Started taking our pets to Brown about 5 years ago and was okay with basic stuff like check up and shots but had to take our cat in last week for a more serious problem and quickly find out that Dr. Johnson isn't good at discussing options and providing a clear description of the situation and possible impact and cost. Empathy for animals and owners is certainly not one of his strength. After spending $1500 and having to euthanize our cat, we feel that we're not well served and will not be going back to this place.

My anxiety levels were high as I brought my almost 11year old dachshund in for dental work, Dr.Brown took the time to explain everything to me and called me with updates. We are new to this office so part of my issue was not knowing anyone. What a great group of kind, sympathetic drs and staff! I also was pleased with Dr.Johnson as he cared for my other dog. Their compassion and prices are what I have been telling my friends about. I highly recommend this office to care for your pets!

I consider Dr. Brown not only as my Vet but also my friend. He is the only one I trust with my pets.

We have used Brown Animal Hospital for all of our animals for many years. The caring Dr.'s and employees cannot be matched anywhere else. The care they give my animals give such comfort. I love them all.

I'm super impressed with Dr Gingras and her amazing staff! Bane is terrified whenever he goes to a vet but he became more relaxed when the assistant played with him and gave him lots of treats. Here's a picture of a happy patient.

I have a long experience with both dogs and cats, showing, breeding and judging dogs for the AKC. I need the most up-to-date information for my cats, I need questions answered correctly and in detail and this is what I get at Brown Animal Hospital. Am I an "easy" client? Probably not! But I am very satisfied with Dr Brown and his Associates. I love Dr Brown's curiosity about my cats' problems! And his excellent sense of humor helps a lot, too! And am now getting to know Dr Gingras and find her to be excellent as well!

I am so happy to have found Dr. Brown and the staff at Brown Animal Hospital. They always accommodate us. Ive been to other vets and this staff cares for our pup like no other. They are professional and love to cuddle our fur baby. I wouldn't trust anyone else for our dogs needs.

I started taking my pets to Dr. Brown years ago after several particularly upsetting visits to Peoria Area Veterinary Group in Dunlap (do not recommend). He is the absolute best veterinarian I’ve ever met. I cannot express how incredibly kind he is; despite being so busy, he remembers each of his clients and what’s going on in their lives. He really does treat your pets like they’re his own. There is no one else I’d trust to take care of my babies. His staff are friendly and awesome as well. I’ve recently started seeing another veterinarian in his practice, Dr. Gingras, and she is just as great as Dr. Brown. Everyone (animal or human) deserves the quality of care that Brown Animal Hospital provides. 100/10 would recommend!

Dr. Brown is one of the most genuine and loving veterinarians, I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. He took great care of my Caesar for 13 in half years and he would always work with me in times of need. Thankyou for being such a wonderful Dr. The staff is super friendly and loving also. .

I was glad someone recommened them. They were very friendly and the doctor did a great job cropping my dog's ears! I will definitely go there if I had any issues with my dog!
