The techs were super friendly and the Dr. Was very thorough and had very good bedside manner.

My dog, Winston, became seriously ill. I was able to get him in to see Dr. Weidner right away. Everyone -- from Sue at the receptionist' desk to the all the vet techs -- to Dr. Weidner did a superb job of seeking information from me. Dr. Weidner ran X-rays and blood work (always seeking my permission to do so and apprising me of the costs). Once he was diagnosed, she recommended a course of action and medication. She has kept tabs on him ever since. She is so nice. Everyone there is professional, kind and caring. They are the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff here are so friendly and caring. They take excellent care of my fluffy family members. They answer all questions with patience and kindness. My puppy doesn't freak out about having to see them even with a broken leg and the many visits that go with it.

Just was there this morning. The entire staff was so very nice!

Had an awesome experience today! Every concern/question I had was addressed at length....I kept apologizing for taking extra time and they kept saying "no problem...that's what we're here for!". Have been a client of the "Frosts" for many years; the new ownership does not disappoint. :-)

This was my first time to the clinic. Was very impressed with the whole staff. Very professional, kind, very gentle with my 2 dogs. The place also is very clean, and they sanitized after my pets.. so if you want a great experience go to frost family clinic. Thank you LENA badell

I would recommend Frost clinic to anyone I personally had taken my 14-year-old dog there and they gave him medication and he’s doing a lot better the pricing is very reasonable and they do a good job getting you in right away.

One of the BEST VET EXPERIENCES I’ve had in a long time.. 4 day appointment NOT 4 to eight WEEKS. Tremendous ease with my buddy Rocco.. I can’t believe Rocco let her draw blood, cut his nails and chest X-ray without me in there. Says a lot... Believe me... sleeve training and all... and though Rocco is an exceptional Belgian Malinois It’s never a walk in the park. GREAT job GREAT care. Thank you!

First time patient/client. Very professional, empathetic & in depth without any unnecessary medical jargon. Basic health & hygiene protocols strictly understandably enforced. Friendly, just a basic visit, but quick.

I've had bad experiences in the past with vets. I've seen vets & vet techs slap, hit, & yell at dogs. So I was nervous taking my dog to the vet when I wasn't allowed to go in with him due to COVID-19 restrictions. I was extremely impressed with this vet clinic & will definitely be coming back! They were very understanding & put my mind at ease. They did a thorough exam & took the time to answer questions I had. I highly recommend this clinic!

Everyone is absolutely wonderful here. They are through and compassionate. I would not take our pets anywhere else.

Frost family pet clinic was awesome. Caring , sensitive and genuinely concerned about my pet's health. Highly recommend.

SO very compassionate. In the end, my cat had to be let go. But before that, they gave us a few more strong days with her. And the final process was not on only professional, but compassionate. They made it as peaceful as a situation such as that could be. They definitely care about the animals that come through their doors.

We just received our AKC paperwork with a free visit and this vet was listed as one to call. When we called they said they couldn't see us because we weren't established with them. We explained that we were new to the area and that we were looking for a new Vet. We asked to speak with the manager and Dr. Wagner got on the phone. When we started to discuss a situation, she interrupted me and said is there anything else that I can help you with, I have patients waiting, with a very rude tone.

Moved to Belvidere over ten years ago and needed to find a new vet for our dogs and cats. We hit a home run with Frost. Our pets have always been treated if they were one of the staff's own. The staff has always been there for us whenever we've had any problems or questions for our pets. They are trustworthy and honest. I have recamended them in the past and will continue to do so.
