Only our first visit, but very happy with how it went.

Our visits are always wonderful , everyone is so nice ,helpful and friendly. My pup Angelina loves her vet visits.she loves when they give her yummy peanut butter. ♥️

I have taken my guide dog here since I came home with her. I have gotten great care with compassion. My guide trust them so much that when she got loose she went to them. Unfortunately she has developed cancer and the staff is very helpful in this situation. Update 12/5/2021 I have returned to them with my new guide dog and I am still happy with their service and staff. The staff was happy that I finally received my new guide dog after a 3 year wait.

Extremely happy with my visit. All staff is very friendly and patient. Each one took the time to explain things in detail and answer all the questions I had. The Dr was very kind, loving and gentle with my puppy I'm very glad I chose Caton Crossing!

Dog is not a priority, they are all about making money which I understand but they spread themself too thin where the dr. can't keep up on demand. So the care for the animals suffer. I have never been able to get in same day. Actually I couldn't get my dog in for a vaccine that she was due for. I had to wait a week, which is frustrating because I was just there and they said nothing about a vaccine due. Your time is not important to them they don't care about trying to be efficient and make the most out of the trips to your appointments I have also requested them into look into my dog condition closer after being tired of them saying here try this med, humm ok try this medicine and being left with a ton of half used medicine and my dog is still not better sad to say customers are not a priority here either is your pet. they wont let me out of paw plan so i am still here but wont renew.

I really like the people there but they are EXPENSIVE!

Very friendly staff and attentive will continue to bring my kitten here for future follow ups.????

The only negative thing I would say was a lot of waiting in the car outside. Other then that everyone was very nice and the dr was very informative and patient. He took time and answered all of my questions.

It was very easy to set up an appointment; calls are made to remind you; the staff comes to your car to pick up your pet; and the veterinarian was very thorough, supportive and caring! I have enjoyed taking my pets here! Thank you for your service! ????????

The vets at Canton Crossing have cared for our pets for the past 10 years. They always treat our pets with the utmost care and concern. And they validate our feelings and patiently address our concerns.

Doctor and staff took good care of my new kitten rescues. With Covid protocols I couldn't go in with fur babies for their exams, but the doctor called me following exams with all pertinent info.

Great as always !! Our old cat Gus was in distress from asthma. They knew just what to do & he's 100% again already !! They even called Me earlier to see how he is.

Impressed. Was able to get in within an hour of calling. And he waived the office visit fee to my surprise. Process in regard to the virus much simpler than our usual vet.

First visit for my cat was great. Most thorough exam she's had in 9 years of life! Even covered her crate a blanket with calming scent to help settle her which was great.

The staff was kind. The doctor had so much information for me about everything my dog needed, which was a lot! I will definitely bring my dog back.

I thought they were pretty professional in coming out to the car to get my dog who had a broken cyst on her tail. They did take a little bit long asking questions though as I anxiously told them my dog was bleeding. But she wasn't in there long and they shaved and bandaged her up right away. We got her back in no time and they did a good quality job bandaging her tail since it was at the part where it bends over her rump. The vet was nice and informative and let me express what I was thinking, too. The prices for meds and procedure were a little steep, but I'm pleased with the rest overall.

I had a vet emergency and mine would not take me. Caton Crossing accommodated me and was efficient and kind.
