They gave us great information on her personality and likes/dislikes that help make the transition to our home easier. Thank you!

The folks at this shelter are the sweetest and most caring I have ever spoken with. I found the perfect cat and they sent him home with toys, food, a volunteer-knit little blanket and all of his vaccinations included. I highly recommend you adopt your next pet from here!

Denied me from adoption because I don't have a family. Seems that they are very judgemental and picky in who they give animals to. In my mind they should be happy to put animals in a loving home, their job should not be to make that a difficult process.

I paid $300 for a beagle and was told i had 2 weeks for refund if problem. Allergies occurred in the house due to the beagle so we went back and was totally denied any amount at all. We even took back food snacks leash toys all new. Chris was manager and terrible at that. She lied and she she could mail a $75 check after talking to the board of directors. Total lie. Very bad experience at Adopt in Naperville.

Great shelter, got our two boys, Bagheera & Jagger, (Siamese brother's) in November 2019. They. have rewarded us with so many loving memories already. Our experience with ADOPT Shelter was all positive, very friendly, caring and helpful.

After a vigorous application process I was able to stop in to check out the kitties. I ended up adopting my new best friend Binx.

Stop there to drop off some cat food and some money they seem to be doing a very efficient job of caring for animals lovingly

Amazing shelter!! Staff is so friendly and helpful, the facility is large and clean and you can tell the animals are taken well care of here. After months of searching for a cat I finally found the perfect one and brought little Savvy home earlier, who’s currently sleeping comfortably on my chest. Thank you!

I am so glad I went to A.D.O.P.T.! Everyone was so kind and helpful and I found my best friend! I adopted 7 year old Glimmer and she is just the perfect cat! The process is straight forward and simple and I definitely believe the way in which the cats are taken care of in the shelter really make the transition from shelter to home so smooth! A.D.O.P.T. was by no means the closest shelter to me, but I absolutely know I made the right choice going to them and finding Glimmer!

Adopt is an awesome shelter. Does foster care for cats and dogs. I adopted 2 kittens during pandemic with no problems. Just call and make an appointment.

I tried to adopt a puppy from them. At their business it was a great experience everyone was very friendly. Afterwords not so much. I could never get in contact with anyone about a dog I wanted to adopt. After finally getting in contact with them they then told me I could not adopt because I was 2 months away from being 21. For all this hype on wanting to find dogs homes they are making it very difficult to do that. I do not recommend this place and I will not go back.

We adopted one of their cats to join our family. Excellent staff, beautiful facility and many canine and feline friends needing homes!

I find it really strange that you have to buy 2 kittens if they are less than 4 months.....I just don't see the logic especially if I have another cat at home already!!! Just odd....
