So many wonderful things to say! First I liked that there was an on-line scheduling tool. Dr. Karie and Joe were phenomenal! They were there on time, very helpful in rounding up my cats, took time to answer all questions, and went above and beyond! I will use them again and I would highly recommend them. Having the vet come to you for wellness exams and annual shots was so much less stressful than trying to put cats in cages! They treated my cats like their own pets. Thank you!

We had to make the decision to euthanize our 15 year old dog. Dr. Karie and Joe were so caring, compassionate, and loving towards not only our dog but to our family. They explained the entire process and let us have time with our dog, talked to us about him, and made us feel so at ease. We were so blessed to have them be by our sides and how they made his last moments in a calm and loving environment. Thank you to both for making a very emotional and difficult situation less stressful. I would recommend these 2 wonderful people to anyone looking to have an at home euthanasia. We highly recommend Dr. Karie and Joe from VIP Vet Visit. We could no longer get our large senior yellow lab to the vet clinic and he was overdue for his annual exam and vaccinations. Dr. Karie and Joe came to our home and were absolutely wonderful. They were so caring and kind to our guy and they gave him a complete exam including his vaccinations that were overdue. They were very professional, knowledgeable and personable. It was such a relief to be able to have our guy taken care without all of the stress of getting him to a clinic. We will be using Dr. Karie and Joe for all of our future pet visits.

We had to put our dog down and so glad I called VIP vet to come to our home and put our pup to sleep. They were so kind and compassionate. They made sure she was very comfortable, didn’t rush it, made it peaceful and sweet. They texted me when they’d be 30-40 minutes out. They did a paw print and clipping of hair at no extra cost. They were so sweet to her too.

I found VIP Vet during the pandemic, because my vet retired and no one was taking on new patients because of Covid. My furry baby was now a senior and was having trouble getting in and out of the car. Dr. Karie and Joe came and made friends with Tasha immediately and she is a pretty protective Chow/German Shepard mix. They gave my baby the best treatment and I feel, me too! Throughout the year, they worked with Tasha and her osteoarthritis and eventually we were able to go for short walks again, it was amazing and I was so appreciative. Unfortunately, Tasha recently passed away and every dog lover knows how hard it is to say goodbye to our furry family, my heart is truly broken. Dr. Karie and Joe, came to visit me and give their condolences and assure me that my angel now has her wings. There will come a day when it won’t be so hard to look at her empty bed or her collar and chain hanging by the door, but there will never be a day that I stop feeling the gratitude for both Dr. Karie and Joe. We are very lucky to have you in this profession! ❤️ Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Thank you to Dr. Karie and Joe! They have been so kind, with a very caring demeanor since our very first phone call. I genuinely feel that they are dedicated to keeping our pets healthy and happy! They also care enough to respond quickly through texts, easing our concerns about pet health issues. Shelby was limping and we were pretty sure she torn ACL again what she had previously done about three years ago called Dr Karrie at VIP and her and Jill were here within two hours examining her and gave her the medication she needed to make her comfortable they are truly amazing.

Dr. Karie was very patient with my feisty cat. She took the time to make sure that her ears were clean after giving her treatment for an ear infection. I enjoyed having her come to my house so my cat could run back under the bed when she was done! I recommend this service to anyone looking for at-home vet care.

Dr. Karie and Joe were fantastic. They were very personable and friendly with my extremely anxious kitty. For 6 years, a vet visit for Gus resulted in a sedative, but this one didn’t! Having them come to my home relieved a lot of stress for Gus and myself. I highly recommend, especially if you also have a pet who doesn’t do well in cars or at a traditional veterinary office.

She got to the point where she wouldn’t let the vet get close enough to her to administer her annual vaccines and she and I were so streSSed! This is a convenient and reliable option for us because we have an older dog, and our vet will STILL not let us inside due to covid. We were able to get a general checkup and even refill some of our dogs supplements and medications. Will be using again and highly recommend!

I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Karie and Joe. Having them come to the house makes such a difference for all our pets, but especially our dog with high anxiety. We recently had to put down our sweet German Shepherd and then our cat a few weeks later. Dr. Karie and Joe were so compassionate and caring and somehow made such a difficult time bearable. The little, personal touches they do make all the difference. We feel so blessed to have found such wonderful people to care for our fur babies.

When my dog recently had a seizure and I could not bear the thought of putting her through the 2-4 hour wait at Midwest, I made an appointment with VIP Vet Visit. The process was amazing from the start. I made the appointment online, received a few text follow up confirmations and then received a text when the Dr was on her way. My dog loved Dr. Karie and the quality and thoroughness of the care was exceptional. Worth every penny and more!

Dr. Johnson and her assistant Joe were prompt and extremely professional. Our dog was much more relaxed being examined at home and the convenience of a home visit was a life saver due to our hectic work schedules. Dr. Johnson was thorough in her explanation of her assessment and plan of care. Just a great experience all around ...at home!

My dog had been sick since November 2020 with on and off cough. Due to COVID the Vet office would take the pet in while I waited outside. After the third time of waiting hours and getting medication a friend saw VIP Vet Visit and said maybe that would work better and they would come to my house. They came and were GREAT! A few weeks later he started with the cough again and they prescribed medication until and they came by and gave him a check up. Happy to say my dog is doing great and hope that everyone calls them. Professional, friendly and my dog was very calm with their gentle check up.

Dr Katie and Joseph are Beyond Amazing! So very comforting to our cat Willow. Great advice for upcoming relocation and travel advice. Highly recommend and reasonable cost.

We said goodbye to our first dog today, which was not easy. I'm convinced Dr. Johnson and Joe were born to do what they do as a profession. They show empathy, patience, and understanding. They communicated every detail, and were so patient with our dog. I am incredibly thankful for their services and that there are people like them around to care for and love our special family members!

Sadly, i had decided to put my 13 year old German Shepard down after hip dysplasia finally made her unable to live comfortably. I decided on in home euthanasia because it would've caused my dog great pain, stress and possibly a muzzle inside the vet. Dr. Karie and Joe were so warm and caring and very thorough in explaining all the details and the extra little things that are included for free are so appreciated. My girl passed quickly and peacefully which is all anybody would ask for. Would definitely recommend Vip Vet. Thank you Dr. Karie and Joe for offering this priceless service!

I had to say goodbye to the best good girl there ever was , my 18 year old doggie Maya. I wanted to have it done in my house where she felt comfortable. By now she hasn't been able to walk in almost 8 months and had to wear diapers. In the past teo to three weeks her cough was getting worse from the liquid gathering in her lungs. All she was able to do was kind of "flip" over from side to side . I got increasingly scared that she would break her legs or dislocate her hips. I was hoping against hope , that she would just fall asleep and not wake up one morning.. She still enjoyed her food and would wag her tail from time to time ...she couldn't see too much and her hearing was almost gone. As hard as it was , the time has come to make the most heartbreaking decision i ever had to do. I was very lucky to stumble upon the VIP Vet Visit and DR. Karie and her assistant Joe. They were very professional but also very understanding and full of heart. Everything was explained to me beforehand and they even took time to pet Maya and tell her what a good girl she was. Everything went went smoothly and i was given time to be with Maya for the last time while they waited outside for my go ahead to carry her away. Thank you again so much for everything you did for me and Maya . I am very grateful to have found you. Only regret i have is , that i should've given Maya the Nutella instead of the peanut butter...healthy choices even in death ..oy

Having to put a pet to sleep is never easy and a difficult decision to make. However, having VIP Vet Visit come to the home and make our dear dog’s transition as comfortable and peaceful as possible was the best choice we could make. Dr. Karie and Joe were so kind, compassionate, and reassuring. They went over the whole process and explained everything throughly. They asked about our dog and what she liked and her personality. They made a heartbreaking moment in our lives so much more bearable. I cannot say enough positive things about the quality of care and the service. Dr. Karie and Joe came to my home and treated my cat Max for the first time. They were very patient and understanding while handling an extremely scared cat. I have referred her to several friends and family. She and Joe were exceptional !

Dr. Karie and Joe were absolutely wonderful. We had decided it was time for our 16 year old beagle to rest. We could not have asked for a better duo to welcome into our home and help us with the hardest decision of our lives. Dr. Karie and Joe were warm, helpful, and compassionate. They gave us all the information and did it in a way that made us feel assured that we were doing the right thing for our boy. They gave us all the time we needed. Honestly the entire process was more calming than the days leading up to the visit. We got all works the paw prints, the lock of hair, and the rose petals. The silk and flower covered stretcher they put our boy on to bring him to his cremation, was absolutely gorgeous. In a way it made me laugh in the best way, seeing my baby on this beautiful material, knowing he would have hated it, gave me a wonderful last memory of him. Seeing him so peaceful was really the greatest thing we could have ever asked for. VIP Vet was truly the best way to honor our boy. It’s never easy to make this decision but if it’s a decision you have to make, Dr. Karie and Joe are the people you want to help you through. Thank you for your grace, humanity, and love for animals.

We were very happy with this service. They showed up on time and thoroughly evaluated our pet. We are a family with a special needs child and getting out, even before this covid world, is hard for us. This service is appreciated beyond words and the professionalism exceeded our expectations. I will use them from now on for all of our pets.
