Toby was diagnosed with Addison's disease. He needs a lot of monitoring. Pet Vets are keeping him alive and thriving. We have had crisis, but the doctors and assistants have always been there to help him pull through.

Petvets has been our vet for almost 14 years and they have been wonderful with our Whippet. I trust what they have to say.

Great service and very knowledgeable. I felt like the doctor we saw wasn't trying to do extra tests that would've cost us more money, but instead decided to refer us to a specialist because of the symptoms. The doctor also wrote up a long description/report which I have never had at the other 3 perious vets I've visited. Definitely recommend!

Great customer service! Was not able to get an appointment as they were all booked up for the next couple of days. I did however fill out an appointment request application and wrote down my dog’s symptoms, the lady working that day (sorry I did not catch her name) gave me a call back later that same day and apologized for not having any appointments. She did also mention my dog’s symptoms to the doctor and recommended I take him to the emergency room, even offered to give me directions to some hospitals. I really appreciate the call back, you can really tell that they care about your pet’s wellbeing!!

Have been using PetVets for generation of dogs, as have my children. Excellent staff, excellent clinicians. Very patient with questions (and I, as an MD, always have many). They always approach their non-human patients with love and understanding, and make you feel that your pet is their special favorite. I appreciate that they advise, rather than dictate, approaches to clinical problems, with awareness that most of us pay out-of-pocket. Highly recommended.

Dr Forti took care of Max and offered treatments our vet never even mentioned. It was mere chance that our vet was booked and referred us to PetVets, as they were taking "sick calls". So blessed to have taken Max to PetVets! I have always been loyal to our vet, but with the rising costs and lack of compassion, I am hopping the fence, as Max and our cat, Sam deserve better! Thanks again PetVets for your kindness & compassion. We look forward to switching our pets over to you & your team!

I love this hospital although it's a little pricey but the care is far worth it. They respond, consult and show care in all that they do. They seem to be animal and people lovers and that's AWESOME

Dr Cidone has been our vet for over 20 years. We are on our 5th dog with her and she is always brilliant, sensitive, professional and understanding. And her team is caring and conscientious.

Very Caring, attentive Staff. We have a wonderful vet, Dr.Cedon. She is kind and loving. She explains in detail problems, concerns, medications, etc. Our five dogs absolutely love her.

Dr. Cidon has been immensely helpful with helping our reactive/anxious dog! I am so grateful for her expertise and to have found PetVets. The vet techs and nurses are wonderful. We have had nothing but positive experiences here. I really feel like they go above and beyond to ensure a good experience for your pet whether it be a check up or surgery. The most wonderful and caring vet clinic. Staff friendly, courteous and caring. Dr. Cidon is knowledgeable, smart and nothing gets by her no matter how rare the condition your pet has developed. She is kind and loves all animals large or small.

I’d like to preface this by saying the vets are wonderful. The office staff is beyond terrible. I have tried calling at least 20 times within the past few days about an upcoming appointment my dog has. I FINALLY got someone on the phone only for them to tell me that they weren’t sure and they’d call me back. No one has called me back and I am back to trying to get ahold of them. I don’t even usually write reviews, but this needs to be addressed. Completely unprofessional. After my dog gets his teeth cleaned I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have consistently had negative experiences with the professionalism, responsiveness and general customer service of the front office staff for the entire year I've been a client. Last week, after having waited more than a week for a response to my online request for an appointment and then calling multiple times only to get a recording and no return call, did I even consider writing a review. Ironically, the first review I read was from another client who seems to have had the exact same experiences as me. Like him, my limited interactions with the docs have been fine. But the front office staff is so unprofessional, so poorly trained, so misinformed, so downright rude at times, it's no longer worth the convenience of the location or the insights the docs share. Lots of other vets in the area...hopefully my experience with them will be better.

They are fast, friendly, professional, and reasonably price. It's an excellent combination.

I drive from Naperville to Oak Park to go to PetVets, specifically Dr. Cidon. I've been going to PetVets for about 20 years. Dr. Cidon is the best vet I've ever come across.

Great staff and establishment. Went in there for my 6 month old husky to get her shots and they treated her like it was one of their own , very reasonable prices as well

My experience was perfect. Wouldn’t change anything. I was kept up to date with everything. There was also great explanation for the entire procedure. Great service!

Have always had a great experience bringing my dog Harley to Petvets. We love Dr. Barrón. She knew exactly how to deal with my dog that suffers from laryngeal paralysis. She made me feel as my dog was in very good and capable hands. She provided excellent care for my dog and made me feel less anxious

Appointment scheduled promptly and handled extremely courteously and professionally. Little to no wait upon arrival where Dr. Triola examined, tested and inoculated our dog. Upon leaving, the Vet's Technician explained everything very clearly and encouraged us to follow up if necessary.

I've been bringing my now 13 year old dog here for four years and have had both routine care and surgery and am very happy with their services. They provide enough information and answer questions thoughtfully so that you can make the best decisions for your pets health. They even followed up after an emergency surgery we had at a 24hr emergency vet.

I've been going to PetVets for over 20 years. Even after moving to Naperville, I continue to drive to Oak Park because I trust Dr. Cidon and the other vets at PetVets more than any other vet I've seen. She has an amazing bedside manner with both the pets and the owners.

My two cats have cancer. Dr. Cidone is incredibly knowledgeable and capable. Under her care my cats both seem so happy and healthy now that it doesn’t even seem like they are sick.
