Theresa was so friendly and you could really tell how much she loves dogs! She was very communicative and asked a lot of questions to make sure I was happy with what she was going to do. My puppy is large and energetic and she did such an awesome job with him. Both I and the pup are happy and we will definitely be going back to Magic Scissors!

I was referred to Magic Scissors a couple months ago and haven't ever had such a wonderful experience in all my years of being a pet parent. I wouldn't hesitate to trust the entire crew of Magic Scissors with my baby.

Everyone is very kind and accommodating. Plus, our doodle has never looked better!

This morning I needed a last minute appointment and my “normal” grooming spot was booked so I searched my area and Magic Scissors is right around the corner for me. I called around 9 am and expressed that I needed to get my dog a bath and just an all over shave. I knew that was a long shot considering how booked everyone is. Theresa said bring him at 10:30! No problem! I brought Jack in and just gave them all free reign to do whatever it was they needed to do to get my pup clean and shaved. Got a call around 1:30 saying he was ready! That quick!! Once I arrived to pick Jack up, he was so excited to see me and so excited to say bye to Theresa and her team! This is the best he has looked in 11 years!!! Theresa and her team really made this a great experience and I went ahead and booked Jack for the rest of the year!! Now that we are home, he is fast asleep in puppy land!

Theresa is amazing! I have a rescue and I couldn't have been more comfortable leaving her there. I was referred here by my old groomer which that alone says something in my opinion. Theresa asked tons of questions to understand what my dogs quirks were and what her triggers might be. I'm sure my talker drove them nuts but she was so happy when I picked her up. You could tell it was a positive experience for her. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely fabulous! Any time you move to a new area it's always daunting the first time you try any place 'new'... First time trying Magic Scissors and they knocked it out of the park! I have 2 year old Wheaten Terrier who was an absolute mess. Theresa & her staff 1. Were prompt in getting back to me when I called. 2. Totally reasonable with pricing 3. But most important, they took the time to not only listen to what I wanted for Hugo's groom, but they asked questions to make sure they knew exactly what I wanted. He came home looking & smelling great! They spent a long time on him & in the past I would have either been charged extra for that or the groomer would have just gotten frustrated and just shaved him down. Thank you Magic Scissors for the caring time you spent with my sweet messy dog! Hugo will definitely be back - we're so happy we found you!!!

Worst experience ever!! They completely shaved my dog. The cut is so short and so uneven! Apparently they never have her water because she came home and drank a entire bowl of water.

I take my dog here monthly. Love this place. They do such a great job! Teresa is so accommodating when when I call for a same day on a Saturday.

My girls (I have 3 dachshunds) love their do's every time they come here! The people are so friendly and they do such a great job with their fur. Such a gem in this neighborhood.

Theresa and her entire staff are fantastic! They are warm, welcoming, and do an excellent job grooming. In conversation, Theresa and I began discussing the rescue I got my pup from; a few days later, I heard from the rescue that Theresa had made a very generous donation to them, upon learning about them from me. Her love and commitment to the dogs is very, very evident!

Our pets always enjoy going to get groomed at Magic Scissors. The team clearly treats the pets very well and they do a great job grooming them. They almost always have openings that work with our busy schedules and are flexible when they don't perfectly line up. Definitely recommend Magic Scissors.

Absolutely amazing groomer! She takes pride in what she does and it shows! Went here one time and of all the other groomers I went to that I had a very bad experience with Danielle took the time and energy and had so much patience with our dog Teddy. I will be taking him here again today if she has the availability ???????? We walked out with a huge smile on our faces seeing him look so dapper with his new puppy cut ???? Thanks again for going above and beyond for us and taking in every detail we discussed prior to his cut and personalizing it yourself. Flawless outcome!!!

They did an amazing job on Oakley! He was very fluffy and clean feeling and very happy!

They do a nice job on the dogs. We've used them through three owners and several dogs. They have treated us well.
