Very clean, very professional, wonderful and kind staff. Im new the the pet world and they have helped our family wonderfully with the transition. A full service hospital, wellness, boarding, grooming. Just the best

We were graciously given an emergency appointment and fell in love! What a well managed and thoughtful veterinarian clinic. Every staff member was so welcoming! Dr. Sakowski was knowledgeable, experienced, confident, and sincere. The prices were reasonable as well. We have decided to make it our regular vet. ????????

Brought our puppy as it was part of a package deal with the store we purchased him from. Our initial appointment had some issues as the receptionist who checked us in was incredibly rude, and furthermore we waited 40 minutes to be seen by a vet. We also brought our dogs fecal sample to be tested. It wasn't until our third appointment that they had informed us that our dog's fecal matter tested positive for giardia. The only reason we found out was because we had brought in a dog park application and the vet explained she could not give the greenlight because of this. She never once explained what type of treatment that he might need and just asked us to bring in a second sample. Today I called regarding the status of my dogs fecal sample and asked if his dog park application (which we had left with them) would be ready to be emailed over. I was told that they did not have our application on file and it had been misplaced (which probably could have been addressed if the receptionist we spoke with after we picked him up from his neuter had investigated it properly when we first asked instead of telling us to call back on Monday). I was then told that our dog's fecal sample tested positive for giardia again. But, of course it did, because this is something that apparently does not go away on its own and requires medication. Information and treatment that our vet failed to provide to us. So this means that our dog has been positive with giardia since October 8 (1st appointment), and we weren't informed about until November 5th (3rd appointment), and we are just now receiving treatment for it, November 22, after his fourth and final appointment. The receptionist on the phone explained that she could prescribe medication and I told her that I would need to call back later as I did not know if I would continue treatment with their facility. To which she responded, "no problem". Maybe this type of thing happens so often that it isn't a big deal to them, but this is a problem for me and my dog. Between this and dealing with rude/inattentive/indifferent/uncommunicative (whatever you want to call it) receptionists, long wait times, and high prices I would recommend that you bring your dog anywhere but here.

This is definitely the best aninal hospital around. From the doctors to the staff, everyone here is so nice and welcoming. They treat my dogs as if they were their own. Can't say enough good things about this place and I recommend them to everyone!

I have been going here since I first got my dog. It's been well over a year now and I couldn't be any happier with their service, professionalism, and talent. Dr Szczepan (Steve) is our current doctor at the vet (they have more than one), and he is truly the best. Extremely knowledgeable and extremely caring about animals. Chloe who works at the front desk is also fantastic. She truly shows excellent customer service. I will definitely be going here until I no longer live in the area, and I will be recommending this to all my friends and family.

I started going here about 2 years ago. My cat had a terrible allergy and the vets here did everything possible to alleviate her symptoms. When she passed, I received a beautiful card from all of the staff. The veterinarians, techs, and like, 3 of the front desk people are absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this place…. If you have money just laying around. Please do not bring your pet here if you cannot afford it. There are better options. They may not look as pretty, but your pet will be cared for just the same. And the receptionist may not charge you for treatments already done. And they might acknowledge you when you enter their facility. And it’s quite possible they won’t quote you $300 lower for a new kitty visit/rabies shot/spay, then ring you up at the end of the visits like, surprise! It’s quite possible this is a wonderful place for rich people and their pets. Maybe you’re paying for the wonderful vets and their techs. And the 3 absolutely Lovely people in reception. I don’t know. I do love many aspects of this clinic, but I’m just a little too poor.

After 2 weeks of misdianoses by other clinics, a friend recommended Carriage Animal Hospital. This doctor took the time to listen, exam, run tests, blood work, etc to finally get to the root cause of my cat's ailments. I am beyond grateful for the compassion and care this staff has shown my cat and me. And I am thrilled to have finally found a trusted vet clinic for all my pets in the future.

Dr Steve is the best, as well as the staff…can’t ask for anything more. During COVID, Dr Steve even comes out to your car with your furry friend, explains the current situation & addresses any of your concerns. The staff are so friendly, professional, and proficient. Carriage makes you & your furry friend(s) feel like home, that I trust them like family.

we've been going to Carriage Animal since the late 1970s. our 4th golden retriever is now in their excellent care along with our cat. we just boarded both for 10 nights and it was great knowing they were in a safe and caring location!

Very fast and professional care. There is no problem, for example, with sending the test results by e-mail. The doctor is always ready to talk. If you are on time you will be served very quickly.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We brought our dog in for a stool check, and booster shots. They said they would call us after the results were in.. we never got a call. So we finally called them and the lady was confused . Told us if the results are negative they don't call... which Is odd. But okay. We go in today for the second booster shot. The doctor comes out side to talk to us . And had the nerve to say we should learn how to check our voice-mail... we told him what his employee told us. He told us his notes said they left us a voice-mail. Another lie. Never again will I ever bring my animals here nor will I recommend them

I brought my 5 year old Chihuahua/Terrier mix here for the very 1st time for a teeth cleaning. The staff was wonderful. It was a 2 step process. Due to COVID restrictions I couldn't go inside, but the Doctor came out to the car and spoke with me about the procedure, answered my many, many questions, and was so nice. I never felt rushed and the Doctor made me feel more comfortable with the procedure for my dog. I would (and will be) recommending this animal hospital to everyone! Also, price was the best around - and I shopped around. So happy with their customer service and caring attitude.
