Very poor service and they are playing guessing games with you meanwhile, your pet gets sicker and sicker. They’re of no help and do not know what they’re doing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE! They’ll refuse to refund you your money. The dr’s do not know what they’re doing and then say they treat your pet as a process of elimination. I know that it’s to rip you off meantime!

What a fantastic place! We live in Chicago, but it’s worth the drive to Northbrook. The staff is incredibly friendly and the doctors are stellar - you can tell they adore animals. Pricing is extremely reasonable, and they were able to fit in an emergency appt. during the pandemic when most vets (including our long time vet) were booked months out. They will be our regular vet from now on.

The countryside staff is amazing. Dr. Malitz went out of his way to make my rescue pup feel comfortable.

It was only my first visit. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was a very busy afternoon but they took the time to check in with me while I waited several times. The only thing I'm not sure about is when my cat was examined she was taken to another room without me.

Awesome friendly staff. Walked in and they were able to treat her right away. Would definitely recommend. Also, as the other reviewer stated, very reasonable prices.

The vets and staff are so friendly and helpful! They try to make the experience as comfortable as possible for my 5 month old puppy. I wish I could be with her when she is getting her vaccines, so I could see what's going on, but I think we have found our new lifelong vet!

Nice vet. Not too busy. Affordable, and caring without treating the pets like humans(hate it when vets are too mushy!). Would highly recommend!

I have a 12 year old pup that has been having seizures. My regular vet was booked up for the day, but told me they would fit me in for an up charge! That wasn't going to happen, so I called Countryside, explained my situation and they got me in within the hour. The vet was very thorough, took the time to explain everything and made both me and my pup very comfortable. The prices are also very reasonable. Thanks again for helping us out.

Im glad when we got a new kitten we found Countryside, They show a level of care and compassion I've not found elsewhere. Clean, courteous, and professional. 10/10 would recommend.
