Do not trust this vet!! Brought my dog Milo in for nasal congestion back in early Sept. of this year. Dr. Shears was the vet and she suggested getting xrays of his head. Milo has always had hind leg issues since we got him as a rescue (spinal, Neurologic). Milo walked in under his own power and Dr.Shears walked milo back for xrays. Ten minutes later they come back carrying milo saying he can't use his hind legs. I asked them repeatedly what did you do to my dog with no clear answer. They couldn't get me out of there fast enough. Few days later the owner calls me asking how milo is and he still had no use of hind legs. This conversation only ended in an argument basically them NOT admitting to what happened and i still have no idea what did happen. Did they drop him, did he fall? No idea cause no one wants to come forward. Well, this friday we had to make the hardest decision a pet owner has to do. During this time period milo only got worse and never did regain his hind legs. This vet doesn't care at all about your pet. All they see is dollar signs as soon as you walk in.

Just needed to youck up meds. Very easy been going here for many years. Great vets and great staff.

My family and I have been taking our pets (Dogs and cat) to Skycrest for many years now. All of their staff (doctors, nurses, techs, and front desk) are incredibly kind, informative, and helpful. They have made accommodations for me when my pets are really sick and need to get an appt asap. They explain treatments and medications very well. They now offer curbside service which is very convenient. They also have an app that is very convenient as well. I love Skycrest and highly recommend them!!

Started taking our rescue there earlier this year. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Curbside appointments are convenient.

The staffs are very nice and friendly but this place is honestly very overpriced. For just nail trimming they charge $21!! Lol not even for nail grinding.

Skycrest has a group of doctors that are dedicated and highly trained in caring for pets. We have been with them through it all and Dr. Willner’s ability to diagnose our first pet at a young age gave him a long life!!! We now have a new puppy and the practice welcomed us back like we were family. What a comfortable feeling to know you’re in the BEST hands… from the tech to the doctors. We are so pleased with Skycrest.

The staff is amazing. They put me in with an emergency on one of the busiest days, Saturdays.

I would never go to a different vet, the doctors and techs at Skycrest are amazing! They've been wonderful taking care of my three kitties, especially my little Marie who has special needs. They're always kind and respectful and very knowledgeable. And they're happy to answer any question that comes up, I know I've had countless frantic calls about my cats and they always answer my questions and advise me on what to do next. You'll never regret taking your pets here, our pets are our family and Skycrest treats them like family ❤

I have a six year old husky who’s been having some back leg issues. My old vet never really cared about what I was saying and wanted me in and out of the vet and charged me way too much. The day I switched to SkyCrest with Dr. Susan Wilner I was put at ease... and she came up with a plan for some medication with my dog. The day after we started our new meds he was a completely different dog and starting to feel so much better!! I’ve never been so happy switching and never will be looking back. They staff cares about it you and wants what’s best/cheapest/smartest way to help your animal! I cannot say enough great things.

I truly believe this is my 1st ever google review. Leaving one because Skycrest is hands down the best vet clinic we've ever been to. Even with Covid protocols, the staff makes your pet feel so important and valued with every visit. One of my dogs is a jumper when he gets excited for attention and just wants some love, none of the vet techs or doctors are bothered at all. They all truly love pets and spend extra time loving yours as well. The cost of care $$$ can sometimes be a little high but well worth every penny knowing our dogs are in great care. My wife and I are moving soon and I truly dread trying to find a new vet clinic as good as this one. 10 out of 5 stars!

Best place to take your pet!

Love the vets and everything to do with this animal clinic. Dr. Shears actually sits on the floor to examine your animal and make them feel comfortable. Front desk and techs are great also.

Had our first visit with Dr. Shears and even though it was remote, the care and support she provided were exceptional! Thank you to the staff and their awesome demeanor during COVID and having the curbside safety protocols in place. So happy to have found an amazing and caring staff to keep our buy River safe and healthy!

Great vets and excellent service. They care

My family and I have been bringing our pets here for many years and will continue to do so. The doctors and staff are all wonderful folks and treat your pet as if it were their own. I'm not surprised they have such a successful, high rating. For anybody looking for a great spot for your pets continued health care, look no further than Skycrest. They are hands down best in the area.

high prices scared me away. I wish they keep their overheads low. I quickly realized fees can be much lower if u can manage manpower and I don't need to have your an App for iPhone Android and huge front desk. I paid $250+ for a wellness visit + routine meds and vaccines. I will be looking for a reasonable place for my pup. No complains about the Vet.. she was very nice to us and thorough.

The vets at this practice really care about their patients and the people who own them and all animals. We have been seeing Dr. Shears for many years now for our cats. She is a great vet and a very caring person.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dr. Locke, Dr. Wojcik , Dr. Shears and the entire staff of Skycrest! The Vets are Professional, pro-active and have been amazing to my dogs who are my world. My German Shepherd just turned 16 and a a half with the help and guidance of Dr Locke! Thank you Skycrest!
