Staff is super nice and services are great! My dog is always excited to go and is exhausted afterwards. Lots of space for all sizes of dogs to play safely. They also have fun events for the dogs and having the webcams set up so we can check in is a nice touch.

Our dog loves attending daycare at dog play day care. We’ve been taking him here for about 4 years now and have always been happy with the service and communication. We love being able to watch him on their cameras during the day and know that he is having a great time!

The team did a great job taking care of our dog for 6 days. Having the cams in the play areas was comforting.

This may not be the fanciest place but the staff members are wondeful. They remember puppy names even after extended absences. My grl Kendal Bear loves most of the attendants. My 4 month old puppy was sprayed for going over to the handler to say hi. i saw it on camera..if that's what you call them handlers. These people have no experience in dog training or behavior or care. The place is dirty and needs to be investigated by USDA. The sitters were on their phones not even interacting with the dogs. The dogs are pacing out of fear and stress. It's a wearhouse with fencing up and section off and dogs go randomly in time out in cages and then brought back to the pack. You know spraying a puppy early on can cause him to distrust water and is not a method to use for correction would not recommend this place. If you do have a fight it's fine to use but if you are randomly spraying dogs what does that do. It's all about giving a correction at the correct moment. Read basic behavior book before starting a business.

I have only been going to Dog Play for a few months but they are great with my dog, Crow. Crow is older and likes to nap. They put him in a kennel so he can have his quiet time and nap. They remember him every time we come in. I have also used the taxi service a few times and Crow loves it. The service has been helpful to me for scheduling. Crow also loves the cookies they sell.

Number of concerns, some of which were acknowledged by the business (dog not let outside to relieve herself for an unacceptable timeframe - agreed by facility and rectified for subsequent days after complaint - toy to be kept in crate for comfort destroyed by another dog with no recourse, other dogs in her crate and on her bed - agreed and rectified after complaint), others we disagree. Handlers spent meaningful periods sitting and/or giving more attention to their phones than the dogs - one continuously sprayed dogs in the face with water simply for approaching and not related to normal training. Called facility several times (connected 3, with at least 2 other attempts) during a 4-day stay with issues visible on camera. This is atypical as our dog has spent time at other facilities (e.g., Dogtopia, which also maintains video access) and we never felt the need to call based on what we viewed. Our dog lost nearly 15% of body weight over 4.5 days and returned with a number of new fresh sores on her muzzle; large and deep blood stains on bed; abnormal behavior for several days after returning due to trauma. All of this was deemed normal by the provider - yes, pets can be emotional - but something we have not experienced with other facilities. Owner response has been in somewhat of an attacking manner and something we have not experienced with a business owner in the past, which appears to be reflected on a few of the other Yelp reviews (referencing customer blaming or otherwise). At the end of the day, we agree to disagree, but I do hope that others have a better experience than we and our pup.

Casey is an absolute expert. My dog Bailey has been pulling like a psycho on her leash for the almost two years I’ve had her. She also would jump on people to greet them or even lunge at strangers for affection. After three days of training with Casey with a prong collar, I’ve got a new dog! Seriously the best!!!!!

They give you access to watch your dog through a few webcams, even at night after they close for the day. That was super helpful for me being a first time owner and it being my first night away from my pup.

Our pup loves going. I can't say the word "friend" without him getting so excited and running to the door because he thinks he's going to go to daycare. One star off only because I wish they had an actual outside for the dogs run around and use the washroom.

Nice staff, they have webcams to watch the dogs and it was maybe the cleanest pet care facility i've been to. Dogs share the same area and can play among themselves, which is nice. Just didnt like to hear someone inside screaming while cleaning, but maybe it was an exception.

This is Bailey’s 9th month as a member of this day care and we are very happy. I’m so glad this place values transparency and provides cameras so owners can check on their furry children. Bailey comes home tired so I know that he’s been playing all day and running. They don’t cage the dogs for long periods of time and I love it. Also, the staff are friendly, helpful and kind. I’m proud to take bailey here and I highly recommend it to others that feel their pup might be getting bored at home.

My dog has a hard time interacting with other dogs sometimes. The people the work at dog play daycare are professional and compassionate. My dog loves them! They are willing to work with you. I have had the best experience here!

I am so grateful to DPDC for the constant care for my dog. He loves it and I'm glad there is a place for him to go to get the exercise that I can't do right now. The costs are reasonable for the high quality of service. The staff are always courteous. It's obvious they enjoy working with the dogs.

My 2 dogs have been coming here since they were puppies. The staff's are super friendly and nice. The place is very clean and neat. My favorite part, they have a webcam where I can watch my dogs at work. I enjoy watching them running around and playing all day, especially when I board them...i get to watch them while on vacation. I have taken my dogs to many places to get groomed and no one is good as they are. They smell soooo good. I can't trust anyone else with my babies except dog play day care. Thanks for your awesome services.

My dog is a handful. He is a sweet boy, but he is apprehensive of strangers and has a very off putting bark. That never once bothered Kevin, Melissa or any of the other wonderful handlers and staff here. They greet Ramsey by name and always show him so much love and affection. He is also able to be groomed there, which is truly such a blessing for me. I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you are at all nervous about leaving your dog, bring them here. You wont be sorry!

I’ve been bringing my dog here for years. When my GSD was a puppy he played with the smaller dogs and as he grew they placed him with his proper ‘group’ to play with. They have been wonderful to me and to my dog. My dog barks and tries to get out of the car to go there even if we are just driving along on Central road! They have multiple times reminded me that his vaccines were coming due and even took dogs to the vet for a special vaccine against the flu one winter! Everyone there truly loves the dogs as their own children! Great place! I feel very secure leaving my dog here on vacation too. Multiple Camera’s at different angles allow you to view your dog while away. I always feel free to ask questions or talk about anything to friendly staff.

My dog Murtaugh loves this place and so do we.

We have been bringing our Dachshund Rocky here for almost four years now (his entire life). They obviously take tremendous care of him because at the mere question, "Do you want to go to daycare?" he goes insane and madly wants to get into my truck. He loves everyone who works there and sprints into the play area upon arriving. We are so thankful for such a wonderful place!

Great staff that understands dogs! My dogs started coming in 2017, they are 10 and 9, I was more nervous than them. No issues but keep in mind dogs will be dogs. Great option, love webcam, no apt needed to drop off for daycare, great hours, pups love waffle Wednesday’s. Safe and secure give them a try!

I LOVE Dog Play Day Care! Staff is Amazing and always remembers me and my pups!! This is the only place I will board my dogs!! Love that I can watch them playing right on my phone while I'm away!! We really love it here and so does our dog! We've been using extended stay, one day play, and grooming services since they opened. Our dog has always been well cared for and comes home sleepy after busy play dates. They can handle some unique dietary needs and often can book overnight stays on the fly when something comes up. Once our dog had a small cut on her head from a kennel incident at home. I forgot to tell them about it. When I picked her up they took full responsibility for the issue, even though it wasn't on them at all. Professional, friendly, and prompt.

Love this place. My dog is happy to go there and play. We have boarded her there and she received excellent care. We have also used their grooming service and have been more than satisfied. We could not reccomend DPDG more highly!

My dog loves dog play day care. The dogs spend most of the time socializing. I can drop my dog off as early as 7 am and do not have to pay extra for them to keep him till 6:30 pm, so it fits perfectly into my busiest work days.

Typical of this owner to lie in his response to my review. I am disgusted by the lies of this owner. I did not submit the vet report because I did not want to have any further communication with the owner because of my aforementioned disgust. I always made this about what happened since my intitial email on 1/1. Typical of this owner to try and twist the story to turn it in his favor. I recommend everyone to read the Yelp reviews for multiple examples of this owner's dishonesty. Please see wound in photos still not healed. This happened at owner's facility and I received no update for more than 18 days. Only received an update because I emailed owner again on 1/18. Pathetic.

Dogs love going and playing with all the other dogs. Love that I can watch them throughout the day.
