The staff was very helpful and professional. My dog ???? needed his shots so he could go to the beauty parlor and get his bath and a good brushing out they were really good with my pet. I w[uld definitely go back there for all of my pets needs.

This is a very good place to take your pets to. They are very good with them.

Everyone at Chessie is top notch! There is a good reason this clinic is ssssooooo busy.

Good place for pet care.

If it was possible I would leave you with no star. Zero out of 5.(Zero out of 1 million) is how helpful you were. Came to you with an emergency and you said no. "Try somewhere else."(when everyone pointed me to you) Wouldn't even try to help or find time before you closed or very least next day. Also had told me you dont take on new customers. How are you even open. Thank god for allowing us to advance to internet. Self healed with my love care and nurturing. The vet we currently have praised me for my care and was surprised how amazing the health and happiness our new family addition is. I nor my large family and friend circle will never stop boycotting your poor establishment. Not to mention how filthy the lobby was and the dust buildup on the receptionist computer. I dont see how you could possibly save or help animals. And 2 clients ahead of me were not wearing masks and the receptionist had hers on her chin.

The Vets and Vet techs care for my Dog as if it were there own. I trust them with my dogs well being.

The woman who answers the phone named Irene is very rude and unprofessional. This woman has absolutely no business working in customer service. If the time ever comes where you need to start cutting staff because of the way customers are treated please start with her.

Irene was very unprofessional on the phone to a situation and even tho i had many pets that went to them she felt it necessary to not all my daughter to be a client...and the apt was already made, and was told when she finds her xats she can bring them in

My dog unfortunately has allergies. They are always available to give him allergy shots and follow up with allergy meds. It is always clean and the staff and doctor's are friendly, curious and thorough.

I had an appointment made for my 2 cats to get declawed, they ended up getting out of the house the night before(long story) and I called the vet and explained the situation. The lady I spoke to, Irene, told me If I find them to call back and I could possibly get them in that day still. She also decided to add in the comment about how the doctor gets paid hourly and now he will be getting paid to do nothing and that hurts them. My mother decided to call back for me, I’m only 19 this was the first time I was doing something like this for my own pets. And spoke to the same lady. Couple hours go by and I find my cats so I called them and they informed me that bc of the issue and since my mom had called to complain they’re not gonna accept me as a client. Total BS if you ask me, I won’t be going there again.

I have been going to Chessie for years, I will always trust them with any animal I own! Good Ole Doc is the best livestock Dr. out here! I really like all the Dr.'s and staff there. I recommend them to everyone!

They are always very accommodating for my German shepherd that is very animal reactivate. Would not trust anyone else with my girl.

I trust Chessie Lane with my pet's care and boarding and grooming. Separate areas for cats And dogs. The Veterinarians are great to work with, friendly and give great care. The Vet-Techs and staff are knowledgable, helpful and friendly. You'll be glad you took your pet to Chessie Lane.

Love this place. The staff is always so nice. I have been taking my dogs here for years.

Sadly the receptionists and two out of the three doctors were NOT wearing masks when I went in today. They were also NOT requiring masks of people who entered.

Dr. Bols & all the Chessie Lane employees have always shown the most considerate care & love to our furever furbabies❤

It was your compassion for Sassy as well as myself that allowed us to calm down understand instructions and do our part in that recovery. Professionalism with compassion makes you stand out in a world that to often mistakes what is truly valuable.

Helpful, user friendly during this Covid time, been with them for years.
