Everyone at Mokena Animal Clinic is very passionate at their job Dr. Fazio and all her employees I’ve been a customer for over 30 years with this clinic and highly recommend them

Their front desk staff and techs are very difficult to work with. I have to come in once a month for my dogs heart medication and every time it’s such a process. They never know how many pills she gets or dosages. Today it took over 25 minutes and several phone calls to get my dogs medication. I asked them if they have this information on file and their response was “Well do you want your dogs medication or not”. They charge a premium compared to online pet pharmacies that will deliver your dogs medication to your front door. Beyond frustrating process.

Mokena Animal Clinic is great - the staff and doctors are always willing to help, answer all questions and always patient and kind. They care not only about your pet, but also their owners.

They took great care of my baby Cooper! It made me nervous to not be able to go inside with him, especially because he’s a small ferret, but everyone from the receptionist to the tech and the doctor made me feel comfortable in taking good care of him Dr. Wajda was very knowledgeable about ferrets and showed great compassion even over the phone. Mokena Animal Clinic is my choice for veterinary care in the area. An example of their responsiveness was demonstrated this a.m. I had an appt scheduled for a routine vaccine first thing in the morning. Knowing that it ‘s a Monday after the holiday weekend and to accommodate my work schedule, my dog was vaccinated in my SUV. All healthcare operations should be this efficient. I’ve been a loyal patron for over 14 years.

This was my first visit to Mokena Animal Clinic after giving up on Midwest Animal Hospital. WIth COVID, protocol was to remain in your car and this procedure was very efficient. The entire appointment with check in, exam and follow up questions took less than 30 minutes. All my questions were answered and I found the staff caring and personable.

So my almost 16yr old kitty is pure evil when it comes to meeting other people. Everyone I've met so far from technicians to Doc B. have the most wonderful personality. They helped answer all my questions and took care on checking out my little spicy one without any issues or stressing her out. Doc B is extremely nice, easy to ask him a million questions and gave very helpful advice. The cost of exam was very very reasonable as well, compared to other facilities I've taken her too prior. Thank you for all you do!!????

We called on New year's eve right before closing and the team gave great advice and waited for us to get our dog's prescription. Amazing Team

Been with MAC for a number of years through care of three cats. Staff is always efficient and courteous. Mostly see Dr. B who, in my opinion, is excellent. He explains everything very thoroughly and patiently answers all questions. During Covid, where appointments are done curbside, he makes the extra effort to come out to the client’s car personally to talk about the visit, instead of conveniently calling on the phone. Only one complaint. There have been significant price increases. I have done a comparison of prices for same services at other local animal clinics, and MAC is definitely on the higher side. But because the quality of care is so good, I’ll stay put.

Mokena Animal Clinic even during time of covid and post covid have always been professional, kind , friendly and all staff show a love for their customers—- our pets - whether it is my dog , your cat, a hamster or bunny they treat and care for them with love … my visit today was an urgent add on visit for my sick little dog and visit am sooo thankful they were there to care for her— even though I couldn’t go in with her , I knew I could trust them to do their very best for her and that includes the front desk doing the paperwork and helping bring our furr babies in/out , the technicians who care for and assist the doctors as they treat them .

MAC is the BEST for all manner of pets, birds, bunnies & other buddies lobe dr. Wajda is amazingly knowledgeable & infinitely patient.

They are very caring. I have been with them for over20 years and they have taken care of everyone of my dogs. They know they are part of your family even when it is time for them to go over the Rainbow Bridge

This was my first visit at Mokena Animal Clinic and I was pleasantly surprised with how well my dogs did! The process is very organized and the staff very friendly with my dogs (who tend to be a bit anxious meeting new people) The doctor went over everything with me by phone! Prices seemed reasonable! Would definitely recommend!

I was there with our recently adopted cat from a shelter. I had taken our previous cat there and had excellent service, even immediately seen due to a major emergency. I usually see Dr. Wajda, she answers my questions and addresses any concerns. I am very pleased with the service received. The girls, in front, have gone above and beyond to assist me.

Everyone is very polite and professional. My appointment was right on time and the doctor called me to tell me what she diagnosed and what to expect before and after the next appointment following the procedure. I feel very confident with the doctor and the staff as we have had my dog at this office before and all went well. I highly recommend them for any veterinary needs.

Mokena Animal Clinic really took such good care of our cat. He had a cracked tooth and they managed to fit him in and get it taken care of. They called and asked how he was doing the following day. They just really care about animals and I'm so glad to have them take care of our fur babies.

Just came for a nail trim today but, as usual, my fur child was treated like a king!

I have been going there last 12 years with all my fur babies. From puppy to crossing the rainbow bridge they make you and your loved ones so comfortable. They explain everything and you can tell they care about the wellbeing of your animal. They have shared my cheers and shared my tears over the years. I have been so fortunate to have such a caring staff for my kids.

I have relied on MAC for many years. They have always gone out of their way to prove excellent service and care to my dogs.

This was my first visit to Mokena Animal Clinic and I was extremely appreciative of the time the Vet took to talk to me before meeting my bird. I received answers to my question and information that will help me better care for my pretty girl. I know that if ever anything goes wrong I can rely on Mokena Animal Clinic to help me and will not hesitate to contact them.

Opie used to love going to the vet & everyone in the office but the last 3 or 4 times we’ve brought him he is all the sudden really scared as soon as he realizes where he is going. Shaking & putting his tail between his legs. Obviously something bad happened at one of his visits but since we haven’t been allowed to go in with him in over a year now we have no idea. So now we have a dog that was always totally normal now terrified of going to the vet. Not happy about this at all.

I like the vets. MOST of the staff is accommodating. However I do NOT understand the lock out policy still in place. We've all been to 100s of indoor outdoor functions, Drs offices, dental appts etc which are operating with appropriate caution and still have open lobbies, face to face Drs / professionals. When I stepped into the outer lobby yesterday (I have no cell phone) the office clerk acted like I was ground zero infected. This is OVER THE TOP.
