The vet and workers have taken such great care of our dog and cat, I would highly recommend going here out of all the places in Ottawa! They are so helpful and if we have any questions, emergencies they are there to help!

They know what they're doing and have a knowledgeable, empathetic, compassionate staff. They treat our animals as theirs.

Excellent for Grooming but make your next appointment when you leave your first because they have a long lead time and near impossible to get through to on the phone.

I had an emergency with my kitten and they took us right away. I called 2 other vets before them and was told I needed an appointment for an emergency. Everyone at Ancare is absolutely amazing!!! The 2 vets it called are closer, I will never take them there. I will drive 30 mins to the best vets around. A big thank you to Dr. Wallace and Dr. Webb. You're both amazing!!!!

Found a couple dogs running down the middle of 71. Called the county n animal control. Fox Valley is where you are supposed to take them though. Call animal control and they will tell u to take them there.

Great place.have had many interactions at this vet.open on saturday. Great staff.fair pricing.great care. My go to vet. I spent many years in shelters and have had many dogs.If you ask my where to go I would say here.hands down. Thanks

So thankful for Fox Valley! They have an amazing staff and wonderful vets. One of my cats had an emergency a week and a half ago and they squeezed him in right away, kept him overnight, and took wonderful care of him. They called with updates both days to let me know how he was doing and were so kind during the process. He’s doing so much better now and it’s all thanks to their incredible team!

If I could leave a zero star I would, don’t take ur dog there or any animal, they rip u off they take ur money. Go somewhere else.

Pretty rude I sent an email a week ago asking questions and no one answered. If you have a contact form or email people can reach you at to besides a phone # you should answer those too.

This review is for the grooming service. My 20-something pound doodle was shaved down a month and half before at this exact place. Her hair had grown out to less than a quarter inch of curls. When I dropped her off, I told the girl that I was here for my dog's tail and nails (there was a pom pom at the end of her tail which was matting). I returned two hours later to a COMPLTELY SHAVED DOWN DOG, AGAIN. 1) It's the middle of winter. 2) She was not matted. 3) They had records that she was shaved less than 5 weeks ago there. I am FURIOUS that they did not call me to clarify instructions and that no one there had the common sense to advocate not shaving down a non-matted dog just because they didn't know what else to do. Shame on both the vet and the groomer. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I was refunded full "credit" for the groom to apply to a later service, but that's useless because I, personally, won't be returning here with my dog.

Dr Clayton is a great vet. Didn't have the best of experiences with one of his front of house staff. When I last called I couldn't believe how rude she was. Can't quite remember her name though Janine or Jamie.

Wow! Whoever answers their phone is RUDE! I'm a little nervous calling in, and she sounded irritated from the get go. I'm on the road with my dog and just need flea/tick&HW meds referred to by my home vet. It's not so much what she said but how she said it. SHEESH excuse the heck out of me. I then said I guess I'll try to find another vet I don't know what else to do and she was like whatever KLUNK! And I was not being rude or anything, so it pisses me off when a supposed professional treats someone, a potential customer so rude! Sorry I unintentionally took up so much of your precious time. I guess I'm not a local, so I don't count. I understand if someone's busy but it's no excuse. I've worked in customer for years, I understand the pressures, but damn! And it's not like I called just before closing, it was 1:30 pm on a Tuesday.... I always try to go out of my way to be nice and considerate, I wish some people would return the favor...

Very friendly staff that are good with animals. Usually a short wait time to see the Vet with an appointment. They have dog and cat food, flea and tick treatments.
