My English mastiff turned very ill, I called Hawthorne to see if they'd help me and I told them I'd pay whatever for them to help him. The lady who answered the phone (I told her everything that was going on.) She placed my on hold came back and said there isn't anything we can do. My dog was crying out in pain and she heard that and giggled and said "is that your dog." Very uncompassionate. So we had to travel 60 miles to get my boy some help. He was in kidney failure due to old age. The vet we took him to (he's regular vet.) Did everything they could and ended up having to put him to sleep. If Hawthorne couldn't help that's one thing but to laugh at mine and my dogs pain is another. Very unprofessional and heartless.

Dr. Osterman and the staff were all incredibly kind and compassionate to with our dog’s illness. They were always prompt with returning phone calls, very knowledgeable, and always found time for us when it was urgent. On our last visit Dr. Osterman’s kind words as we said goodbye meant more to me than I could ever express. Thank you for the care you provided my sweet Ellie ❤️

Really enjoyed Dr. Osterman. Great with your pet, caring, and listens to all concerns. She answered questions thoroughly and knowledgeable. My family has used this vet for years. We haven't had any issues with them.

Hawthorne Animal Clinic has been our vet for many years. I’m always pleased w their services & convenience. They have given our dog & Grandogs excellent care through the years.

I've never been to such an amazing vet! The level of care and compassion are top notch. Wish I had taken my babies here sooner. I can't say enough praise for them. They call me daily with detailed updates on how my cat is doing after surgery.

Dr.Murphy is wonderful, all Drs. are great have had them all over the years.Very easy in and out.Everyone is professional and courteous. Love them.Thank you .
