The best veterinarian clinic in town. Very informative and caring. They put the care of animals above the cost of caring for them.

They are in the midst of remodeling so I couldn't go in. Attempting to find a vet that just wants his mortgage paid. Asked cost of spaying my kitten. They quoted $700.00 and if it takes longer hourly billing will be added. Deplorable

They were able to see my dog the same day and the vet was very nice and informative.

Lakewood Animal Hospital has been wonderful to my 3 pets. Their texting service is great and they respond so quick. I'll always recommend them to people when they are looking for a new veterinary clinic!

Love this vet! I take my rats here, and they’re always so well taken care of! Yesterday my rat got surgery for 2 mass removals, and they called this morning to check up on here to see how she was doing. Thank you guys for being so caring and treating my pets like they’re your own. :)

Have a very sick rabbit need to take her asap but they told me they couldn't do anything appointment only. Not many places take rabbits so now have sick rabbit in pain can't move and they won't see us. Very unprofessional and now poor animal is suffering because appointment only. I guess they don't really care about animals. Very cruel

Just moved here from out of state and had an issue with one of our dogs that I had hoped could be looked at today. Started calling around to local vets and was turned away time and time again. Understandably, it's hard to get an appointment on a Saturday morning and never having used that vet before. They had a cancelation and told me they would be able to see us. Took down some information over the phone and gave me the appointment time. I made my way over there and arrived shortly before the appointment time. There's multiple signs in the parking lot with spot numbers and a telephone number so you can text or call and inform them of your arrival. I texted and was told that they would be out shortly. I am not a fan of not being with my pet during exams but understand the policy due to covid and other factors that everyone is still figuring things out. A technician came out shortly and went over what the problem was today and had me fill out some paperwork while she took my dog inside and said the vet would call me shortly. It wasn't more than 10 minutes or so when the vet called and addressed all of my questions and concerns about my dog's issue and possible solutions. We decided upon surgery and I was given all of the instructions for care until surgery and that I would also be getting a call the day before the surgery with final instructions and directions for dropping off my dog the day of. They brought my dog back out shortly after ending the call with the vet and we waited while they called from the office to go over the cost and process payment. We were brought a receipt as well as an estimate for the cost of the surgery. The office visit itself was very reasonably priced and I felt like my concerns and my animal were both addressed with care and to my complete satisfaction. The estimate for the surgery listed a high and low price and was higher (even on their low estimate) than a similar surgery that we just had done at our old vet, out of state but I feel like we're getting good care at Lakewood and I'll certainly be willing to take my other pets there for any needs in the future.

We were always pleased with the care that our cat received from Dr. Miller. However, after we had to put her down due to cancer, we had 6 doses of Revolution Plus that were unused and unopened that cost us $100. We were very disappointed that Lakewood would not take them back. Medicine intended for people, I understand but not for animals.

What a great office!! We recently brought our bearded dragon here (as a second opinion) and wow, Dr Miller and his staff blew us away. Our beardie had a respiratory thing going on for some months. Dr Miller highly recommended an X-ray (something our previous vet never did), and got a DX. They sent us home with meds, the nurse came out to show my husband how to administer them, and told us to call with questions. We received a detailed statement of care, and extra reading about dragons - again, something our previous vet never did!! I am so happy with this care, and highly recommend this office!!

I refuse to take any of my animals there as I feel they are using the Covid as an excuse not to let their owners come in with their pets.

Beyond expectations. Dr. Carter took the time to explain everything to us about our sick kitty. He gave us adequate information and made sure we understood everything. Couldn't ask for better help!

I can’t begin to tell you just how impressed we were with Dr. Miller and his team! We took our French Bulldog, Lilo, and her new puppies to them today and they got us in right away for some concerns we had and were so informative and treated our pups with such great care! They answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. We hands down recommend Dr. Miller and his team of superheros to everyone!

The vet is really good at what he does and he keeps you informed about everything that was done and what to expect. Since this pandemic you can't go in with your pet but the vet comes outside and spends plenty of time explaining everything so you know exactly what he did and what you should do at home. My kitty loves this vet. This is Miss Makalya

The staff were very quick to answer phone, very curiosity, got an appointment within a day, due to covid19 their setup with bringing a pet there was very well organized, the doctor that called me while pet (Rango Baby Bearded Dragon)was inside with him he was very thoroughly with pet’s condition and the next day I’d received a call from the Vet they called to check on Rango’s condition, they are so compassionate. Thank you

What a professional yet compassionate group of people, even more so during this pandemic era where they are doing curbside. They were so friendly and patient with my dog and Dr Miller took the time to call me in my car and explain everything about the exam and what protocol I needed to follow. I would high recommend Lakewood Animal Hospital.

We took our American Bulldog, Bella. With the covid 19 we had to be patient as they came for her and brought her back when they were finished. She even got a sticker saying she was a good dog.
