I was so excited to find a more holistic vet! The vet tech and doc were amazing. The front desk was lovely. Lola had terrible anxiety but the doc made it so nice for her. Already set up my other dog and we will be patients forever!

Everyone is nice and personable, very thorough with annual checkups, and they recommend natural remedies over medications whenever possible.

Very expensive, I was just told by my wife that she received an email from this place and because I made the comment that they are very expensive, which they are, that they will not do the follow up with my dog that they did surgery on and they have cancelled my other dogs appointment. This shows a lot of the level of professionalism that they have, you don't like a comment so instead of calling the owner you'll let the dog suffer. Sad really sad I'm glad I found out now.

They were very good and friendly. And did a wonderful job on my dog surgery.

We love the whole team! They are great with all our dogs, don’t over-vaccinate and I’ve referred this practice to a number of people who all agree they are wonderful!

This is by far the best vet you will ever go to. Dr. Carlson is caring, patient, attentive, and makes sure your pet is in the best hands. I love the fact they don't over vaccinate and is extremely affordable. You won't be sorry.

I can’t say enough great things about Southlake Animal hospital! The staff is so friendly and the doctors take the time to listen to you. After years of battling allergy issues with my dog, we switched to Southlake and within weeks he was SO much better. Not only have we been able to get his allergy issues under control, but now his quality of life is so much better. My 10 year old is acting like a puppy again! Thank you to the staff at Southlake for all you do!

Dr Carlson is an amazing vet. She is open minded to alternate care options and does not over treat your pet. My 13 year old lab was diagnosed w cancer 14 months ago and is still hanging in there thanks to a change in diet and added supplements. In fact she acts more youthful and good spirited. In addition my boxer who has severe allergies no longer goes through a course of antibiotics every month since a pup after a change in diet and supplements. A neighbor recommended Dr Carlson for which I am forever grateful.

The girls are all so nice. Tara and Mallory are so sweet while we wait for the doctor. They have great “bedside” manner and truly care about their patients! Love the alternative medicines that Dr. Carlson brings to the table.

We discovered Southlake animal hospital and Dr. Carlson and her staff last year! Our Pomeranian Cigo was having a lot of health issues and we weren’t comfortable going the western medicine route as some of the medications they were prescribing for his allergies caused cancer. Dr. Carlson was a breath of fresh air! She was in line with our natural way of living and is extremely thorough and compassionate. The entire staff is super friendly and made us feel comfortable. We love ❤️ Dr. Carlson and her entire staff!

My puppy is fearful and reactive. I was nervous about bringing him into a new environment but Dr. Carlson and staff were well equipped to create the least stressful environment for him. They’re very knowledgeable and treat both medically and holistically.
