After several trips there my cat still had the mites I went in for initially. The Dr refused to listen to me and insisted there were fleas. I would know if I had fleas in the house! After Several return visits giving my cat flea medicine I was told to try to change the cat food. (Instead of giving me the medicine the cat needed) all to the tune of hundreds of dollars with no change. Was the return visits the point all along? Scam.

I always love bringing Barry here because the staff is always thoughtful and friendly and courteous and so is Dr. Lyons. My fur baby is 20 years old and I appreciate the gentle care he received ❤

This place has the absolute kindest staff. Our family had to make the hard decision to put our 15 y/o family pet to sleep & the staff has been so compassionate towards our family and the situation. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who wants the absolute best care for their pet. If I could give them a 100 star rating, I would.

The absolute most wonderful vet I've ever been to. From the desk staff to the vets everyone is super friendly, helpful, and VERY OBVIOUSLY loves animals. We see Dr. Mitchell the most and she's just the chillest, sweetest vet in the world. She totally puts both us and our cats at ease. Our cats love everybody here, especially when they pop in just to say hi! Pricing is totally reasonable, the appointments I want are almost always available with maybe a two week wait max for non-emergencies. This place is just amazing in literally every way, make them your vet ASAP!

Our beloved Misty was very sick and her regular vet wouldn't make the time to see her so I called Tender Care, they saw her immediately. Misty passed away Sunday but, I couldn't have asked for a better veteran then them. Great caring people as for the other vet I will never use them again. They are the best at tender care. Thank you for your service and kindness.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Tender Care is hands down one of the best veterinarian offices around. The staff are all amazing, from the receptionists to the techs and the doctors. Everyone is also super kind, caring, and attentive. They're also very knowledgeable! I have never had a veterinary office that works so hard to make sure I could get in at the time I needed. The receptionist spent 2 days calling me to let me know of any cancelations so I could bring my kitten in for an eye infection sooner than later and at a time slot that fit my own work schedule. Definitely will continue to bring our Maine Coons here for veterinary care ????

Just got new puppy from taps have take her to tender care for all her puppy care they are wonderful and 1/2 the price i was paying in washington ill the staff are wonderful my puppy loves then all. Please give them a try you will be very happy just like me.

The staff is outstanding. I have been bringing our dogs there since our previous DVM retired. It is clean and visually appealing. They have always worked with our schedule and worked in emergency visits. The prices are reasonable and the providers are very caring.

Our dog is a patient at Tender Care ! We couldn't be happier !! Most important our dog seems to love her visits as well ! The staff is always so friendly. Her vet is awesome as well. Our dog recently had a surgery. She had excellent care from beginning to end. We were thoroughly informed of her post surgery home care. We received follow up calls during the two days after her surgery. We are happy that Sadie is a patient at Tender Care. We recommend Tender Care to everyone who is raising a pet !!
