Staff is so caring and compassionate and rates are reasonable. That's why I keep coming here even though it's 20 minutes away from where I live and there are several other places closer!

I have taken 6 different rabbits here and each experience was amazing. They take care of your rabbits but do the visit in a timely matter

We went to Kohn Animal hospital on September 23, 2021 for vaccination for two of my cats. On phone we requested three vaccines for my cats. When we reached there, they took our pets inside & didn’t let us inside & told us to stay in the car, so we were not sure which vaccines my pets were getting. When the nurse came back, we asked her to give us the hard copy so that we know which vaccines they got. Going through the papers we came to know that they gave them two vaccines instead of three, whereas they billed us for three, so we called them again to make it clear for us. Then the nurse took the pets inside again & gave our pets the third shot & told us to bring the pets after three weeks for the booster shot related to the third shot. Had we not pointed out about the third shot they wouldn’t have given the third shot. The nurse further told us that when we bring the cats for booster shot (Felv booster shot) they will charge only for the booster shot and not for the doctors examination fee again. They also stated that the booster shot will be of the half price. After three weeks when we called for doing the booster shot they said they will again take the doctors fee for both the cats or otherwise they will charge the full vaccination price for booster shots, this was quite contrary to what they initially told us. I do not recommend KOHN Animal Hospital to anyone as you remain completely unaware of the hidden charges, and what treatment your pet is getting inside. Moreover, they don’t stick to their promised charges.

New to the area and had to find a new vet for the furry family members. The doctor, all the vet tecs and support staff I interacted with are awesome! Happy to have them taking care of our furry family members.

Stay away from these fraudsters. They will overcharge you for their services and you will get a push back if you ask them for itemized receipts.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Mann. She has been my doggos vet from the day he came to Chicago Canine Rescue. She has been AMAZING throughout all of his health issues (worms, meningitis, upset tummy, more worms...you name it my dog had it). She has let me cry and vent to her on the phone and has been beyond wonderful in providing treatment at the most reasonable cost. My favorite thing about her is that she takes diagnostics one thing at a time and definitely avoids overly expensive testing/treatment unless she absolutely believes its necessary. Overall 20/10 for Dr. Mann and her amazing staff.

Dr. Mann is the best! We have 3 dogs and she knows each one, their special personalities and their health issues. She is the kindest person and a very caring vet. I cannot say enough positive things about her!????????????

Super accommodating. Needed a quick chec up exam for my recently rescued medium mixed breed. I called on Friday & got an appointment for Saturday morning. Super professional and very supportive.

They are honest and services are reasonable. I can tell the doctor really cares.

Dr. Mann is such a sweetheart! I brought my fur baby Lizzy (female guinea pig) in for a visit and the doctor herself ventured out in the snow to see us! They are active in providing a safe and efficient way of having your fur babies seen especially during this COVID crisis. You pull up to the curb, give them a call and they come out. I felt very safe during this process. Thank you guys!

Our dog was spayed there and she was very well taken care of.

This is my baby Simba. Kohn animal hospital took wonderful care of my pet and performed a neuter the next day after the initial visit. Cost of my initial visit was taken off the bill of the surgery. Not sure if that was a promo or not but I got an awesome deal and great care for the surgery and rabies shot. Highly recommend.

Brought my puppy in to get spayed. I was more terrified then she was! Everyone there I spoke with was amazing! They are answered all my questions and did an amazing job with her! Kind hearted!! They didn’t force her around or give off any negotiable energy! Nothing but love here!! 10/10 recommend!

I see her for my dog and she has the best approach to care for your pet. She makes sure your pet familiarizes with her before she starts examining. Recommended her to a few of my friends, and they all love her. Her practice is genuine and honest. Highly recommend.

I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else. Dr. Mann has been my vet since my first rescue and through my time as a kitten foster. She goes above and beyond her call of duty and the staff is terrific. Thanks so much!

They were amazing with my baby. During the covid I wasn’t aloud in With my baby. That was hard but they took such great care of my little girl.

I put down my 10 year old boxer tonight and the staff made my special friend feel so comfortable and gave him such a great experience in his dying hour . The doctor and staff were beyond what I ever expected. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much !
