I love going here!!! They always have some sort of deal! I generally go for the deals on treats and toys... Yesterday was the first time I used the grooming section for my dog to get her nails done and let me tell yeah for only a few dollars more than what I pay just for nails to be cut at the groomer I usually go to pet supplies also filed her nails after cutting them and cleaned her ears and was worth the extra money because my girlie has some ear issues and they did better than I ever do cleaning her ears I thank them very much

I have a very nice experience at the pet store today. I was looking at hamster stuff for my niece and I really have to say you are al well put together. Personally Alijah and Conner helped me quite a bit. I will have to say there was a small dog mess on the floor… but they got it cleaned up real quick. I’m sure that happens all the time in a pet store I definitely will be returning!

This was my first time taking my dog here and I had an appt for 3 o'clock and I asked them when I should come back and pick him back up they said give them about 2 hours. I went back at 5 and they had not even started on him yet. I don't live in mt vernon so I had to find something to do for the 2 hours I waited at first. So I wasn't going to wait around another 2 hours and hope they got him done so I just took him home. I understand this place is busy but isn't that the whole point of an appt? I could see if they were running a little behind, no big deal. But 2 hours and no courtesy call letting me know they were that far behind schedule?? If they would of at least called after 30 min or even an hour and said "hey we haven't gotten to him yet do you just want to pick him and and reschedule or are you okay with waiting another 2 hours" but I heard nothing. That's not very professional at all it was very inconsiderate. The hour drive there and back for me Plus the 2 hours waiting was a waste of 3 hours out of my day. Also makes me wonder what my poor little dog was doing for the 2 hours he was there.

The staff was amazing! We were traveling across country with my daughters pet lizard. I'm scared of the bugs and was terrified to feed him. The staff were so quick to put the bugs in there for me. Above and beyond customer service!

Didn’t have a huge selection of fish. Nick up front and Connor in the back did great. They do have some very nice and smart staff members. Also thanks to Ashley for helping me pick out some flea medicine

Very amazing experience. The team was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Didn’t have exactly what I was looking for but the manager informed me about this wonder Redford that I’ll have to give a try with my Poodles. Very nice experience and I definitely will be back!
