Hometown hands down is the best! Dr Kim Springman is so helpful and knowledgeable. She is always there for us. Anne Arnold is also terrific and is there to answer our questions and helped when we found a lost pup. We also use their new Hometown Mobile Grooming and Star is really patient and does a great job with my pit bull!! And now Hometown has a new Grooming Salon close to their veterinarian office that is definitely a place everyone should try! No words can express how grateful we are for the whole Hometown Team!!

We've been with Hometown Vet for 5-6 years, and always have had great experiences. Dr. Springman is always compassionate and honest, and our dogs love her and Anne so much. 4 years ago, we were given a devastating lymphoma diagnosis for the senior dog we had at that time. The care and support we received for the next 7 months, until it was finally time to say goodbye to our girl was phenomenal. We've since adopted 2 more dogs, and are confident that they receive is the best we could ask for.

I called Hometown Vet Clinic yesterday, and despite being told by 2 other vet clinics that it would be longer than a week to get my new puppy in, Dr. Springman offered to come see my pup less than 24 hours after my initial call. She came to my house with her vet tech this morning. Both ladies were professional and took the time to answer all of my questions and provided some helpful advice. I feel like my pooch is in great hands with Hometown Vet Clinic.

I have used 6 different veterinarians in the Peoria area and these ladies are the best. The mobile option is also extremely convenient. The bill and treatment options are also thoroughly explained. They are also quick to respond to emails, calls, etc. Most of all, my dogs like them and they are very good to them. Very happy with this vet service.

On April 8 I called Hometown vet clinic to have them come to my home to put down my cat,Tucker. I had never used them before but read their reviews. Dr Koetters and tech Corey came to my home and were awesome ladies. I don’t know how I would have survived this day without them. They communicated what was going to transpire from beginning to end. They were compassionate and patient giving me the time I needed to let Tucker go. Tucker immediately showed love to these wonderful ladies. I felt so at peace with my decision because of them. My Son's 14 year old English Bulldog was terminal with cancer. We had not taken her to this clinic before and were dreading taking her to be put to sleep. They came an hour after we called and gave her a much more peaceful experience and made it so much easier on our family.

Try them out - they really are the best the Peoria area has!

These ladies are incredible. I don’t know what I’d do without them. Hands down best Vet and tech that I’ve ever met. I love that they come to the house, they are great with communicating, wether it be w/test results, or when they will be at the house, it’s great! I know my dog is in good hands w/them!!! I don't normally leave reviews... but the assistance and responsiveness of Hometown Vet was so good, I felt the need to review. Having an aging large dog, we used hometown for the last year of our dog's life. Always providing care and working us into their schedule at a moments notice... and checking in via text regularly. I can't imagine going thru everything without their services and care. Thank you!

Not easy to find from the main road

The owner has absolutely no human relationship skills at all. For her to tell my father to his face that he's been neglecting our dog is bs. She even went ahead to call Paws on him and the guy with Paws said shes just sick, very old, with no signs of neglect, and the Dr. Had no right to say that. She said that to him as he was considering euthanasia. Stay away unless if you want to me a horrible person. We gave our dog everything at just the right amount. We have so many memories of unconditional love and affection for our baby and she will greatly be missed!

These are the most compassionate people when it comes to the care of your fur babies. Dr. Kim and Anne know that the cats are our kids and have been there to care for my greatest love all the way to his last moments. Now they are helping car for our next generation of siblings and I couldn't be happier with the love and medical care they receive.

The Vet saw, I was having a difficult time getting the muzzle on my dog, she offered to come out to my vehicle to vaccinate my dog. Very clean Pet Clinic, plenty of parking.

Dr springman is passionate about pet care. And honest about what is best. If you want a vet that doesn’t beat around the bush, Dr S is the best!

I love this vet. Though it is a little more expensive than our last vet, the peace of mind knowing my dogs are well cared for is worth it. Plus, they come to us, which is less stress on my rescue who has anxiety issues. They're great with both of my dogs and incredibly kind/caring. Plus, doggie meds are cheaper through her than they are online.

House calls are amazing! No need to stress my pet with a car ride. Friendly and informative.

Amazing Doctor and staff, they helped us through our worst day and were so kind and compassionate. We are getting our new puppy in 2 weeks and are looking forward to working with them on a much happier note and at the convenience of our home! I highly recommend Hometown Veterinary Clinic.
