Animal Clinic at New Lenox New Lenox, Illinois

tried to establish this clinic for my 7 mo old gs puppy and they couldn't handle it. they did get about $350 out of me and said he couldn't be seen again without an obscene amount of tranquilizers that I would have to give him the night before AND day of his visit. Not the right vet for me. Can't go In w your dog either and the vets arm was in a sling at the time. 2 min visit + 350 bucks and bunch of doggie Valium....just not for me

Excellent service they helped treat my cat who has a upper respiratory infection and explained what was being done and the reasoning behind it. They answered my questions about what was happening and showed true compassion for my cat.

New client and received excellent service so far. The only reason I'm leaving 4 stars is I have yet to meet the vet and get their vibe. Began since covid and you wait in the car while an assistant retrieves your pet. The girl is very pleasant. They call you and talk on the phone during the exam. Looking forward to physically meeting the vet, and scope out the atmosphere.

I brought my cat into new Lenox animal clinic for some regular dental work! I had all the necessary bloodwork, urinalysis done before her simple tooth extraction. All the original bloodwork came Out 100% perfect! Great bill of health! So, I went ahead and had her teeth cleaned and two bad teeth extracted from New Lenox animal clinic. Since then, my amazing beautiful cat is now in renal /kidney failure due to their negligence!! I called numerous other veterinary doctors in my area and they do not recommend this clinic. This new Lenox animal clinic on Cedar road , have numerous Random “ call in “ doctors that have no care for their clients. I paid a LOT , thousands , to make sure my cat was in good health, teeth, bloodwork and all! Now she has about 2 months to live due to their absolute negligence during her surgery,, a simple tooth extraction. Do not go to this clinic! They have ONE GOOD DOCTOR, that is rarely there or on call, Dr. Teykl is the ONLY GOOD ONE THERE. GOOD LUCK GETTING AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIM. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS CLINIC. THEY KILLED MY CAT

Not helpful and expensive. Misdiagnosed my cat and charged me $200 for medicine she didn’t need. Would not recommend going here if you have a sick pet. They are not qualified to handle anything other than minor things and even then they charge too much for the little help they provide. Also had an appointment scheduled to take her in and they called on hour before the appointment to tell me I should take her somewhere else after I had talked to them the day before about bringing her in and never mentioned should bring her somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET

We had a sick 10 year old cat, our regular vet was on vacation. He reffered them to us. Great customer care on very short notice.

I have been coming here for about a year. They usually get us in pretty fast. Its always clean, though I dont know how I feel about there record keeping, they are always pushing booster shots and other things that I dont feel are necessary. Let me be clear, I'm not a veterinarian, so maybe my dog needs these things, the problem is its everytime. Anyway staff is nice, docs seem knowledgeable.

I rescued a dog that developed a bacterial skin infection and yeadt infection in his ear.. they took good care of my dog and had everything figured out really quick and got him the meds he needed, hes perfectly healthy now

Dr. Ubatuba is awesome. I went away to college about 5 hours from her clinic and during that time my dog tore his ACL. I was very worried about him as he was in a ton of pain. I went to several vets and didn't feel comfortable with any of them. Dr. Ubatuba spent time on the phone with me describing different options and offering reassurance. She obviously didn't have to do that but it shows how caring she is. I ultimately went to her surgeon. I still live too far away from her clinic to take my pets there but I definitely miss this vet.

We tried 3 different veterinary clinics until we found Dr. Annie and her colleagues. The team is compassionate and Dr. Annie fully understands the value of a raw diet. The techs are very responsive and one can tell they adore animals. We are grateful we found Dr. Annie for our dogs Chevy and Lexie.
