Great people here. Very responsive and caring. I've been taking my pets to them for 5 years now and am very happy with their care.

Great experience! Groomer is phenomenal and techs are top notch. They are compassionate, kind and truly helped me with a very difficult scenario. They are GREAT with pets and people! The initial review was for a foster dog and I’m in the process of moving my adopted fur family over. They are great with my dogs and provide follow up and wonderful communication. I’ve learned that when you need more than routine care, a team that’s fully engaged is critical. I have continued to have a great experience with Randhurst.

Love Danielle the groomer of my two dogs. Does a great job and really looks at all aspects of the dogs , coat, paws , ears and the anal glands . They come back happy and I’ve used her for 11 years. She reliable and also very nice and friendly. You won’t be sorry EVER

I brought my mini golden doodle to Randhurst Animal Hospital because she was coughing and retching. The doctor that examined her was very thorough and managed a excited 4 1/2 month old puppy with concern and patience. The problem was diagnosed, treatment given and by the next day symptoms subsided. Within two days she was back to her playful puppy self. A week later all symptoms were gone. I have brought her here for vaccinations but I will always bring her here when the unexpected occurs.

I recently adopted a young adult dog (at least I think... she is calm and has clearly had puppies). I took her in for a full checkup, which I needed both to gain an understanding of her health, and to get her spayed. We were assigned Dr. Hartman. He came in, patted her on the head, and knelt to feel her underbelly and back inner legs for about 60 seconds. He then told me she was in good health and could be spayed. "Should you check her eyes?", I asked. "She can clearly see well," was his response. "Is there any way to estimate how old she may be?", I asked. He replied, "No. Maybe you can ask her yourself." I need to stress that he wasn't kidding or using dry wit. Each question I asked about my dog was swatted out of the air with a shrug and apathy. I've taken pet turtles and rats in for checkups and seen more compassion and interest in the animal. Dr. Hartman didn't even look at her teeth, ears, etc. I've booked her spay with a different vet at the practice and am sincerely hoping for more interest during and following the procedure.

My first visit.. I loves that I was in and out in an hour with 2 dogs..It was a little rushed and they didn't give me a estimate for dental procedure for my dog. Even in the clinic the nurse was dropping things, Dr was struggling to get a sample from my dogs ear.. It felt a little unprofessional and unhygienic..

We love, love randhurst animal hospital! We adopted Bruno from a shelter that contracted with randhurst hospital last October. We have had the best experiences with all the technicians and vets at randhurst. As a first time puppy mom, I probably call them at least once a week with questions and they are happy to help. We live over 30 min from here, however, we are happy to make the trip. My sister brought her pup to a different vet in the MP/AH area and had bad experiences - we were happy to recommend randhurst animal hospital to her! Thank you for taking such good care of our Bruno!
