Friends of the Family was exactly what I was looking for in a pet sitting agency. I found them caring, professional and highly experienced with a true love for animals. I would highly recommend hiring them. Bonnie Toye, the owner was immediately responsive to my initial inquiry and any follow up question I had. Haley was our cat's pet sitter while we were away and she always kept in touch with text messages and photos to let us know how our cat was doing. I never had to reach out to her to check in as she kept us in the loop every day. I appreciate Haley's efforts in making sure we felt comforted knowing our cat was in good hands. I cannot thank Bonnie and Haley enough for caring for our cat while we were away. I plan on hiring them again in the near future.

I have been using this company to walk my dogs 5 days/week for the last 1.5 years. Bonnie is exceptional. I knew within the first 30 seconds of meeting her that she would be the best dog walker that I've ever had. Her personality is out of this world, as is her love for dogs. She is an exceptional business owner; very professional, timely, and responsible. My dogs, Turbo and Bear, absolutely adore her. They lose their minds and smother her in kisses when she walks in the house. I work in Downtown Chicago, and I never have to worry about my dogs, because I know that they're being cared for by someone that loves them as much as I do. I should also mention that my dog Turbo is not fond of strangers and is very protective of "his" house. He's a real handful. Bonnie does an AMAZING job with him. I could go on and on about how much we love her. If you're looking for a dog walker in the Naperville/Lisle area, you should absolutely hire Bonnie to walk your dog! She's the best!!
