The vet is extremely knowledgeable, caring and thorough. It’s exactly what you need when your pet is ill and a great value. The staff is polite, helpful and friendly. They offer numerous services and I will definitely continue to take my puppy/buddybear. He’s feeling much better and I highly recommend their care! Thank you Dr.Roush!

Very impressed!! Vet was very thorough. Prices were very reasonable, and our puppy was very comfortable with everyone and everything! I will certainly be going back!!

I set up two appointments and on both occasions I went to the office onsite to find out the time or day had changed. Staff was not helpful and extremely rude. I am so glad I didn’t start using this animal hospital. I suggest you find another hospital. If Lavitt Is this incompetent with scheduling I can’t even imagine how bad they would have been for the care of my dog. LOOK ELSEWHERE !!!

Agree with Jonathan and previous poor reviews on this rundown, low-tier animal 'vet.' The red head, Eric, is probably the most incompetent vet I have ever been to. Poor bedside manner, poor follow-up, and no organization within his office. Poor communication does not have a strong fund of knowledge. Will deny any responsibility and always blame the patient. Will incorrectly schedule you on numerous occasions and say that it is was "lack of communication" on our end when he and his office can't even properly schedule me. absolute waste my time coming to his office because they don't know how to work a computer andnever have records straight. EDIT: yes, I am sure this is correct place, Mr. Erich Roush. Don't try to discredit post.

Avoid at all costs. Is incapable of handling dogs appropriately and provides poor follow-up. Not to mention, extremely poor ancillary staff that continuously mis-schedule patients and waste our time. Poor bedside manner. Way better places than this poor excuse of a vet.

My wife and I were so happy with their service. Our dog suddenly got sick, and our primary Vet was booked for over a week. They took us in on the same day we called. The receptionist was incredibly nice and accommodating, and the Dr. was considerate and informative. I wish I could give them 6 stars instead of 5!

I love this little Veterinarian hospital. Dr. Roush, Terri, and Cheryl are AWESOME!!! All very loving and compassionate. They truly love what they do, and care for your Fur-kids as if they were their own. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Very good experience at Lavitt Animal Hospital. Many in house test capabilities so there is no waiting days for test results. The Doctor and staff are great. The doctor takes as much time as needed to make certain you understand your pet’s diagnosis.

I just got my first pet, a really cute kitty. Everyone kept telling me how important it is to find a great vet. I'm really happy that I found Dr Roush! Staff was super friendly and helpful, really nice faculties as well. The doc really took the time to explain everything really well and was a pleasure to deal with, also my cat loved him. I'm really impressed with this place!!! Thanks!!!!

Erich Roush took over Alan Lavitt's practice when he retired. The transition has been seamless. Quality of service remains exceptionally competent & thorough. I especially like Dr. Roush's use of technology for quick test results, food & medicine delivered to my home.

We have been more than happy with the care our dog,Kody has received with Dr Roush. The friendly office, personal care and time spent by the doctor to keep us informed of our options of treatment is just what we want for Kody. I would not hesitate telling friends about Lavitt Animal Hospital.

This is the best animal hospital that I have ever brought any of my pets to. Everyone working there was extremely warm and helpful and took very good care of my cat. I was able to get a same day appointment and when I arrived, I was immediately taken into a room and taken care of. My cat was handled very gently and was given SO MUCH love through the whole appointment. I highly recommend taking your fur-babies here!

Younger doctor, seemed more up to date on what the latest tech is with my 3 dogs. Our prior vet past away along with our records. The vet is very courteous, and my animals love him. Costs are in line with the average, but I feel above average when were there.

I've been going to Lavitt Animal Hospital for over a year now and Dr. Roush and his staff are great at what they do. I have two older cats who he's taken care. An older Shi tzu who he performed extensive dental surgery on. And a puppy that he has provided all care for. I wouldn't take my creatures anywhere else.

The entire staff is so kind and caring. They are very transparent with cost, and the prices are extremely reasonable - they even cover the cost of your first appointment!

We have been taking our dogs to Lavitt Animal Hospital for years because of the personal service and the opportunity to have one doctor who knows our dog well and who we can trust. We loved Alan Lavitt, and now Dr. Rousch has really impressed us with the updating of the hospital equipment and services. He is great with our dog Gracie. Terri is wonderful and Cheryl is just about the friendliest person around. Now Riley is there to assist, and Gracie warmed up to her right away. I would definitely recommend Lavitt.

I had been taking my cat to Dr. Lavitt since I got him as a 6 month-old kitten (per a recommendation from a neighbor) and he always gave great veterinary care. I also loved that Dr. Lavitt had cats in the office, because they were always very friendly & social whenever we came in. I'm sad that he retired, but I just brought my now 17 year-old cat in for a checkup with Dr. Roush and he did an excellent job. He really took the time to go over my cat's history, do a physical exam and lab work. He spent over an hour with us and we were able to get the lab results at the end of the visit, so we could discuss a treatment plan. The remodeled offices look great and I look forward to bringing my other pets in!
